State Bank of Hyderabad — Housing Loan

I have applied for housing loan in Axis Bank, But they say my credit report is showing four personal loan of 7.00 lacs. But i have taken only one Housing loan from State Bank of Hyderabad, Sanjeeva reddy nagar Branch, Hyderabad.
Please help me to find the details of my loans. My PAN Card no. is ABCPL3809P.

Dear Sir

I need the provisional certificate urgently for Principle and interest for the financial year 01-APR-10 to 31-MAR-11.

I have taken loan from SBH, Tirupathi main Branch.
The manager is saying he can give the certificate only from April 1st to Dec 31st. I tried convincing him saying that certificate needs to be given for one financial year but he is not budging. Please help me how to go forward.
