SBI internet banking — bill payment
I made recharge to my tata indicom ([protected]) phone on 25 sep 2011 for an amount 103 rupees. But I got a message "transaction failed". The amount is debited from my account and it is not yet credited. Please resolve my problem. My Account number is [protected]. My email Id: [protected]@gmail.com
