Before one month I applied for SBI platinum card.
She promised me that with in 10 days she give me a platinum card. And after one month sbi send me a gold card. my father was upset when he was in canada. when TIA madam told me that with in 10 days she will give me a platinum card,otherwise she will send him to canada. I have my father's medical report , He is in full depression. sbi is responsible for it.If my problem is not solve,I will take other steps.

I had a SBI credit card for I have regularly paid my bills. One such bill I recieved in Sept 2006 amounting to approx Rs. 5500/-, which I paid by my SBI cheque within the due date. In the next months bill I saw that the cheque payment which I had made had been accepted. This was corroborated in my bank passbook statement where the same cheque no. and amount had been debited to SBI credit card. But surprisingly in the next months credit card bill I found that payment of the same chque was stopped. I asked the bank which promptly said that payment had been made SBI cards. The credit card company however refused to listen and started harrassing me and my family. I subsequently cancelled my card but they continued to send me statements with late charges and fines. I wrote them letters with photo copies of my bank passbook attested by the bank manager but to no avail. Recently 2 collecting agents arrived at my doorstep. When I showed them my bank statments they proffusely apologised and left. 3 weeks later I recieve another letter now from a law firm in Delhi threatening me to attend a 'Concilliatory camp' for an 'out of court' settlement or face legal action.
Please advice as to what I should do. Is there any use going to the camp? Will they stop harassing me after that or should I engage a lawyer?

Dear Sir,

I would like to informed you that I am an account holder of your Chawranjee Branch Kolkta. I have deposit a Locl cheque on 06.03.2008 but it could not clear till the date if a local clearance will be done in 10 or 12 days then how we expect a good service from you. In the month of February my cheque was also cleared after seven days, no any bank takes more then 2 days for clearing the local cheque . Therefore it is my request please improve your service.

I have received a SMS in my mobile number [protected] on 17th April 2008 at 06:34pm from the mobile number [protected], as that "Your renewed SBI Card has been dispatched through ELBE with Ref no SB[protected]. You will receive the same within 7 working days." But till date I have not received any card.
I applied for SBI Credit card in 2006. Company did not send me any credit card. They are sending me its statement regularly though I haven't RECEIVED SBI Credit CARD. I had told them to cancell it. Later I received a phone call that it had been cancelled. But till date I am receiving Monthly Statements.
I complained them via email, telephone, but ... things are not changing.
Please help me!

Hi, I have a SBI credit card which has really become a cheat. When they gave me the card they told me that its a free credit card --free of charge with no annual fees or any thing.but surprisingly every month the company is sending bills, i hacve used the card twice for Rs, 200/- for puchase of petrol & instantly i have deposited Rs 200 by cheque where as Rs 200 is to be paid by me towards the use card that has been made dead sinces in the month it was issued in favour of me how ever i want to availe the credit card benefit if your company per meits me.lastly i am ready to pay Rs 500 (rupees five hundred only)to settle the matter,

SBI — Late night SMS

Dear sir,

I have got a SMS from SBI about something of their product discount at 2.30AM in the late night.Immediately I call the No. given in the SMS [protected] . The customer care officer told that they had not given the SMS.I told them to not send me SMS in the late night.After disconnect the number I got the same SMS from same No. at 3.30AM and another at 5.50 AM.
What do I do .How to stop this kind of malpractice? Where do I complain for this for punishment of the concerned personnel?

Hi, I have a SBI credit card which has really become a cheat. When they gave me the card they told me that its a free credit card --free of charge with no annual fees or any thing. I have already cleared every amount I have taken, A month after I clearedthe amount they charged a annual fees of Rs450 and have been charging interest for it. no body even cares to explain any thing. now the interest has piled up and the amount to be paid now is Rs3500, that is what the collection agency says. Nobody to ask or even look into the issue.collection agency is really harsh.I dont mind going to court, I can spend on lawyer but do not want to pay for this.

hi rbi&all, i have taken an sbi card in my mothers name ([protected])and i used by getting supplementry card. the transactions is good . after few years the card has blocked and i payed minimum dues. but once i got away from my home for 1 years .the collection dept has ade several harrassment to my mom and collected lots of money. when my mother retired from work she asked all banks which we using to make settlement. all banks like SCB, American Express, HSBC has done properly except SBI. the collection persons says pay minimum due then we bring settlement. likewise my mother paid more than 5 time in an amount of four thousand something, but every time different people coming for coll. and says the same as pay minimum and gone through with money. after i came back i refused to pay minimum only settlement.they asked to bounce the check. meanwhile we have full money from my mthers retirement has gone in several works, so i take care to pay the settlement after 3-4 months 2 persons came from bank and make settlement of 71000/- rupees. i asked to put in 5-7 inst. they refused.so i paid 1st inst of 23666/- and another 2 same amount in future. i know its a huge amount but i thought we can make any arrangements and finish it, but unfourtunately i cant prepare the amont and the chegue bounced. after three months 1 person came from bank and asked i said its a huge amount thatsd why we cant pass the check put it same balance in 5-6 shots, he went saying i will talk to the bank.after this one person named karthik came on the end of feb'09 and said u have 47, 550/- as final settlement . i said i have 35, 000/- now balance in 2 months please bring settlement letter. he went and bring the letter as same amount with five bills regarding he made payment to the bank instead o[censored]. the amount he paid totally is rupees 24640/- and bal 22910/- pay to the bank. i really want to close without giving any trouble to my mother, b'cause my father has got attack three times and my mother has worried for his treatment. so i have paid 10, 000/- cheque and 15, 000/- cash to that person in march. after i spoke to my friends abt this settlement they said ask him to get detailed letter. i called him and spoke to him says please bring detailed letter, he says no problem and finally with my arguement, he confessed to bring. after that he called me on may asking abt the pending . i said i will finish it fully by next month pls bring proper letter. then he came by 30th june with the letter shows all payments and that 12910/- on the same day. i said i have only 5000/- so i will give u cheque on 7th july pls give me the letter. he refused saying that the cheque payment will not reverse your account and i will come on 10th and take that 5000/- from me. i given i mean of he having letter. but after 1 month that means 13th aug another person came named hari says u have to pay 34550/- . iam shocked and i explained all. but he never talking about the person who collected and he simply frieghtening me that i will put your mother in police station. so i finally decided to contact directly to the person in bank today(19/8/09). now he saying he will finish it in 25000/- and he need balance 4910/- immediately. pls consider my case and do favourable to me. all this for mother who need not suffer anymore from this kind of people, take needful actions.

SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of transactions made by SBI card against my LIC policy

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I have enrolled my two LIC policies[protected] &[protected] for easy bill pay facilities through my SBI credit card.

I receieved the statments of Feb in which payment has been made by SBI against my policy having ref. no R05923 & R05924. On crosscheck through LIC online facility there is no record of such payments against my policy as shown by SBI.

I am in dilema since i have to pay the card bill but not sure about its payment. Response from SBI customer care is also not justifiable.

Kindly assist in this regard.

Sir I have purchage A house by loan from state bank of india in 2004.After some Time I got A credit card.company told me that credit card is absolutaly free,you can use it.I didn't use the card.after one year credit card division inform me that you have made an insurance by credit card.I told them that my bank alredy insured me and the bank getting charges from me.but the credit card division doesn't listen me.every month sending me the statement higher and higher value.what can i do sir.I am in tension,wheither i did'nt use the card. my contact is [protected]@rediffmail.com
This is to inform that sbi credit card transaction could not be considered. as it was used twice for ets reporting.As already we paid the fee to ETS ,that merchant had deducted the amount through credit card details.
so it wud be double payment for us to pay the amount .This was done on mar-23 to SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY,EDWARDVILLE and April-27 for georgia inst of techonology.As we didnot ordered the merchant to use the card , he had done the payment.As we already paid the original amount , why should we make double payment?

I am getting calls/letters on regularly basis from SBI credit cards saying that you have pending bill payment of Rs. 13k approx.

I have never used SBI credit card in my life, when i asked them for the transaction for the bill, they say some insurance premium to be paid.

Pls help me for the same, as they say that i have to atleast pay Rs. 5000 for full and final settlement, but my concern is why should i pay money?

Its really a big fraud which is going on by SBI, i have to lodge a complaint against SBI for harressing me.
SBI BANK HAS ISSUED ME CREDIT CARD STATING IT TO BE FREE FOR LIFE BUT WHEN I RECIEVED THE CARD FIRST IT CAME WITH A CHARGEABLE ADD ON CARD WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF AND SECONDLY IN THE FIRST CALL I GOT FROM SBI CUSTOMER CARE JUST THE SAME DAY OF RECIEVING THE CARD THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE LEVIED AN ANNUAL FEE OF 500/- IN CASE I DONT SPEND 50000/- ANNUALLY. I FOUND THIS TO BE A COMPLETE CHEATING ON SBI PART AND I ASKED THE PERSON CALLING THE PROCEDURE OF SURRENDERING THE CARD, HE TOLD JUST TO CUT BOTH CARD IN TWO HALVES AND TO DROP IT IN ANY SBI ATM AND I DID THE SAME. THIS IS ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND TILL DATE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING MONTHLY STATEMENT AND REMINDERS OF THE DUES ON MY CARD.

And the Manager answer is my card is close.

Last Five- Six month we have recd many phone calls from Gurgaon, Delhi SBI recovery agency regarding my credit cards due, some person tell me my due is Rs, 56000/- and some person tell me Rs. 75000/- due on my card since last 3-4 yrs.

Recovery agency talk with me and at home in bad and wrong language and harassment time to time, they are calling me and at home on any time like early morning , noon, and late night also.

Above reason my family and me are very disturb and facing mentally problem etc.

So we request to you plz look into the matter and do the needful.

I got one offer for SBI FAST CHEQUE for Rs 48000/- and for that I had refused for availing this offer on SBI help line. Cheque no is 258429. Even though it is showing strange amount of Rs. 79000/- something as my outstanding. My last month's outstanding were only Rs. 5295/- and I dot want to avail this loan offer. I am shocked to get the outstanding figures. Please look into the matter and reolve.

When I visited the maruti show room to pick my CAR after servicing, One sales representative told me to take Maruti/SBI card free to earn point on CAR servicing and part replacement, After two week I got the Credit SBI credit card Card NO [protected]. I was told initially that this card is free and later on I got a call that there are some hidden charges involve. I got the statement for paying the charges also. This is a cheating of SBI credit card division. I tried to contact the toll free numbers but no one is picking call there.

I had given a compliant on debiting my SBI Credit card with Rs 1495/on account of CPP assitanceSome officials contacted me to enquire about the compliant and many messages came, I did not respond to any one.But on 12th a message came stating that your password has been changed.On 13th April from 1.02 AM to 3.02 Am 12 debits of amount ranging from Rs366 to 1436 was booked with my card number under www.irctc.com.As it was night I could not notice the message.NO PAN number is given in the message.Again at 9.44PM another amount of Rs 750 was debited to my account towards bharathi airtell limited.I immediately cotacted your SBI executive and blocked the card.
Now The total amount of fraud detected is Rs 10187.29.

My cancellation letter errouneously sent to SBI Mehdipatnam branch instead of SBI Humayun Nagar branch. On 02 May 12 I went to SBI Mehdipatnam branch for brining the cancellation letter but the bank staf refused to give that letter due to your account is not available with this bank. Then I went to SBI Credit card Office near Begampet, Hyderabad the told the same. My cancellation letter sent to the Id of sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in instead of sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in.       Is SBI a bank....?
      ive doubt on tat,am an acc holder of SBI bank since 2010 and i need to open an online banking account and need to change my SBI debit card to SBI visa card ,so i went to my branch and enquired abt tat 2 d staff,he said tat go and ask dis 2 BRANCH MANAGER.Wen i asked him he said just fill one registration form and ur acc ll get opened. as he said i also did.it has gone 4 months till i did not get any response..last week also i gave an new form for online banking till now no response.what to do.how can i register a complaint against my branch..? pls dont recomment anyone to open an account in SBI.

              SBI credit Card No.[protected] Name P.Rangaiah Mob.No. [protected], Land line[protected] year of birth 1956 Paid Monthly card payment of April 2011 due amount Rs.5000/- to SBI Card through cheque no.609853 of SBI Keshwapur hubli Karnataka. This was dropped in drop box od SBI card kept in SBI Branch keshwapur Hubli. It was ensured that realisation of the said cheque was done on 23 Apr 2011 and credited to the SBI Card account. But SBI Card staff are querying more often saying that payment is not received for the past one month. I sent emails several times and getting failure notices. Not able to contact any help line of SBI card. poor response and not getting connected. I have registered in internet with SBI card website where in payment history also it is being shown as not received. Attaching bank statement supporting payment made to SBI Cards. PLEASE HELP ME IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

                I am Kuldeep Shah. I am working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

                Before around one month, I have received a call from SBI credit card agent. He told me that SBI is having special offer on Credit Card for TCS employees. As per that offer, TCS employees will get life time free credit card. If no transaction is done using this credit card, then also no charges will be made. I shown my interest in this offer and given my documents.

                On the same day, I have received a call for data validation from SBI bank. I have re-confirm about the offer. The caller told me that if transaction of Rs. 75000 or above is done in a year then only no charges will need to pay. Else Rs. 550 per year will have to pay from second year. So I asked him to cancel my credit card application as I was not interested in the offer. The caller also confirmed to cancel my application. I also have told that I am rejecting this application, so I will not give any verification to data provided by me in the application form.

                After few days, a person came to my resident address for address verification. I told him also that I have cancelled this application, so not to verify my address details.

                After around 4-5 days, I have received a courier containing credit card at my resident address.

                Before 10 days, I have received a SMS that I need to pay Rs. 550 as Annual fees to credit card.

                I am claiming, below cheating made with me:
                1) Providing wrong information of credit card offer.
                2) After saying to cancel my application, I have received a credit card.
                3) I have not verified personal or address details, then also received credit card.

                I request to look into this and settle my credit card account. I am ready to terminate credit card facility.

                I would like to thank Consumer Complaint site for providing a very nice platform.

                After uploading my complaint, I have received quick response from SBI Bank Customer Service.

                Haripriya from SBI Customer Services called me yesterday and told me that I do not need to pay any amount that charged to me. Additionally SBI will give 2000 reward points. I requested Haripriya to mail me all these details.

                In Haripriya's mail only detlais related to 2000 reward points was mentioned. It was not mentioned that I need not to pay any amount. I confirmed on phone that I need not to pay Rs. 550.40 charged to me. I request Haripriya to settle my credit card acount. So that "Total Amount Due" become Rs. 0 in my credit card bill.

                I am not interested in reward points. If SBI wish then cancel these reward points and just settle my account.

                I request SBI customer services to settle my credit card account.
                I have received below reply from Haripriya:

                Dear Mr. Kuldeep Shah,

                Thank you for writing to SBI Cards.

                This is with reference to your communication dated May 26 2011 8:13PM.

                Annual Membership Fee: We sincerely regret inconvenience that may have been caused to you due to miscommunication made, if any. Please note that your SBI card is not a lifetime free card.

                Please note that as per the application form duly signed by you, annual fee is applicable to your card account.

                We regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse any amount towards the annual membership fee on your SBI card account.

                We wish to inform you that we can credit 2000 reward points towards your card account. We request you to confirm for further action.

                Incase of any query, would request you to reply at feedback.[protected]@ge.com using the same subject line or contact the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 or[protected] if calling from MTNL and BSNL lines ) .                 Below is my answer for Haripriya's reply:

                I accept that I have signed the application form. The agent who explained me about the Credit Card facilities told me that as a Tata Consultancy Services employee I will receive this credit card for lifetime free. And because the credit card was lifetime free, I have signed the application form.

                One SBI executive told me that credit card is free and when I have come to know that Credit Card is not free, I also have requested to cancel my Credit Card application. As a part of cancelation, I also have not validated my information. I told again and again to cancel the application. Then after I have received credit card.

                In this case, I am claiming below cheating made with me:
                1) Providing wrong information of credit card offer.
                2) After saying to cancel my application, I have received a credit card.
                3) I have not verified personal or address details, then also received credit card.

                I just want you to settle my credit card amount.

                    i got a call from sbi credit card dept regarding the proposal of a new sbi railway card they told me that there would be no annual fee on the card but when the card was issued to me they were sayin that there would be annual fee on that so this is the first issue and secondly at the time of submiting the document with the bank they said that they will provide me the credit limit on the basis of my citibank credit card but they have given me the minimum credit limit on the card so i want to lodge a complaint against them and its a request please make sure that this gets rectify as soon as possible.

                    still its bieng 24 hrs i haven, t got any follow up by the bank allthough the cont details are allready with them still they are not taking it seriously so its really frustrating that after lodging a complain i am not getting any response its jus they are posting comments but not ready to resolve the issue i think so u need to take some serious actions towards bank that no bdy can mislead to consumers .
                    its bieng like 72 hrs now i haven, t got any response from the bank regarding the issue with card so seriouslly i need to file a case against bank for providing misleading info to there customers .
                    I GOT A CALL FROM SBI REGARDING THE SBI SHUBH YATRA CARD & AS PER INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME I AGREED TO TAKE SHUBH YATRA CARD FROM THEM. BUT WHEN I ACTUALLY RECEIVED A CARD ALONG WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS I REALISED THAT INFORMATION IN BROUCHURE WAS NOT MATCHING WITH INFORMATION TOLD TO ME OVER THE PHONE BY THEIR EXECUTIVE MAINLY 3 POINTS
                    1) CARDHOLDER NECESSARILY MUST BE ONE OF THE PASSENGERS ON THE TICKET
                    2) RAILWAY POINTS SHALL ACCRUE ONLY FOR THE MEMBERS INDIVIDUAL FARE EXCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE LEVIED BY IRCTC
                    3) RAILWAY POINTS CAN BE EARNED ON 1ST CLASS AC, AC II TIRE, EXEC.CHAIR & AC CHAIR CAR TRAVEL ONLY.

                    I got a call from sbi credit card department from October 2012. regarding the proposal of a sbi railway platinum card. They told me that there would be only Rs. 500/- annual fee on the card & it would be paid only once in a year, but when the card was issued to me on 5th november 2012, then without any use of card yet, bill was provided on my mobile is Rs. 561.80., while I not use this card yet and even not get password of this card. So, prior to any use of this card , how can you provide me statement of monthly bill. then I tried to contact customer care of SBI Railway card from last 3 days, but there is no any response from your side.. & I also sent complaint by SMS but not get any reply yet.. they were saying earlier that there would be annual fee which i will paid only once rs. 500 in a year & no any hidden or extra charges will be paid. but now they said that on 18th of every month a bill generate & if I do nothing then also service tax & other taxes will be come in that bill, which were not mentioned earlier, so Why I use this card If there are only loss from this card & I not get any financial gain of a single rupee in a financial year. so i want to lodge a complaint against them and its a request please make sure that this gets rectify as soon as possible & withdraw this card.. I not use this card yet & never use this ..

                      on 21st of May, i went to SBI branch Budgam for the opening of an account with the branch. When i entered the brtanch some police official was ousting the customers saying that branch was closed. When i argued with this official, he told me to meet Branch head. I entered her cabin, and asked for the reason as why is branch closed without any proper justification or reason, and whole staff is present? she, badly behaved with me and said, " Aga sahib (A Hurriyat conference leader) has directed me to not work today". i questioned that, "how can you leave your duties on the direction of others"? there was a hot discussion going on with her for about ten minutes. At last i had to return my home without opening account.
                      i request high authorities of SBI to take concrete steps against the official concerned, so that customers are not put to trouble anytime.

                        I am using SBI card since 10 years. I have had no problem with them so far.
                        My trouble started with their bill of April 1, for Rs. 10127/- The due date was 21.04.11. I issued a cheque for the bill amount on 08.04.11. Unfortunately as per them, I had wrongly written the date as 08.04.10. In their technical lingo this error is called “non-Bankable cheque”. I received a reminder call from them around 30.04.11 about non-payment. I was told that the cheque could not be used since it was wrong dated. I asked them why you did not inform me about the mistake in between 8th April to the due date of 21.04.11. I was shocked to receive their bill dated 01.05.11 where in they had added the following totalling to Rs. 5865.55/-
                        1. Unbankable invalid fee Rs. 300
                        2. Late payment Fee Rs. 600
                        3. GST Rs. 547.73
                        4. Fin. Charges on Retail Rs. 4417.82
                        My plea to SBI is that had they proactively called me up and informed me about the non-bankability of the cheque I would have issued a new cheque. This could have saved so much of strained relations and loss of man hours to their staff as well as me.
                        The customer care told me that they have reversed the charges under item No. 1 and 2 but are unable to reverse item No. 4. I do not understand the rationale of their argument. What is good for item No. 1 and 2 should also be good for item No. 4 since the cause of dispute for the charges are same.
                        I shall be obliged if somebody enlightens me as to what remedy I have in this situation.

                        madam,
                        I was approached by your customer care that they have an pre approved draft of rs 98000/- which was sent to me. On detailed study i found that the interest rates were too high & I immediately deposited back Rs 98000/- .I was under this impression that no amount is due from me but today I received a sms that have not made any payment.I immediately contacted customer care and was attended by Mr. Shanker it was astonishing to know that they have charged processing fee & one months interest on this amount. This is shocking that if they presume that i have availed this facility even than my 98000/- was lying as advance with them.Mr shanker told me that the draft in original should have been sent back & he can do nothing except treating this case as pre closure of the loan amount for which i was asked to pay rs 7136.A cheque for rs 7136 has been deposited in the account to avoid any harassment to me.
                        i don't know if it is justified to take advantage of the customers ignorance all these things should have been explained at the time when offer was made.I don't know if this mail can help me

                        actually i had given request for HSBC credit card one month back and My credit card reference number was[protected].I had recieved several calls on my cell and office landline from channai and ahmedabd but finally i had received sms from HSBC that your card is not approved due to non verification.Thid is the third time i am facing third time i am facing this problem.than i had called up to customer care of HSBC and asked the reason for the same, they told me that thay cannot give info regarding that.then i has sent the mail on [protected]@hsbc.co.in for the same and asked them to sent me my document back but they said it is not possible but they will reconsider my request and given me new reference number[protected] but yet i had not rcved a proper revert back now i want my document back by any cost...

                        Yes I received 2 calls from SBI telling me that my complaint has been resolved. However I am surprised that your assurance is not reflected in my online card statement. I think I will have to wait till monthly statement for July is generated.
                        Iam sorry to state that the unjustified charges are not yet reversed. I have been told by the helpline that I wil get a responce from an officer within 3 days. So far no responce. Two calls from SBI informing that my problem has been resolved has not resulted into action. Should I say that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing?
                        I am happy to tell that SBI have allowed my claim in their bill dated September 2011 and reversed the amount charged in excess. I appreciate their action.

                        I would also like to record that it was due to the complaint given by me to this forum which made them to see reason.

                          This is to bring under the kind notice that we are being harassed by the STATE BANK OF INDIA (Dalhousie road Pathankot) employees for getting back our own Money.
                          My Father had Fixed Deposits for over 7 lac's. My father died intestate with out any will. Bank employee told us to fill up the forms with 2 peoples who knows you from long time, and 2 sureties whose worth are more than 7 lac's.( ALL FORMS DULY ATTESTED BY NOTARY , signed by all 4 peoples , with their Photographs , and with 2 Photo id cards. along with their worth proving documents.
                          we completed all the forms as said along with sureties (whose worth was over Crores of Rupees) from Chandigarh as we are based in Chandigarh itself.
                          when we went to submit the forms , BANK EMPLOYEES denied to accept the documents and forms saying that we will not accept this documents . they said they wont accept the sureties from Chandigarh.
                          we confirmed from bank employes before making the documents if they will accept and they said yes - you can get the sureties from any place.Even Chandigarh is part of Punjab. Don know what the hell these people want.
                          they said you need to made Succession Certificate from court. what the hell is the issue with the People in this bank. they must have told us what they exactly need. we wasted our time and money on making all the stuff.
                          When we inquired about getting the succession certificate from court, we came to know it gonna take minimum of 6 months to get that.
                          the thing is when we go to bank to deposit the money, they are very happy and do all the work, but when it comes to any problem and money back thing, then these people don't care.
                          Now i am going to submit a complaint in RBI against these people.
                          we are being harassed in getting our own money and that too earned with honesty and hardwork.

                            Hi,

                            I am A/c holder of SBI ITPL Campus Bangalore branch. I forgot my online sign-on password and I have requested for my new sign-on password to my company address. I have followed up with then so many times from last 1.5 years, but still I did not received my new password.

                            In the beginning they have asked me to send the signed 'Duplicate Sign on Password form’ via fax or mail. I have faxed the Duplicate Sign on Password form twice and also sent the scanned copy and now they are asking me to collect it in Person from Bangalore.

                            I have some work priorities and at this moment I can travel form Pune to Bangalore just to collect this password. The bank is not ready to respond and not even replying to the emails that I am sending. This is so much frustrating and annoying.

                            I need to net banking password for my account as soon as possible. Please help.

                              My friend Mrs Jayanthi J had a savings account at SBI contonment branch at Trichy bearing a/c no.[protected]. On 1st July 2011 she was trying to withdraw money from ICICI atm at its main branch at contonment and she got her transaction declaind then she tried again for three tims for Rs.2000/(two thousand only) but she has not received any money.
                              The next day she went and got her passbook updated and found Rs.6000/(six thousand only) missing.
                              Please check into it and do needful to get her money back at the earliest.

                              My brother Mr Pallab Swarnakar, has a sbi a/c with S.B.I Dibrugarh main Branch of no [protected] . He used S.B.I ATM card in ICICI Bank ATM at Amullapotty Chari Ali, Dibrugarh on 30/07/2011 at around 4pm to retrieve an amount of Rs6000/- 1st & Rs5000/-2nd attempts on the same day on the same machine.The transaction has been declined in both the time in the same machine., but the amount of Rs11000/- has been debited from his A/C . He has complained regarding this issue in his Bank where he has the account; but the ATM in-charge, SBI, Dibrugarh Main Branch advised him to lodge the complain/registered the complain in the SBI toll free number [protected].After several attempts, he is not able to contact anyone on that number . Again theATM in-charge, SBI, Dibrugarh Main Branch is not taking the complain .He is very must worried about this. May i kindly request to recover his money and credited to his account as soon as possible.

                                  Instead of several reminders and complained you have added a sum of Rs.4545/- with my credit card bill, why and how you add this bill, are you cheating with the customer ? I have not purchased or oany goods anywhere in India, then how you add this Rs.4545/- with my credit card bill? Who gave you permission to do that? Can you show me any receipt or any bill or name of the shop tat I have purchased the goods,then how you add this amount? I am not atall interested in Heritage Holidays, You cancel that kind of bill and in future don't add any such kind of false bill with my credit card.

                                  I was holding SBI card with expiry date 01/2007.I stopped using card after march 2006 and made all outstanding payments through netbanking.After that I got transferred and stopped using the card as my transfer was to Assam.Now I am back in Surat (my original place) and found that they are generating a payment due of Rs 92000/.
                                  The said amount was generated by them against a DD (which I did not ask for) of Rs 55000/sometime in 2008.(when I received it the expiry period was over and i neglected it as the said DD was generated without me asking for it.
                                  Over the phone they are making threatening tones for non payment of money.I asked them to verify with the bank which issued the DD whether DD has been converted into Cash.
                                  Now they are threatening that my credit rating will be paralysed.
                                  My humble submission is that the company involving in such fraudulent activity be immediately blacklisted(I wrote a letter to their complaint grievence cell which did not reply my letter so far

                                  I have got a message in my mobile that a sum of Rs.4545/- have been charged regarding enrolling for take a break, but to you that I have not given any consent about the said enrolling, how they send me a bill without my consent , moreover I have not at all interested about that enrolling. You are requested not to send any such kind of false bill in my credit card bill.I am not liable for that , Please don't attached such kind of fase bill with my ccard.

I have not purchase anything from any shop, then how they send such kind of message. It is one kind of cheating. I request don't add any amount with my credit card monthly bill, because I have not purchase anything nor I given my consent to debit my account. I am not liable for such kind of cheating. Please look into the matter.

                                    I have attached the following xerox copy of my icici bank cheque and acknowledgement slip of SBI bank. This is my friend who have given me an idea. The cheque was deposited on 15th April, 2011 at Nighoj Branch Tal. Shirur. Till now the cheque is not cleared. When ever I go to that Branch the cashier always tell that meet the manager and that time manager is not available at the branch he will come at 3pm and when i go at 3pm, I get news that he wont come today. This happened 2 times. So kindly do needfull. This is suffering me and no news available for me of my cheque. it already a month passed till nowthe cheque has not cleared. Please do needfull. I have send this mail to you with lot of hope. I have send it because some other people should not suffer for the same reason.

                                      i write again n again, but till date, my card has not been canceled. but i m receiving card bill every month imposing charged on me. even bill for last month has been mailed to me.

                                        This is a complaint on tele caller from Dinners card claiming to be an out sources agency of SBI card and calling on behalf of SBI Card and offering mega offers to select lucky winners. The system is planned by a high criminal minded manner.

                                        The person above calls from Delhi and starts explaining the offer countinousley non stop in HINDI, irrespective of weather the listner knows/understands hindi or not. After explaining all bla bla, says U will recieve a confirmation call in 15 minutes time. In spite of telling him that we are not intrested, he says (in Hindi only) dont worry we will not send the kit without your confirmation. Then another person calls from Delhi who Speaks English and starts as, this is a confirmation call........... and quickly briefing the product very fast asks for confirmation of Name, Confirmation of Address etc. When I said I am not intrested,
                                        He starts speaking in an very arrogant manner, using harsh words, saying why then did you accept the call etc. When I said I am presently not wiling to pay Rs 5500/- as per your offer, he asked ' So you want everything free of Cost ???".

                                        Is this a way a tele called speaks ? who intentionally calls making a unsolicitated call and forcing us to accept the offer. Over and above speaking in an arrogant manner.

                                        What is SBI's answer to this situation? Does this happen without the knowledge of SBI card ? Is SBI card not intrested to have theit genuine customers stay with them. Why do they allow third party to speak to the card holders and based on that bill the customers. Even a arrogant call from a known vendor can be seriously dealth with. Hope SBI cards put an end to such criminal practices.
