Dear Sir

I have not received my SBI credit card. On 23th April I received a massage in which shows that credit card dispatched through First Flight courier in Ref. No . SB[protected] and received me within seven working day. But till now we have not received this. Today I have received another massage. In which shows that my SBI card statement for 15/04/11 has been delivered on 21/04/11 to my mailing address. Why statement is dispatched to me if I don’t received my card? What is the process ? please check the matter and contact with me .

You need to verify with bank people about it. Because these people know that where exactly card is.

    I am from Chandigarh & my card no. is [protected] .
    I have got a call on 24.04.2011 from a guy reffering himself from SBI . He told me that I have been selected for an offer under " Privilege Circle Program" . He took my consent . They IMMEDIATELY deducted app. 6070/- from my A/C . Meanwhile I checked about this program on net . I found that this 3rd Party is misguiding SBI CREDIT CARD HOLDERS .
    I want to cancel my consent for acceptance of this offer but since they did not give any contact no. or Email address , I am unable to contact them .
    I emailed to service.[protected]@ge.com and feedback.[protected]@ge.com but received messege delivery failure notice .
    I tried for SBI Customer care toll free numbers . But every time i received that This Number does not exist .
    The SBI has tied up these 3rd parties who are spoiling the image of SBI . They are misguiding the people .
    I am helpless now and I can not understand to whom I contact at present .

    I have taken the Privilege circle program where what was offered is different to what is given to me. Its a new way to cheat customers.
    SBI Should black list This PLAT5 CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. IMMEDIATELY as this agency is spoiling the image of SBI & cheating the SBI Credit Card Holders by offering " Privilege Circle Program" .

    SBI should redress the grievance immediately .
    sir.
    i have a credit card which never used but on cibil showing written off Rs-7053, due to that my personal loan hold up which was sanction on 22 oct 14.
    i already lodge a complaint in consumer court .cibil explaining that sbi bank not updated with us we are just showing information which provided by bank.
    in this situation what can i do...? when my problem are increasing because of cibil or sbi credit card and payment services.

      i D.Mallesham Goud having a SBI credit card No.[protected].
      as i have dropped a cheque No.434052 of Rs.650/- by mistakenly as signature wasn' t done. recognising my falt immediately as i had dropped another cheque No.297918 of Rs.700/- on same date i.e. 08.04.2011.

      but the SBI credit cards bank has taken my first cheque and kept it as dishonourd and passed my second cheque.

      now the bank has put dishonour charge and other charges as Rs.418.98 to my account

      hence i request you to help to me about above matter

        Below mentioned are the issues that had not made me lose a lot of money, but had harassed and teased me to my association with a bank which has no regards for good service and its customers.

        I was pursued by the marketing team for getting a new Credit Card, though I declined the offer numerous times. But, they starting offering me some lucrative and good offers added recently on the card, above all I was offered 2 important things:
        1. Welcome voucher for Rs.500 of store of my choice b/w Reebok,Adidas etc. (I was told the names same way) when I told them I don't want the Vimal voucher they initially offered me.
        2. I was told that everytime I will make a utility bill payment of Rs.1000 or more I'll be getting 2 PVR tickets.

        Now, that was all on call during marketting. But, during a welcome call from an SBI executive, I was declined any of this.

        Concern here is, a reputed banking institution is playing cheap marketing gimmicks just to get an edge in market. I deeply regret the day I said yes for the card because of all the problems that have occurred all this while.

        I had raised a complaint for this matter with the reff no.[protected]. on 14-Apr-2011, But surprisingly when there was no response from the bank for 13 days, despite the fact i repeatedly sent mails/reminders to the bank complaint and feedback mail ID's 'feedback.[protected]@ge.com' and 'services.[protected]@ge.com' with email Reference No. 'CaseID=[protected]', the customer care exec told me that the complaint request was closed, reasoning this as a marketing department fault and not the Bank. What i want to ask here is are these two separate entities and are bigger than SBI as a whole?

        I again registered the complaint regarding same issue with complaint no.[protected].

        Please look into the issue, I'll be glad to get what I was offered else I would request the Bank to return my Money (rs.551) I paid as joining amount and surrender teh card.

        I received a call from SBI a few days ago. I appreciate the response to the complaint though the attitude of handling the complaint was more focused on closing the complaint online.

        Though I would appreciate all the follow up by SBI, However till the end of the communication chain my grievances were not resolved, I would still mark the complaint in disagreement with the solution.

            I am SBI cr. card holder No [protected] paying the the dues on or before time since you have stop mailing me the monthly statement and due to holidays in Apl. 2011 i was unable to tender due amount and paid on one or two days late. resulted into charge of peanly of Rs. 350/ on 14/04/2011. further you have charge Rs. fin charges Rs. 194.15 on 23/04/2011.

            In view of my past credit history that I am regularly paying all my due on and before due date I kindly request to lookin to matter and pl. Reverse penalty/
            interest charged to me.

              Sub: Harrasement by SBI Credit Card

              Dear Sir,
              I was holding SBI Credit Card and my Credit Card Numbr was [protected]. Lateron on phonebanking SBI Crdit Card persons asked me for treansfer of my Outstanding of ABN Amro Bank . But they sent me a cheque of And Cheque No 525 703 dt 5.02.2007 issed in favour of ABN Amro Bank was not used and as per my Credit Card it is used.
              Actually , this cheque was misplaced by me and I have never used this facility. But there statement reflected this entry and I was of the opinion that they have transferred automatically, but later on I came to know that it was not transferred. At every time SBI Credit card raised the bill and I refused them to give my statement and I refused to make payment without my all statement. But they have issued a notice and have paid following cheques:
              1) Ch No 0802995 amounting to Rs 5,000.00 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd and cheque was cleared on 3rd October 2008.

              2) Ch No 0923493 amounting to Rs 7,681.11 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd and Cheque was cleared on 24.01.2009.
              But still my CIBIL report is showing Outstanding Balance and I have written various mails to SBI and letter to SBI but no reply is received. So you are requested to look into the matter and clear my CIBIL Report and refund of Rs 11,250.00 .
              It is further requested that Yourgoodself should take an proper action against SBI Bank for my harrsement & issue show cause notice for compensating me for the loss & insultant faced by me.

                  I have withdrawn a sum of Rs.8000/- through ATM from Kalimpong BR 2 ATM counter, Main Road Kalimpong on 22.04.2011. Accordingly, I received a SMS of the same at 1248 hrs. However, at 1258 hrs. I again received another SMS intimating me deduction of another Rs.8000/- from my main account. A total of Rs.16,000/- has been debited while I had withdrew only Rs.8,000/-. In both the cases TXN No. is 1319. In this connection, I have registered a complaint to customer care service who provided me Complaint No.AT[protected] and assured to solve the matter within 7 days. Am I get back Rs.8000/- which was wrongly debited from my account? please suggest.

                    I am a retired person from Indian Navy On 31 Jan 2011 . I had open my pension account in SBI branch at Panvel,Dist- Raigad. My A/C No...[protected]. I have visited lot of times to bank regarding my pension and retirement beneficiary ammount. I already submiited my life certificate to bank and they stated that they have forwarded my PPONo.- 09/97/B/S/000162/2011dated 14 Jan 2011 to link branch Belapur a long days ago.I am surprised that three month is passed but I did not get any thing. This type of harrashment is facing by a pension holder who has sacrificed his life for the safety and security of this country. I want to know by whose mistake it is ? All my retirement benefit has been depend upon the bank proceesing and clearing the amount.
                    2. Please look after this matter immediately for betterment of the pension holder and their family member.

I took a Personal loan of Rs:100000 from SBI MLA Rest house branch Bhopal, in the year 2007 and at the time of loan sanctioned the interest rate was 12% per annum, and no monthly or quarterly statement was sent to me and in between my salary got delayed and because of which there were few installments got delayed , Now when i took the statement from bank the interest rate charged to me was 13.75% and no such information given to me.&lt&br&lt&br&gt&&gt& &lt&br&lt&br&gt&&gt& And now when i asked for the complete statement of my loan account i have been denied and also the bank people are not ready to tell me the Principal amount and the interest part in the Outstanding amount as on date. &lt&br&lt&br&gt&&gt& &lt&br&lt&br&gt&&gt& Request you to please tell me the principal amount in the outstanding till date and the complete statemnt of my account.

                            i paid through PAYNET service but the website showed transaction failed notice
                            so i immediately droped cheque no 934720 for Rs.14420.00 on[protected]
                            but when i login to my SBI account i noticed the above said amount is already debited
                            from my account PAYNET transaction details as follows

                              this is very disappinted condition that after being a world level bank. we are not geting ordinery service from State bank of india indore (Sanver road)
                              3 months is passed but i have still not get My ATM card ...I made complaint to your branch thrice.but all goes in vein..
                              My friend Jitendra Yadav having the same problem by 9 monthes after deducting 400/- rs..
                              this is not at all accepted from a world level bank...

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I had opened a S.B a/c at your Medical College Campus branch with a
                                view of being a satisfied customer for ever. To my dismay, this has
                                been a total failure. Not sure whom to blame !!

                                I've a very simple request - to grant me transaction rights for Net
                                Banking. I've been calling various people since opening this a/c for
                                this purpose. Unfortunately, I'm told they have done their best. Then
                                who is not doing their job or is it that the software is so complicated
                                that, it is ir-repairable ???

                                I've just returned from the branch after having met the manager. She
                                says she has done whatever instruction was given to her by Mr. Pramod &
                                still the system is not responding. She gave me a print out of the mail
                                she had sent to mumbai ( inb.branch/sbg ). I gave her an application to
                                provide me with a new Net Banking kit to which she said , it'll not
                                activate either. I asked her for a perfect solution to my concern to
                                which, she had none. This has pushed me to extreme corners & I have
                                been very patient all these years & no longer. As such, I requested to
                                close my a/c to which, I got a very prompt & positive response without
                                any hesitance - "Please bring your cheque book & the a/c will be
                                closed". This was the least answer I expected from her !! No effort
                                what so ever to prevent me from closing the a/c.

                                Is this what SBI preaches about customer service ? As a customer, my
                                first point of contact is the respective branch officials headed by the
                                Branch Manager. They should be the one to sort all the concerns of a
                                customer in this era of stiff business competition. Rather than, the
                                customer running from pillar to post to find a solution.

                                It's all the more annoying when I do not receive any response to my e-
                                mails except once from Mr.Pramod who had been very helpful when I spoke
                                to him for the first time. However, my concern is still unresolved.

                                Whatever the outcome of this mail is, I would highly appreciate a quick
                                response please. If it's so difficult to provide me with the
                                transaction rights , I'm all the more happy to close my a/c & move to
                                SBT, Medical College Branch.

                                Internet banking — transaction rights

                                I have internetbanking password, but not got transaction rights. When I approached the branch, i was told that they wanted a number starting with the letter P, which was available by clicking on profile.

                                I could find no such number in profile. please explain how i should procced

                                  This is regarding my credit card number [protected], against which i made the payment of RS 25340/- on 28th May 2008 via receipt number 11264221 of book number 225285

                                  After 2yrs in feb 2010 , someone from SBI bank star calling me and saying you have a dues, when i show my part that i had made the payment they told us that there is payment in system … after that i have show orginal receipt to many concern persons of bank , but my matter is not resolved.. I am defaulter after paying all money ti bank and my cibil rating is bad due to this



                                  I am using other banks credit cards as well as availing car loan and home loan facility by there is no problem at all. if required i can show all my records

                                  Yesterday also some gentlemen called from SERCO which is SBI collection agency and he talk in very bad manner, which is not acceptable …

                                  This is my humble request to you ,,, i need justice WHY I AM DEFAULTER AFTER PAYING MONEY ? WHY SARCO PEOPLE ARE HARRASING ME? FIRST THEY CALLED FROM SOME LANDLINE NUMBER THEN IN LATE EVENING THEY CALLED FROM SOME MOBILE WHICH WAS SHOWING PRIVATE NUMBER / THEY WERE ABUSING AND THRETENING /

                                  SBI Credit Card — PAYMENT HARRESMENT

                                  SBI CARD No: [protected]

                                  With reference to the above card, we have been receiving false claims and telephone calls for recovery of payments, we would like to bring to your notice the following:


                                  We have send a notice thro' a Advocate High Court on 17/02/2003 to: SBI (CREDIT CARD DIV), SBI REGD OFFICE, New Delhi
                                  Briefly, we have made all payments due in 2002
                                  We had also applied for excess payments refund in 2003

                                  Card was used only once for Rs. 5000/- and payments of Rs. 33,000/- within a year - based on Payment statement statements handed over by your staff.

                                  Kindly arrange to look into this serious matter, as a claim of Rs. 1.90 lacs have been made on me.

                                  We look forward to a complete stop to this harassment and mental torture to me and my family, at the earliest.

                                  Kindly arrange to send us complete statements for the above card, from the date of issue of the card, as we had also asked for blocking of the card.

                                  Your advice and help in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

                                  Do not wait for christmas. File an NC at your nearest police station. Provide them the details of telephone numbers and the their names. Even if the details they provide you seems to be false, that does not matter. But do not waste any time.

                                  As Ashton has said do not wait for christmas you need to do something about this issue. This is generally normal for banks not to update your credit information on CIBIL. CIBIL may not be a major concern to you at the moment but in the long run when you would like to apply for another loan it will be a tiresome task. At this moment I am dealing with many clients who have the same issue as you.                                     This is just bringing in to your kind notice is that we have received one credit card on year 2010 ([protected]) in name of card – Gopal Sing Rana, Mother Name – Khumali Devi. Till date have made all dues to the bank as per statement generated by credit card.


                                    Payment Detail are below

                                    Date of payment 05/01/2005 mode of payment cheque Rs.3100/- (Under Cheque number 195884)

                                    2nd payment date of payment 05/02/2005 mode of payment cheque Rs.6050/- (Under Cheque number 195885)

                                    Now as per my record I have been clear all dues, but you have been again taken from me Rs. 32784/- by cheque no 287423. Date of payment 11/04/2011. Recovred from your recovery office (GE) now I need full statement, Settlement, full detail.


                                    Note – They have taken Rs.32784/- From me that is wrong now I need my money back Rs.32784 , Unless I will knock Consumer Court so give me my full and final and returned the amount those u have been taken(32784) . Also I am going to logged the complain of harassment in consumer court against of GE Capital DLF phase 2 , Infirnity tower C Gurgaon.

                                    ge sbi — Cheating

                                    I had a credit card with GE SBI issued to me in[protected] .I had opted for a settlenment on the credit card for Rs 7000 against an outstanding of 10,500 due to some payment irregularities on my account .I had paid 3 EMI of 2333 Rs each ending on 29th April'03 .GE SBI had issued me a settlenment letter so I thought the card & dues are clear on this card . 7 years later in 2010 I get a call from their customer care claiming that I have an outstanding of Rs 1 lac on my card when I do not have the card /nor have used in the last 7 yrs .Also the limit on the card was 17000/- when the same was issued .I never received statements on this card post the settlement on the card .

                                    This is clear harrasment of customers .Pls help & advise .

                                      we have a joint a/c No. [protected] with your State Bank of India, Lake Gardens Branch, Kolkata-700045 and F.D. a/c No. [protected]. My complaint against your SBI Strand Road Branch, Kolkata- 700001 and your head office at Mumbai also.

                                      I had issued a cheque no. 257652 for clearance of Rs 349500/= against my above said FD to M/s Jawed Habib beauty saloon Pvt. Ltd, but to my amiss the said cheque has bounced today (21.04.11) . The said transaction was done after several discussions with your Lake gardens Branch. Moreover, they also blocked my more than Rs 1 lac despite my surrender of credit card. I have been running post to pillar as per the directions of your local bank branch for release of my deposited amount.

                                      we are sorry to state that being senior citizen, I have been harassed like any thing. Now, I request you to kindlylook into the matter and take appropriate steps against such officials of your organisation as this will lead to loose faith in your banking and its services and above all all tarnish the image of such a big concern.

                                      Prompt action needed from your end.

                                        I am using SBI mobile banking service from last 10 months. in starting it worked correcly (means withour error). But from last few days, SBI MOBILE BANKING ask all details like Userid, MPIN, password and then going inside of application also. But while using service, (when it is connect to GPRS) it is suddenly coming as "APPILCATION ERROR"(Detail: our of memory error java/lang/out memory error) and appication closed without complete my request.
                                        I am using Nokia Mobile and model no is 7210

                                        Now I am unable to use SBI Mobile banking service. So please clarify my problem.

                                        hii sir i also fetch the APPLTION MEMORY ERROR pls give me solution
                                        Dear Respected Sir just me installed SBI Mobile banking software on my Mobile handset Samsung Monte SG-5620. The application is activated and me used the application approximately 5 months. On last month i login through wrong User ID and the same is blocked and the service, I recieved the message PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS BEFORE USING ANY SERVICE.Code-943. I have already fwd a application for activation of the mobile banking to my account branch, SBI Salugara Code 011834. But the same is not yet activated. I have proceeded to ATM branch for registration bu the same is not registered and i received a reply, UNABLE TO PROCESS, CODE-079.
                                        In view of the above you are requested to active my mobile banking on my mobile No [protected]
