This is regarding my painful experience with the SBI Credit Card (Number [protected]) where since last 6 years I receive non receipt of payment harassing calls every now and then. Here goes the story-
1. In 2006, on a regular visit to my bank (State Bank of Patiala) I was forced by a young girl to take on the SBI Credit Card. Although I am not a too keen with ATMs, Debit cards etc, I went ahead and took the card.
2. I booked an air ticket with this card in June 2006. The transaction for getting the air ticket was done on
3. The paying back to credit card was done with the Cheque number – 648694 (From my SBOP Account); Dated 2-8-2006 for a payment of INR 6748/-. The same was also cashed (before the billing cycle closure). PFA the debit details in attached receipt.
4. Also another Cheque number- 648695 (From my SBOP Account); Dated[protected] was also cashed on[protected] in favor of SBI Credit Card.
5. Even though the payments were made from my SBOP Account and timely received by SBI, their server goofed up and the records didn’t show the payments. Now started continuous harassing calls pestering me for non payments.
6. I kept on receiving these calls from different people at different timings. After explaining several times over call and receiving harassing threats from them, I visited the SBI bank.
7. That time the Manager Mr Sanjeev Kumar went through all the details of my cheques, payment date etc and certified that the payment was received well in time. This he also signed himself and provided in a certificate (PFA the same).
8. Satisfied, I went home only to get calls as soon as the next manager came down. I had to again visit the bank and show all proofs to the new manager and he was satisfied. Also I submitted back the half torn credit card and a written complaint with the bank.
9. This time, a new manager has again been hired in SBI, Chandigarh and I am daily receiving complete nuisance calls about the non-payment.
All this since last 6 years is a huge inconvenience and regretful that a Bank like SBI could not make one correction in a transaction for which all the details are provided several times and the bank manager also gave a written certificate for!!!!
I request a proper resolution to the issue ASAP or forced, I might have to take the issue in consumer court. Hope to hear from you soon.

SBI Credit Card — Even after I paid, Harassment and forcing to pay again

Hi,
Few years ago, somewhere in 2002, I have got the SBI credit card, I made the purchase of petrol costing Rs.250. It was promised to me that there will no annual and joining fee will be charged, but, when I received the statement, joining fees was included with the purchase amount of Rs. 250.
I had made the payment of Rs. 380. Also, i called SBI credit card customer care and registered my complaint. They promised me to look into this. But, when I received the next statement, there was no change.
I called multiple times, but no action taken from SBI side. I requested from them to cancel /block my card as I was not interested is using their card due to their very poor service.
But, even after calling them several times, called supervisors, managers but nothing happened. At this time I stopped calling them.

After 1 year, I started receiving calls from SBI that i have not paid their outstanding, I have explained the whole story to everybody and told them that I had already paid Rs. 380 against the purchase of Rs 250. Also, requested them to cancel/block the card.
One day I received call from Mr. Sanjeev Gupta (SBI), since i was fed up with them, I agreed to pay Rs. 500 against this and asked him to settle the matter as I did not want to receive any calls in future. He sent one of his executive, I paid him Rs. 500 in cash, I got the receipt of SBI for Rs 500, which I still have it with me.

Now, again after 2 years, started receiving calls from SBI card, they are harassing me, infact mentally torchering me.
Please do something. I am really tensed.
It is very much unfair that when I have not used the card, still they are forcing me to pay.

Pls...pls...pls..do something.

SBI Credit Cards — Made Complete Payment

I have taken a loan on my SBI card [protected] and i had foreclosed the loan by making complete payment.

Still the SBI card officials are asking me to make the payment.

They are saying that we will approach the court in recovering the payment.

Really i mentally getting disturb that even after making the payment, they are putting various charges like late payment fee, finance charges in my SBI card statement.

Please kindly look into this issue.

I am using your creditcard regularly from couple of years.My repayment track was also regular.But due to mishap in family and succeding recession in business from last six months i am unable to pay your minimum amount from last two months and such message was given to your call centre.They have requested to pay ASAP.But your local recovery person Mr. Jitkar Ashish(Cell no. [protected]) & his boss are forcing to pay, Since last month i gave him cheque but it got bounced as my ICICI A/c is allready in minus and same instance has repeated in this month.

I kindly request you that i will repay my amount in couple of months.Kindly do the needfull.

Hi Sudershan,

It brings great grief to my heart to know that a great institution like SBI does not have its basic norms put on place. What you will actually have to do is get a settlement letter from the bank proving that you have no dues. This will certainly put you on top of the game. I would also like to tell you that logging a case in court will not be a solution. I have been dealing with cases where most people go to court and lodge a case but they get no solution.       In the process of decongesting Branches, SBI is advising its customer to visit Eko counter and make a deposit at Eko Counter. At Eko Counter you can make a deposit into your account and no additional charges and at a convenient time of your own.

      in jaipur the Eko branchs are asking for additional charges of two percent of depositing

      money. is there any rule for additional charges.

          for mobile recharge.Before recharge my account balance is 524 After recharge 424. i have recharge 50 rs for 2 times but every time recharge is unsuccessful.but in my account 100rs cut .so plz take the my mobile recharge today.             Subject: DELAY IN CLOSING MY DEMAND LOAN A/C.



            I took D/L (A/c-[protected]) against my NSC on 31/05/2006 matured on 06/04/2011 at SBI Main branch, Begusarai, BIHAR. In spite of repeated representation to the PB Manager and Branch manager on 07/04/2011, 18-20/04/2011 to close my loan a/c and transfer the balance amount to my saving A/c-[protected]. But they are delaying to do so. I also reported it to RM MR. RANJIT KUMAR SINHA on his mobile no. [protected] on 22nd and 23rd April, 2011 but there was no response. I urgently required the rest money which causes delaying my urgent work and suffering from office hours. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and take some necessary action against the persons who are responsible for this type of behavior and please ensure that it should not happen again with anyone.

              I used my credit card in August, 2010. I paid full amount and some extra charges in two installments before bill date. I did not receive any bills or any intimation regarding my bill.Even though my residential address is same I did not receive any bills from March, 2010. Again in January, 2011 I used my card for the purchase, but the transaction failed.I tried to contact customer care through toll free number but I did not receive any response. I could not even access it on SBI website. On 17th February, 2011 I received a letter to pay Rs.3182/- and my credit card has been cancelled and the intimation has been given to civils as per RBI rules.Immediately, I paid the above amount by cheque and it is cleared on[protected]. As I am the regular customer of SBI credit card for long period, I request your good self to consider my card to reactivate or issue another card, for which act of kindness I shall be grateful to you.

                I am unble to open "www.onlinesbi.com". I always get an error "could not connect to www.onlinesbi.com" or " The server at www.onlinesbi.com is taking too long to respond."..

                Its not my todays problem but I am facing this problem from 1 month back. One important thing is that sometimes this site opens very good but most of time I get error message as mentioned above.

                Actually, that SBI site www.onlinesbi.com is very good and so secured too. It is not opening because problem in your system. Please format your system and use updated antivirus. Use updated internet explorer. I am regular user of onlinesbi.

                Do you have still problems with online sbi???? Because I am using it without any problem.

                I am using it for money transfers, and online ticket bookings like railway/bus. At that time, onlinesbi site sending me onetime password also to my mobile for securerd transction. Really it is good.

                  This is bring to your kind notice that I have applied for clousure of my below mentioned DEMAT account on 07.12.2010 and also applied for transfer of my shares and bond to my abother DP, but due to their procedural delay my DP SBI has deducted following amount from my Saving Account attached with DMAT account.

                  Rs. 319.87 dated 12.01.2011
                  Rs. 50.00 dated 20.03.2011
                  Rs. 413.63 dated 15.04.2011

                  Fruther other details are given below:-

                  In this regard, I have given complaint to their customer care email [protected]@sbi.co.in on 18.04.2011 & also send them reminder on 19.04.2011 but nobody has replied the mail and subsiquently, I have talked to their Customer Care no. [protected], than they advised me to give once again request for closure of Demat account.

                  So, please help me to sortout the matter as I have already given a request for closure of Demat account on 07.12.2010 and that time I have also mentioned my another Demat account no. for transfer of my exsisting shares and bonds. So how they have charged above mentioned charges from my Demat and my Demat account is not closed till date and they have frequently deducted charges from my Saving Account attached with Demat Account.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am a retired soldier ( Indian Navy ) and I have retired on 31 Jan 2011. My retirement benefit as well as pension has not been cleared till to date by the link branch SBI Belapur. I have opened my A/C with SBI main branch at Old Panvel and my A/C No. [protected].
                    2 I had submitted my life certificate to concerned branch manager on 17 Mar 2011 and there after they forwarded my PPO to link branch Belapur for clearance.
                    3 But till today it has not cleared by the said branch. I have visited lot of time to bank for confirmation but all in vain.

                    Sir, my complaint and grevience aginst a Govt recognize bank i.e SBI where maximum defence person opened their pension account. Now being an EX- Service man, I have sacrificed my valuable period of life for the safety and security of this country.
                    4. Now Facing a great harrashment and not geting my pension amount as well as pension benefit for more than three month pass.
                    5. My humble request to you , please do needful and clear the amount immediately. I shall be grateful to you.

                      My folio no is 10406580. from my account, 15000 was deducted 3 years back which i wanted to invest into ELSS. Same has been shown in the bank account statement which i submitted in Delhi, Ashoka estate branch on 5th floor to Seema. Amount of 15000 was deducted but no units were allocated at that time to me but since my money was deducted i thought it has been invested in the scheme. 3 years later when i went to redeem my Folio, i got to know that there is zero fund balance. I inquired from bank then i got to know that only amount was taken by SBI MF but not invested in the scheme. Therefore along with all proofs i submitted the request which included cancelled cheque for NEFT transfer and my account details and statement showing that amount of Rs 15000 was deducted from my account[protected], ICICI Bank. My request was considered. Almost month has passed by now after submitting complaint letter to seema. When i still didnt received my amount of 15000, i asked seema. Now she is telling me that we are investing the amount to the scheme and will pay you dividend inspite of me asking for my money back which has never been invested. Request was sent for the same.

                      Even after so many requests, i havent received any revert from SBI. It seems they are not interested in paying back my money. Now i would like to have my money back (Rs 15000) with 12 % interest on it for 3 years as company kept my money uninvested and that too for 3 years. There statement of account showed 0 balance even when i enquired after 3 years. When i asked my 15k back they told me that they will give my as per NAV as NAV was low and showed 8k as balance. I just want to ask that when it was not invested, how can they do so now. If i wouldnt have checked my 3 years account statement they would have never given back my money. I gave request for my money back which was uninvested

                      Now after so much harassment, i want my money back with 12% interest on it.


                      Please help me to get the same. Company is not reverting on my mails.

                      I mailed to sebi and amfi 3 TIMES on [protected]@amfiindia.com, [protected]@sebi.gov.in, [protected]@sebi.gov.in
                      with reminders but it hasnt been resolved. Even after being such prestigious organizations and controller of markets, they dont bother to acknowledge the complaint requests.

                          I have not received my SBI credit card. On 23th April I received a massage in which shows that credit card dispatched through First Flight courier in Ref. No . SB[protected] and received me within seven working day. But till now we have not received this. Today I have received another massage. In which shows that my SBI card statement for 15/04/11 has been delivered on 21/04/11 to my mailing address. Why statement is dispatched to me if I don’t received my card? What is the process ? please check the matter and contact with me .

                            I am from Chandigarh & my card no. is [protected] .
                            I have got a call on 24.04.2011 from a guy reffering himself from SBI . He told me that I have been selected for an offer under " Privilege Circle Program" . He took my consent . They IMMEDIATELY deducted app. 6070/- from my A/C . Meanwhile I checked about this program on net . I found that this 3rd Party is misguiding SBI CREDIT CARD HOLDERS .
                            I want to cancel my consent for acceptance of this offer but since they did not give any contact no. or Email address , I am unable to contact them .
                            I emailed to service.[protected]@ge.com and feedback.[protected]@ge.com but received messege delivery failure notice .
                            I tried for SBI Customer care toll free numbers . But every time i received that This Number does not exist .
                            The SBI has tied up these 3rd parties who are spoiling the image of SBI . They are misguiding the people .
                            I am helpless now and I can not understand to whom I contact at present .

                            I have taken the Privilege circle program where what was offered is different to what is given to me. Its a new way to cheat customers.
                            SBI Should black list This PLAT5 CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. IMMEDIATELY as this agency is spoiling the image of SBI & cheating the SBI Credit Card Holders by offering " Privilege Circle Program" .

                            SBI should redress the grievance immediately .

                            i have a credit card which never used but on cibil showing written off Rs-7053, due to that my personal loan hold up which was sanction on 22 oct 14.
                            i already lodge a complaint in consumer court .cibil explaining that sbi bank not updated with us we are just showing information which provided by bank.

                              i D.Mallesham Goud having a SBI credit card No.[protected].
                              as i have dropped a cheque No.434052 of Rs.650/- by mistakenly as signature wasn' t done. recognising my falt immediately as i had dropped another cheque No.297918 of Rs.700/- on same date i.e. 08.04.2011.

                              but the SBI credit cards bank has taken my first cheque and kept it as dishonourd and passed my second cheque.

                              now the bank has put dishonour charge and other charges as Rs.418.98 to my account

                              hence i request you to help to me about above matter

                                Below mentioned are the issues that had not made me lose a lot of money, but had harassed and teased me to my association with a bank which has no regards for good service and its customers.

                                I was pursued by the marketing team for getting a new Credit Card, though I declined the offer numerous times. But, they starting offering me some lucrative and good offers added recently on the card, above all I was offered 2 important things:
                                1. Welcome voucher for Rs.500 of store of my choice b/w Reebok,Adidas etc. (I was told the names same way) when I told them I don't want the Vimal voucher they initially offered me.
                                2. I was told that everytime I will make a utility bill payment of Rs.1000 or more I'll be getting 2 PVR tickets.

                                Now, that was all on call during marketting. But, during a welcome call from an SBI executive, I was declined any of this.

                                Concern here is, a reputed banking institution is playing cheap marketing gimmicks just to get an edge in market. I deeply regret the day I said yes for the card because of all the problems that have occurred all this while.

                                I had raised a complaint for this matter with the reff no.[protected]. on 14-Apr-2011, But surprisingly when there was no response from the bank for 13 days, despite the fact i repeatedly sent mails/reminders to the bank complaint and feedback mail ID's 'feedback.[protected]@ge.com' and 'services.[protected]@ge.com' with email Reference No. 'CaseID=[protected]', the customer care exec told me that the complaint request was closed, reasoning this as a marketing department fault and not the Bank. What i want to ask here is are these two separate entities and are bigger than SBI as a whole?

                                I again registered the complaint regarding same issue with complaint no.[protected].

                                Please look into the issue, I'll be glad to get what I was offered else I would request the Bank to return my Money (rs.551) I paid as joining amount and surrender teh card.

                                I received a call from SBI a few days ago. I appreciate the response to the complaint though the attitude of handling the complaint was more focused on closing the complaint online.

                                Though I would appreciate all the follow up by SBI, However till the end of the communication chain my grievances were not resolved, I would still mark the complaint in disagreement with the solution.

                                    I am SBI cr. card holder No [protected] paying the the dues on or before time since you have stop mailing me the monthly statement and due to holidays in Apl. 2011 i was unable to tender due amount and paid on one or two days late. resulted into charge of peanly of Rs. 350/ on 14/04/2011. further you have charge Rs. fin charges Rs. 194.15 on 23/04/2011.

                                    In view of my past credit history that I am regularly paying all my due on and before due date I kindly request to lookin to matter and pl. Reverse penalty/

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I was holding SBI Credit Card and my Credit Card Numbr was [protected]. Lateron on phonebanking SBI Crdit Card persons asked me for treansfer of my Outstanding of ABN Amro Bank . But they sent me a cheque of And Cheque No 525 703 dt 5.02.2007 issed in favour of ABN Amro Bank was not used and as per my Credit Card it is used.
                                      Actually , this cheque was misplaced by me and I have never used this facility. But there statement reflected this entry and I was of the opinion that they have transferred automatically, but later on I came to know that it was not transferred. At every time SBI Credit card raised the bill and I refused them to give my statement and I refused to make payment without my all statement. But they have issued a notice and have paid following cheques:
                                      1) Ch No 0802995 amounting to Rs 5,000.00 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd and cheque was cleared on 3rd October 2008.

                                      2) Ch No 0923493 amounting to Rs 7,681.11 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd and Cheque was cleared on 24.01.2009.
                                      But still my CIBIL report is showing Outstanding Balance and I have written various mails to SBI and letter to SBI but no reply is received. So you are requested to look into the matter and clear my CIBIL Report and refund of Rs 11,250.00 .
                                      It is further requested that Yourgoodself should take an proper action against SBI Bank for my harrsement & issue show cause notice for compensating me for the loss & insultant faced by me.
