      Respected Sir,

      I have an saving account (A/c No. is [protected]) in State Bank of
      India, with (02401) Kutchery branch, Dist. Meerut. I have ATM facility bearing debit Card No.[protected], on dated 07.01.10 I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 10000.00 from ATM of Indian Overseas Bank, Branch Police Line Meerut at 18:50, ATM ID: IOBD9526, REF No:[protected], during this transaction the amount of Rs 10000.00 deducted from my A/c but Cash didn’t delivered by ATM Machine at that time & ATM Machine’s Receipt show that RS. NOT AVAILABLE, same problem occurred by another person who used that ATM after me.

      Tomorrow on dated 08.01.10 I went to Indian Overseas Bank, Branch Police
      Line Meerut but the branch Manager told me that you have to contact to your own branch & amount will be credited in my account through my own branch. Then I met to the Branch Manager (02401) Kutchery branch, Dist. Meerut & he told that your problem will be sort out within 90 Days due to another bank transaction.

      After this I lodged a complaint on customer care no [protected]
      on dated 15.01.10 by complaint No AT[protected], and SBI customer care executive told me that my problem will be solved within a week, after that when I talked again than he told that amount will be credited in my account through my own branch and you have to contact them.

      After this conversation I again lodged a complaint, complaint No
      AT[protected] at customer care on dated 20.09.10, and SBI customer care executive again told me that your complaint have been closed & this amount will be credited in your account through your own branch & you have to contact them immediately then I met to the Branch Manager (02401) Kutchery branch, Dist. Meerut again on dated 20.09.10 but he told me that he can’t do anything again.

      I also lodged a complaint, complaint No AT [protected] on dated 21.01.11
      at SBI customer care but after that date I talked many time to SBI customer care executive but they told me every time that your complaint status is in under process, but it seems that no anyone is interesting to solve the above said complaint although maximum period of 12 days from the date of receipt of customer complaints.

      As per Indian Overseas Bank letter no. Nil, Dated[protected], why my
      bank/branch didn’t claim for charge back, as I have already lodge a complaint on dated 15.01.10. (Copy Enclosed).

      Respected Sir I already submitted an application under Right to Information Act, 2005 on dated: 21.03.2011, but they send me the unclear answers of the queries about requested information’s, that is also an offense under section 20 of Right to Information Act, 2005. As I asked that what is the reimburse policy to the customers, if the amount wrongfully debited on account of failed ATM transactions, from the date of receipt of customer complaints? He told me that it is not a failed transaction, if its not a failed transaction then in attached copy of J.P.Log / E.J.Log, where is clearly mention that *668*18:50:20 COM ERROR: 0000001D 200018 was occurred, after this transaction next transaction was also invalid, which is showing clearly that my transaction was a failed transaction, because before this transaction there is no any COM ERROR. As well as I also requested the copy of recorded video (In C.D.) of the ATM ID: IOBD9526 of date 07.01.10 at the time duration of 18:30 to 19:00, that video will clear the whole doubts about this transaction were right or wrong.

      Respected Sir I am really very suffering due to all these conversations,
      since 07.01.2010 & it became a very long time. So please help me to solve this problem as early as possible because no any one is interesting to solve the above said problem.

        i have take education loan from the bank mentioned above.the amount for loan is Rs 4 lakh..my per semester fee is 65000 and the rest is arrange by my parents.as the central goverment acted upon the subsidy in education loan i am yet not get benefited from it.i am bpl(below poverty line ) consumer.my branch manager has ask for all the document required for the purpose ,yet he has not taken any decesion..................please help me out

              Dear sir,
              I am Manoj.S, having an account with SBI Bada branch,Gwalior with a/c no.[protected] Today[protected].55 PM , Sir I tried to withdraw Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) from ATM no.s10F[protected] situated in Old Rajinder Nagar Market, New Delhi . Rs.10,000/- collected in the 1st transaction on 6.54 PM(TXN. No.3107), and tried the second transaction for another Ten Thousand immediately on 6.55 PM(TXN. No.3108).The cash came out and went inside. It shows Rs.20,000/- is deducted from my account in two consecutive transactions.I received only Rs.10,000/-.I immediately called up SBI customer care executive and is advised to wait 24 hrs before going with a written complaint,by then the amount will automatically be credited. Sir with all the respect I request you to look in to the matter and do the needful to credit Rs.10,000/- back in to my account as early as possible..

                I hope after writing my greviances to you I may not be required to go to Banking Ombudsman and very prompt action shall be taken by your team.

                I had applied for SBI SpiceJet Card in June 2010. I paid the requisite charges and was given a redemption Vr. No. 14356922 to fly one free ticket on Spice Jet.

                In the month of December 2010, while making a pre-planned family trip, I tried to redeem that voucher, but to my utter shock this voucher was not accepted by Spice Jet stating that it is duplicate voucher redeemed by another customer. With none of my fault I ended up by paying higher amount for the urgent air-fare. - Lack of Professionalsim and poor management on SBI Card part.

                When I lodged the complaint with Mr. Anil Kumar, the Supervisor, available on the Helpline Nos. I was assured that a new voucher is sent to my address by Express IT courier in the month of January 2011. After a long wait till March 2011, I didnot receive the courier and asked the helpline again and they said "SORRY" and asked me to wait for the new courier sent by Express IT No. [protected] dated 14.04.2011. Now this courier, I have already waited for 15 days and tried to contact the courier company, but details didnot match with them. There is no such POD details on their website either. Were there a courier, I would have received it.

                Now, I am trying to contact this person, Mr. Anil Kumar continously for three working days, he is not coming on the line, I am kept on long hold. The representative asks me to wait for his call, since he is busy on another line, which he never calls back.

                The amount of time, energy and money that I have spent on chasing one redemtion voucher in real terms is more than its worth, not more than 3000/- 4000/-.

                If the whole TEAM of SBI Card cannot handle this redemtion voucher maketing scheme, better not give such false assurances and if it is given, say by mistake, ask us to forgive, we keep a great heart, we shall mercy on you. But this request for mercy should come from Mr. Anil Kumar.

                I hope you will understand my greviances or else I will make you understand it, if you undersatnds lawyers language.

                The SBI Card Team is so careless and unprofessional, I never expected that. Are these people make a fool to us. Is there any check on these people.

                Dear Representative of SBI Cards



                Today I received a call from SBI card apologizing for the inconvenience caused to me. He asked me note down a new voucher no. and said that its validity will be same as the initial voucher's validity that is June 2011. So illogical and funny. You expect me to make my program in a short notice, as if I am sitting idle and had never experienced a flight and I shall immediately make my program. See you people are not handling the case properly. If you are issuing a new voucher, its validity should be for one complete year from the date of my receipt of it. Mr. Anil Kumar, the supervisor assured me that.I should be given an oppoutunity to redeem the voucher for full one year's validity. Rather I shall seek the compensation from SBI Cards for the mental, physical and monetary loss that I had suffered.



                If no one in the whole SBI cards Team is listening to me, let me handle the case in my own way.

                  Recently I have Received a chque of Rs.150000 being Refund of DDA Reg. amount . cheque was issued by Axis Bank,New Delhi payable at par in Ahmadabad. This was deposited by me my s.b. Account No.[protected] in SBI Paldi Br. Ahmadabad 4/5/2011. Since Chiquia of Axis Bank was payable at PAR in Ahmadabad,in my view Bank cannot levy Collection charges.I never made request for speed ow clg. To my surprise SBI debited Rs.192 in my saving account as SPPED OW CLG CHGS[protected]. pl TELL ME WHETHER SATE BANK OF INDIA IS CORRECT.

                    I am Kirti Gupta, has tranjected the amount of Rs. 8000/- from Axis Bank ATM, Ganesh Layout, Ring Road, Nagpur on 30.04.2011 . That time the ATM machine was not working properly and the transection/withdrwal has been cancled and I did not get the slip also. But the same amount has been deducted from my SBI saving account ([protected]) and till now amount has not returned in to my account.

                      Hi,

                      I had a SBI credit card which i got in 2005 but due to some invalid transaction charges made on my card i closed the same in 2007. Before closing my running credit card, i did call the SBI customer care and asked them to waive the invalid transactions of Rs/- 1000 (approx) and close the account. As per confirmation from them, i made a lumpsum payment of Rs 21000/- (outstanding was approx. 22000/-) and after few days could figure out that am unable to login to myonline account which made me feel as if my account is closed. The e-statements also stopped after that confirming my belief. But suddenly after few years they started sending me statements again and their recovery agents started calling me.
                      These days the frequency of calls from recovery has increased and they are asking me to pay 17000/- as outstanding and threatning me as well for court notice and other actions may be some gundas etc. They are harassing me badly by calling atleast 100 times a day and i don't know how to go about that. This is a very unfair practice as the bank is asking me to pay for no issues of mine.

                      Please somebody help me as how should i go about it.

                      Hi,

                      I got a phone call from SBI - Delhi and after discussion of the whole issue am asked to make a payment of 1905/- which was left as outstanding on my last bill before i made the last payment of 21000/-, post which the bank will reverse back the charges accrued till date to the account and will remove my name from CIBIL.

                      I will make an online payment today for the same and would post the Transaction id as well over here. But i need a confirmation from SBI that as soon as i post the transaction ID, they'll send me a confirmation letter or say NOC on my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com).

                      As i've already faced a deceptive action i don't want to risk myself again.

                      I did everything to get things clear from my side and was assured and confimred by SBI executive that they have sent my clearance details to CIBIL. But the latest CIBIL report which i got a week back doesn't reveal that. Can i get someone to look into it on top priority?

                          lost my atm cum debit card pin number

                          I have lost my ATM cum DEBIT card pin code having my card number[protected] and my service branch is SBI YAVAL (272), SATOD ROAD (262069)DIST. JALGAON, STATE: MAHARASHTRA.as a result, I am unable to withdraw money from my account . In profession, I am a HOUSEWIFE, and stays in NASHIK far from home . this incident has caused a big problem in case of money .

                            On 13 May 2011,I got a call from SBI costumer care stating that due to my usage and ontime payment of my credit card bills my credit limit would be doubled and i would be issued a new card for that.He had all my details including my name, age,card number and card type.He told me that this was a verification call and as a previlege member i was given heritage holiday pack free of cost.But after this call when i checked my online statement Rs.4515 was deducted from my credit card.

                              I am an SBI credit card No [protected] holder (date of birth[protected] since the last several years. I have had several transactions using this credit card and was very useful. But since the last one year or more I have not been using the card and the validity of my card is 10/2012. I am also not getting any statement from the card since the last couple of years. Today I came to the GE SBI card office to check on the postion of my card and by surprise came to know that it is cancelled.

                              Then I had got in touch with the Customer care center and they informed me that I had asked for a settlement which is totally baseless and rediculous. I conveyed this to the customer care personal then they informed that since the last June 2010 as I had not remitted some small amount of Rs 100+ it was deactivated. This is strange that without my knowledge and intimation how can my card be cancelled and taking back my benefits that I had accrued over the years? The service personal also did not have any justification to this. There is not the manner for cancelling my card that has a validity o[censored]p to 2012. Even you have field personal who can collect any outstanding balance if any and maintaintain the facility. Why this was not done?

                              Now that I have a very purpose for activating my card, I would request you to do the needful to revive my card or issue me a fresh credit card that has international operational facility. It would be the best if the present card is reinstated. I would like to receive your reply soon for either reviving the card / issuing a fresh credit card within a weeks time.This is important. I would need a decision soon for a specific purpose for online travel & money transfer purpose abroad.

                              If required, I would also consider to present this untimely cancellation of my SBI card to the concerned in SBI and the possible legal forums for necessary action.

                                      "Dear Cardholder, There is a credit balance of Rs. - 6.53 on your SBI card. This would be adjusted against your subsequent purchases. Happy Shopping"

                                      SBI CREDIT CARDS — WRONG SMS MESSAGE

                                      I received a SMS message from mobile number [protected] at 13.00 hours to day on my cell phone that I am due a sum of Rs. 1410 towards EMI and asking me to arrange for necessary amount to be parked with my bank before 15 10 07
                                      As I have not availed any loan I tried to contact the above mobile number but there was no response at all. I sent an SMS to the same number asking the sender to disclose the identity and so far no reply. As a precaution I telephoned SBI CARD help line 3902 02 02 and I spoke to them about the problem. They acknowledged that the message is from them only but wrongly sent to me. I requested them to send me a message that the said communication is from them only and should be ignored. But to my surprise they declined my request and said that they cannot confirm the same over sms
                                      I am a senpor citizen and never go for any loan etc and such message put lot o[censored]nnecessary tension on me
                                      May I request you to take up this matter with the concerned people and ensure that wrong messages
