SBI — annual charge
i had taken sbi cr card .the agent told me that there will be no charges applicable on this.but after 1 month they had charged me annual bill charge.i called them they told me that it is yheir mistake.but when my card is renewed they again annual charge is leived on me.when i talk to them they said that my card is chargeable thay cant do anything.thae are just looting the peopleby giving falsy statement and offers before purchasing cards.
I fully agree with the complaint, even I'm a victim of the same illegal method adopted by SBI.
I am a centrall goverment employee, SBI credit card execuitive ,confirm me life time free credit card.But after completion of one year there are asking me to pay annual fees.When i contacted customer care cell, they told me to waiver 50% of the fees. But my question is why should i pay a singly penny, when i was told initially that the card will be free for life time for centarl goverment emplyees.

When I applied for this card they said its an life time free card which I cross verified when with SBI customer care peoples. First year they reverted back the annual fees. Now again this year you slapped annual fee to me. Several times I requested to cancel my card if it is not a free card. But never canceled. When I was not interested to take this card SBI peoples made my life hell by making frequent calls day and night. Really I never interested for any card with annual fee or joining fee as I am using ICICI, Citi Bank cards with no annual fee for last 5 years. And I was satisfied with them. Then why I should take a card with Annual fees of 750 + tax. As your SBI peoples promised me that this card is lifetime free card I applied for it. Please help me in this regard.
All cards I am using regularly and paying in time with no controversy.
Last year also I requested the same by calling customer care. That time they reverted back the amount and same person promished that next year I wont get any annual fee. If I'll get any fee just need to call customer care and they will revert back the same. If you have any recording facility you can listen my conversation.
Please consider my case and do something as the annual fee is very high for me. I cant afford that much high amount as annual fees.
Please try to check the peoples who are making false promises to customer 's in your customer care department and also the franchies given by SBI Cards dept.
