[Resolved]  State Bank Of India & Apollo Hospitals Madras — Rs 5000 deducted on 17 sep 2013 at Apollo emergency Chennai at 3:35 AM but amount not Credited

This is regarding rs 5000 paid as advance for rs 30000 at Apollo Hospital Emergency for my grand mom Patient Name (Mrs.Minati Kar) (70 years age) on 17-sep-2013 at 03:45 A.M. The cashier informed us that payment of rs 5000 is rejected due to lack of balance but I received the following sms: "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XXX6330 for a purchase worth Rs5000 on POS 07063040 at APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTER Madras I IND txn#[protected].".I raised complaint online as well as called customercare [protected] with PO[protected]. My complaint was rejected with following reply mail: "Dear Sir/Madam,We regret that your Feedback/Complaint could not be registered due to incorrect details provided by you.May we request you to kindly Call on our Toll free No.[protected]/[protected] to know more/ register your Feedback/Complaint or download the Feedback/ Complaint Form from our website (www.sbi.co.in) and submit the duly filled in Form to your Home Branch.3. We assure you of our best services. Thanks and Regards,Team SBI (CMS)" If SBI is going trouble its esteemed and valueable customer with no fault of mine,I will forced to take action. I had same problem with ICICI and problem was resolved on the same day.

This is regarding the transaction of rs 5000 made as part an advance of rs 30000 for Patient Name- Mrs.Minati Kar admitted to Apollo Hospital.The cashier at Apollo Emergency swiped my sbi card.The remarks was that "Transaction has been dishonoured".They claim that the amount has not been transferred to Apollo Hospitals.I received a sms from BX-ATMSBI with following Message-"Thank you for using your SBI debit card 62**************330 for purchase worth Rs 5000 on POS 07063040 at APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTER Madras I IND txn#[protected]". My query is if amount is not received by apollo then why is it missing? I raised a complaint using https://www.onlinesbi.com and then raised a complaint at SBI customer care[protected] with complaint no#.PO[protected].I received an email from SBI: "Dear Sir/Madam, We regret that your Feedback/Complaint could not be registered due to incorrect details provided by you. May we request you to kindly Call on our Toll free No.[protected]/[protected] to know more/ register your Feedback/Complaint or download the Feedback/ Complaint Form from our website (www.sbi.co.in) and submit the duly filled in Form to your Home Branch. 3. We assure you of our best services. Thanks and Regards, Team SBI (CMS)" I had similar problem with ICICI bank but amount was credited on the same day. I attached screenshot. Why should I be troubled, as it is not my fault?If SBI ATM POS Transaction fails to take appropriate action and do needful to refund at the earliest,I will forced to take drastic steps which I donot want to.
