I used my ATM card no.[protected] in South Indian Bank ATM centre (20631) at Coonoor to withdraw Rs.10000 and then Rs.5000 on 3rd March 2012. I am the account holder of SBT Madras Main Branch {A/C No. [protected]}. SBI ATM Surendra Nagar extension is always at Dark during evening hours for the past 10 to 15 days without any lights inside the room. Some customers drawing the money with the help of Torch light/Cell Phone light and many ladies are going back without taking money after seeing the darkness. Several times I enquired the Security posted there at ATM Machine and his reply was "I have already informed". It is pertinent to mention here that ATM is adjacent to very busy road of Medavakkam High Road. There is frequent news from medias that Bank Robbory and ATM tamparing is being held daily somewere. I hope SBI will rectify the above problem soon. Thanks and regards

I am Puneet sharma. I have a bank account in Axis Bank. I tried to withdraw money from my bank account from the ATM Machine of SBI i Naraingarh Haryana. But i didn't get any money and amount of Rs. 500 has been debited from my account. Please advice me what to do in that kind of position ?????

Sir, today id put my atm card of State bank of india in IDBI atm and while the currency is comming out, the power of the atm gone out. the currency is not pounced out. after checking the same after the power came found that the amount is debited to my account.

What shall i do to get my money.

Bank Of India — Money is withdraw through ATM without original atm card

i m jyoti kumar a/c holder and also staff of bank of india..on 9/4/12 from my a/c 30000rs is debited by somebody through ATM card i dont know how? Becouse i have my atm card with me...nd bank refuse to accept any complain or to do any help...also police dont want to write any FIR..

So,please help me..

i was a recent victim of such complaint of a false debit to my account no-[protected] Rs10000/ SBI sambalpur ODISSA on Dt06/04/2012atATM terminal no-S10B[protected].I lodged written complaint to the Bank.My complaint was dealt by the Bank and say that, even Idid not put my PIN no in the machine, simple insert of the ATM card IN the machine my identity remained in there until someone used the machine.As such, bank say that someone immediately entered my PIN and withdrew Rs10000/.Bank say, someone communicated my PIn while I withdrew cash from the sideby machine. whatever may be the reaso lost Rs10000/, my hardearned money.The Bank assume no responsiblity for this mishap.A system that can not provide safety of money in the account should not be used by a Bank.I have totally lost my faith in the ATM system.Iwant to live in 19th century not in 21st century.NAMASKAR ATM SYSTEM OF BANKING& NET BANKING.

State Bank of India — Cash deduction from the account without receiving the amount

My name is Gunjan Garkoti, I have my sbi account in kusumkhera,haldwani(Uttrakhand), my account no. is [protected].i had transected Rs. 3500 on 22-may-11 from SBI ATM in Badshahnagar,Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh), But I didnt recieved money after transection because the ammount came and went inside so fast that i couldnt able to catch that cash and then ammount deducted from my account,after that i complained to the bank many times but they didnt took any action,and replied with the letter that i have recieved the ammount which i havent.now i am asking for the cctv footage from them but bank is not co-operating niether hepling me anyway.Finally I approched you with the hope that you will help me in getting justice.

I would like to inform you that I, myself Gayatri kalita having account in your respective branch (DISPUR BRANCH), account no [protected]. On dated 10th September, 2012 me and my husband went to withdraw Rs 4000 from B.K. kakati Rd ATM machine (NEAR DGP Office Ulubari) at around 22:11 hrs. A receipt was generated where it was written that "sorry unable to process". So I could not receive the money and we thought the ATM was not working properly or there may be a link failure.

But suddenly I received a message in my registered mobile no that 4000 Rs is debited from my account. I immediately checked my mini statement in the same ATM machine and I found that 4000 Rs is debited from my account. I was surprised that I did not get the cash but still the amount 4000 Rs was debited from the account.

I immediately called up in the toll free no of SBI and registered a complain about the incident. The representative gave me a complain no, which is - AT[protected]. Also he suggested me to wait for 24 Hrs and to check the balance. He assured me that amount will be credited in my account within 24 Hrs. I waited for 24 Hrs but still I did not get the cash credited in my account. I would like to request you to kindly look after the matter as soon as possible and do the needful in this regard.

when i tried to withdraw rs 3000 from my a/c on 10th decembear around 0900 pm from the sbi at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

sir i have already given the complain to the sbi naval base and also sbi mukulish but till now no any reply come not the money .

I am MINU MATHEW, my account no: is [protected]. I tried to take a ticket in KSRTC by using SBI atm card and the transaction is failed . But the ticket charge 718 Rs lost from my account. I given a complaint in SBI and till now i didnt get the amount back.
