[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

I am having SB a/c No.[protected] ATM card No.[protected] in State Bank of India, R.S.Puram Branch, coimbatore. I have used my ATM card at State Bank of Hyderabad Atm centre at P.N.Pudur Branch, coimbatore on 16.10.2010 to withdraw Rs.5000/- TWO TIMES. But due to sum reason ATM machine has not delivered cash to me, But in my account Rs.5000/- has been debited TWO TIMES. But given reverse credit only ONE TIME. I have given written complaint on 18.10.2010 to my branch. I did not get the money Rs.5000/- credited in my account till date. Please do the need full at your earliest.

SBI ATM / AXIS BANK ATM — Amount deducted from my account but money not came out from axis bank atm

I am SBI ATM card holder -ANBL Sector-k, B-21, aliganj, Lucknow, withdrawl amount Rs 3000/ from Axis bank ATM (Kagal Nagar, Sonari, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand)but connectivity got failed so amount not came out and Rs 3000/ deducted from my account.

I, Joydeep Sarkar, SBI Savings account holder, intended to withdraw Rs 6000.00 from AXIS Bank ATM at Jamuria on 21.10.10. Though the amount debited from my Account, I did not receive the Cash at all. I made a written complaint on 26.10.10 at SBI Jamuria, but no response received. Need your help.

State Bank of India — Amount of Rs 2000 showing as withdrawal which we have not withdrawn

Dear Sir/Madam,



My father is having salary a/c (A/C #[protected] with SBI , Naupada, Thane Branch.



We have raised complaint regarding the amount showing as withdrawal of Rs 2000/- on 28th Dec 2010 in above account but the thing is that while withdrawing the cash from atm of IDBI (Location ambernath station (west)) amount has not been withdrawn stating the reason that transaction is cancelled then also the balance is deducted.



We personally came to SBI to raise the complaint but your executive refuse to take the written complaint & ask to call on help line # & raise the complaint, we did that but till date we have not received our money.



Our complaint # is AT[protected].



All the time when will call to SBI we have get nonsense replies, we have get harassed please let me know to whom we will handover this query to resolve this & get bank our money.

My Name is Viswanadhula Sridhar. My account from Union Bank of India. A/c No: [protected]. 1/2/2011 morning 11.00 a.m SBI ATM Tadepalligudem Branch, (nearly Police Station) withdraw Rs. 5, 000/-. But Money was not respond. Your Transtction is proceeding after no money. So beside atm checking my mini statement was withdraw money Rs. 5, 000/-. So Please Kindly help me. This amount was one month salary.

state bank of india(sbi) — To refund my deducted money

Dear sir,
Respected sir I Premananda Panigrahi a customer of SBI want to request that, today(5th feb) i tried to withdraw the money(1500) from HDFC atm but unfortunately the system was hang. So i cancel at that time.
Again after some time i checked my account from another atm and i saw that my balance has been deducted. Sir plz help me to refund my money.

SBI — regarding lost balance

sir,
i recharged my vodafone sim in online ,but they decuted balance from my account but my mobile has not got recharged

I Mod narain Mandal A/c No. [protected] At SBI NMCH, Branch Patna compaint that on 12.04.2011 at about 5.54 P.M.tried to withdrawn Rs.500.00 from ATM o[censored]nion Bank of India, Bhutnath Road, Patna.

The said amount Rs.500.00 not withdrawn but my SBI A/c has been debited. As such, I request you to kindly get it credited immediately.

in 23 january 2011 i cannot get my money (4000) from statebankofindia krishnanagar (postofficemore counter), nadia, w.bengal it is a savings bank account on the allahabadbank, dumurdaha branch, hooghly dt. w.bengal my account no. is [protected].

I withdraw three thousand rupees from the Atm machine id NA522401. the Atm Shows me a message that " please wait your transaction is processing" after that I wait for some time and the Atm Shows me the other message that "transaction time out" and I did not received any amount from the Atm machine. After that I again give a request for a balance enquiry and I see that the three thousand rupees is debited from my account but I had not received any amount. Axis Bank — atm machine out of order

I AM AN ACCOUNT HOLDER O[censored]NITED BANK OF INDIA , ASSAM.BUT I ALWAYS WITHDRAW MONEY FROM THE NEAREST ATM OF MY AREA,THAT IS AXIS BANK OF INDIA,JADAVPUR,KOLKATA.LAST DAY WHILE WITHDRAWING MONEY SOME ERROR CAME AND I HAVE TO CANCEL TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY.LATER WHEN I TRY TO WITHDRAW IT AGAIN MY BALANCE IS SHOWING RS.5000 LESS THOUGH I HAVE'NT RECEIVED ANY MONEY.I

I have ATM Card bearing machine No[protected] of state bank of India Mashila branch situated Andul, Howrah. On 03 Feb 2011, I withdrawal of Rs.15, 000/-vide ATM Token No TXN 9538 on same day. Due some mechanism fault/Net problem of this ATM machine, I got Rs 9500/- out of Rs 15000/-. Immediately I informed to my nearest SBI Branch (SBI-Mashila, Code No 8556). But one and half month past, the balance amount Rs 5500/- not yet been received till date.

Sir, it is intimated that I have logged complained all the necessary SBI Branches but no action has been taken till date to credit the amt. I have also written complain to SBI Mashila, Code No 8556 (which I have saving account) but they told me that we can, t do anything regarding this matter, you may liaise with SBI Howrah (main branch)to inform the above facts. Dye to illness, I telephonically discussed with ATM Manager of SBI Howrah (Main Branch) but they have also refused to credit the amount. Therefore, you are requested to please advised me what to do & how to get my money.

. Kindly credit Rs. 5500/- soon as possible. I am really suffering some financial hardship due to the above facts.
