[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

Sub: - Refund of Rs 15, 000/- erroneously debited to my account although cash was not delivered from ATM machine.

I, NITAI DAS ADHIKARY having an DSP a/c in the SBI KENDRIYA VIDHYALAYA No. 1, AIR FORCE STATION AGRA (code-10629).MY a/c No. is [protected]. When I tried to withdraw Rs. 15, 000/- from my a/c [protected] on 18th Mar 2011 at 12:13 Hrs from the SBI ATM at
SANJAY PALACE-2nd ATM
(ATM ID-S10G[protected] and TXN No. 5112) located at
AGRA, UTTER PRADESH.
MONEY DID NOT DISPENSED but the amount debited from my account where as I received a printed slip stating "sorry unable to process".So I could not withdraw any money .

sir I have already given the complain to the account holding branch and got the Ticket No AT[protected] and from the Customer Service(Ticket No. AT[protected], but till now the said Rs.15, 000/- not credited to my account .

So, I am requesting you to take necessary action to refund the hard earned money at the earliest.

I Vijender Kumar having an A/c in the SBI laxmi nagar branch.delhi-110092 A/c no [protected], when i tried to withdraw Rs 500 from my A/c [protected] on 6th March-2011 around 8:45 am from the central bank of india atm laxmi nagar delhi at the time atm machine has been switched off so that i could not recievd any money or any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my A/c-[protected]

Sir i have already given the complain on customer care of sbi but till now no any reply come not the money .

So I am requesting you to take necessary action regarding the same.

my name is vijay prasad singh and i have a saving a/c-[protected] in sbi at dhanbad hirapur branch.i made sbi atm transaction in deepatoli at ranchi and atm id-S10A[protected] at 0942011.i started a transaction with a insert of atm card and pin no but there are no response get from atm machine then i press cancel button to cancel my transaction but found that the keys was blocked and the guard told that it will cancel automatically then i do transaction at second atm at same branch atm id-S10A[protected] and withdraw money 500.after an hour when i checked my balance it shows that after 500, rs 1100 is debited from my account with the atm id-S10A[protected] in 0942011.
SO PLEASE LOOK IN THIS MATTER AND TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO RETURN MY MONEY.

Union Bank of India — atm deducted Rs.20 on Ist withdrawal

I have withdraw Rs. 5000/- on 12.04.2011 Ist time from Union bank of india, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur ATM id is WKAN[protected], Record No. 1857 and ATM deducted Rs.20/- as service charge. As per RBI norms it is free for three occassions.

Please Reverse Rs. 20/- to me as it is against rule.

I am having SB a/c No[protected] ATM card No.[protected]in Central Bank of India, ghod dod road Branch, surat. I have oiused my ATM card at State Bank of india Atm centre at kawas surat Branch, Surat on 31.03.11 to withdraw Rs3000/- three thousand twoTimes. But due to sum reason ATM machine has not delivered cash to me, But in my account Rs.3000/- has been debited ONE TIMES. I have given written complaint on 02.04.11 to my branch. I did not get the money Rs.3000/- credited in my account till date. Please do the need full at your earliest.

State Bank of India — drawn but more deduction

i ajit kumar behera having Ac no [protected] .I draw 6000/-rupees on 5/13/11 time18:37after drawn balance is 17225/-( from plulnakhara Atm cuttack,orissa) and sms not come to my mobile.When i check balance on date 5/18/11 my balance reduce to 15826/- time18:37.please check and take appropriate action soon.

State Bank of India — balance reduction twice

i have booked an e-ticket on[protected] from from Phagwara to Delhi but when i checked my mini statement the amount(Rs 354/- POS PRCH) was debited twice from my account . even then if there was no error during transaction. when i updated my passbook i came to know that transaction no of both the debited amount was same. several times i had made complained the irctc customer care through mail and calls) but all the time they just replied that they had forwarded the complains to higher department.
i want to know how could i get my money back.

I have been debited Rs. 50/- for Mobile game but the unlocking code has not been received, there is also no support from call center from www.mbiz-support.com

State Bank of India — money deducted twice and not credited again

had set the Auto pay for my insurance to Reliance Life through State bank account's website.The insurance due date was 23rd November 2010.when I saw the Account statement of November,My premium money Rs.10000 is debited two times by the bank.I cant imagine that bank can do such a huge mistake.had I not seen the account statement I could never come to know of this mistake of SBI.Bank did not inform me of this thing.Bank has transferred 20000 to Reliance life instead of 10000 and has not return it yet.six months have been passed but nothing happened.I had raised a ticket in SBI website regarding this but they have done nothing till now.

State Bank of India — rs 4500 has be deducted from my account without reason.

I had taken out rs 4500 from my sbi atm account on 3052011 but in my mini statement it is showng that i have taken out rs 4500 twice , on the same day ..... i needed that money urgently and now i have only rs 35 left.. i filed a compliant regaurding the matter . and my complaint no is AT[protected] .. the agent is telling that they need abut 7-12 working day to return my balance back. But now because of their mistake i hav to suffer . please help me i want to sue the company for the trouble they are causing me as i have to go through lots of humillation ,and because my self respect is jeopardize.
