I have lost my SBI atm card few months back .My bank branch is PALASA, (Code 1006)SRIKAKULAM Andhra Pradesh.my a/c no is [protected]. Few months back I requested to block the card over telephone but I am not sure about the card being blocked.Please block my card if not blocked

I wish to inform you that my ATM card is not working and at present unusable state because it is too old to use. The Bank personnel advised me to ask the bloke No from you.. I have been trying last two days in your Mobile Help Line only for abortive. My land line at present out of order so I could not try in your Land Line Help Line. Therefore I request you to provide me bloke no as early as possible
The details of our Saving Account No [protected] are given below-
