State Bank of India, Barabanki Main branch, Branch Code-023 — Non payment of Sixth CPC arrears of Pension and DCRG.
I, Chandra Shekhar Pandey an Ex-Serviceman having my pension A/c in SBI Barabanki, main branch since last three years i.e Saving A/c No.[protected]. Recently CDA(Navy) Mumbai had sent a corrg. P.P.O No.Corr/09/97/B/S/00136/2009 dated 04/6/2009 to the bank and copy to me for enhancing my pension and crediting my past Pension and DCRG arrears into my above pension account according to the Sixth CPC Revision. Since last two months, I am running from pillar to post but all in vain no body had taken any action. The bank manager gave me the Mobile No. of concerned official (Mob:[protected] to contact and get my problem sorted out. But the concerned official when called, starts using abusive and insulting language and said that he is not related to my affair any way. Now the bank manager also not picking up my telephone calls, I have lodged the complain No.CC[protected] and CC[protected] on the Internet site of SBI and also sent several emails to SBI barabanki, SBI helpline Lucknow and customer care center of SBI, But no one is bother to even reply. Now by this complain at your august forum I want that concerned SBI authorities may please be directed to solve my problem at an early date. Your urgent attention on the matter is solicited.27%
