[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Swift Money transfer is not credited into my account

Dear Sir,

I am student of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras ( IIT Madras). I am expecting an International transaction from Netherlands amounting to Rs 66, 746. I am a account holder in SBI bank at IIT Madras branch. My account details are as follows:

Name of Account Holder: PRATYUSH SHARMA
Account Number: [protected]
Account Type: SAVINGS
ACCOUNT WITH BRANCH IIT CHENNAI ADYAR

I have given my account details to the bank in Netherlands(ROBOBANK ), the document is attached herewith this mail in PDF FORMAT.
I have been contacting them regarding the transaction and they told me that they have transferred the money to my Account but I haven't received the
money yet.
I was told by Bank officials to arrange the deatil as follows,



1. REF NO :- MT 195 DD 110509
2. CURRENCY :- INR
3. AMOUNT :- 66746.00
4. REMITTING BANK :- ROBOBANK Netherland
5. RECEIVING BANK :- State Bank of India
6. DATE OF REMITTANCE. :- 03/04/2009

7. SOME detail/ref.(I dont know what it refer to) Betaling aan P Sharma onder PA-nummer PA[protected]

8. PAYMENT IS EXECUTED VIDE CASHIER ORDER NO 123825 of ROBOBANK

I have pasted the exact reply in dutch language and english I recived from the BANK

Given below is their response to my Query:

ABOVE REFERENCE AND REQUEST YOU TO NOTE THAT THE
PAYMENT IS EXECUTED VIDE OUR CASHIER ORDER NO
123825 DTD 030409 FOR INR 66746.00 AND WAS SENT TO
BENE BANKERS FOR THEIR FURTHER ACTION
PLS ADVISE BENE TO CHECK WITH THEIR BANKERS AND
REVERT BACK TO US IF OTHERWISE. ALSO REQUEST YOU
TO QUOTE OUR ABOVE REFERENCE IN YOUR FUTURE
CORRESPONDENCE.

The above message is their response to my Query. I also contacted SBI branch at IIT Madras but they said that they haven't received any message related to this transaction.
I would request you to look into this matter as early as possible. According to bank in Netherlands they have paid the money to Indian Bank on 3rd of april 2009.
I would be highly grateful if you could help me to sort out this issue. and get me my money as soon as possible
Its almost over 2 months I m not getting any reply from the Bank officials that what have they done with my transfered money Please get me justice
