[Resolved] State Bank of India — balance problem | |
Dear Sir/Madam, As I have been using my atm cum debit card for booking my e-ticket. once I booked my ticket and cancelled through irctc. Irctc has refunded my account and in my mini statement it shows the bulk posting of the refunded amount. But the net balance after the depositing teh refunded amount is not correct. so kindly help me regarding this issue. My account showed that the amount of Rs 10,500(5,000+5,000+500) frm ATM had being wthdrawn on 27 March 2011 bt I wthdrawed Rs5,500(5,000+500) frm ATM.This may be a negligence of the technical flaw caused by the ATM machine and i was in no way responsible for it.Plzzzzzz return me my money back
