[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Behaviour of sbi staff at BKC

Dear Sir/Madam

I have applied for homeloans from sbi bank.My entire docs and details are all complete however for a disbursement to be given i had to give a letter.When i called up the Head office at BKC and spoke to the concernered officer name Madhavi.She in the first place does not pick up calls on the other hand she just abuses on the phone saying.Is this the time to call(had called during branch hours at 3:00 pm) on the other hand she just refuses to listen and bangs the phone.I complained this to the AGM ie Mr Bokhare and he too was the same on the phone.I told him that i wanted to speak to madhavi more about home loans since the processing was pending and she disc the line.To this Mr Bokhare said.. Then U dont speak more... speak how much is required.This shocked me completly as to if the BM can speak this way.. a staff like madhavi is beyound expectations.I have applied for 40 lakhs from the bank.. and now am cancelling the loan due to this digusting and non responsive behaviour of Madhavi.Wish strict action can be taken to avoid further inconvenice to ther cm's.Am also asking my bro who has applied for 60 lakh loan to take it from hdfc.. SBI surely has a pthetic service

I Mr. Jyoti Kumar S/o- Rabindra Kumar R/O- New Colony Ulao, Begusarai am the customer of SBI BRT, Begusarai, Bihar from last ten (10) Years and my saving A/C Numbers
are 1) [protected], 2) CC-[protected], 3) [protected] have also loan Accounts are 1)[protected] and also a Housing Loan Account and Also Have RD account No. 1) [protected],
2) [protected], 3) [protected] and also STDR Account Numbers are 1)[protected] 2) [protected] etc are my account which is in SBI BRT Branch Begusarai. I am the reputed
customer of the Branch.
Today at 4 p.m I went to the SBI BRT, Begusarai Branch with my business partner, Mr. Aftab Alam, against His Complain No: CC[protected] because the Branch Manager Mr.
Abhay Kumar Sinha called him telephonically to resolve his complain. At the office we were asked to wait for a while outside the chamber of Branch Manager. After few minutes the
Branch Manager came out from his chamber and asked me to leave the office, at this aftab said that he is with me, at this he reacted and slapped me.
after this we were surprised that how can he react so? Such Circumstances really make me suppressed. If a Responsible Officer like a Branch Manager is Reacting with Customers in Such Manner then How any one would reveal his problem to the Bank.
I have a Question that why I should go to Bank further? It is requested to Take Disciplinary Action against Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha (Branch Manager) otherwise I will never go to branch and i will not be responsible in case my loan Accounts are Being Non-Payment.

Therefore I am requesting you to kindly take proper action against Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha.

I have applyed two times for ATM card, but i did not received ATM,
After all i send a mail SBI and talk with customer service . Then i got that ATM card has re-despatch in our branch and ireceive ATM 21 to 30 days in our branch.
But i have i problem,
Sir i am student ane present time i leve in delhi . sir 15 days ago i come from home so i want receive
ATM card in delhi.
I have sent the necessary documents for a loan transfer from ABN Amro Bank to SBI (BKC) at least three months ago. Unfortunately the documents were sent to one of the agents as per directed by one of te SBI enployees. The necessary charges are cut from A/C, but no reponse from either the agent or from the bank officials there after.

Now, I will have to look out for another bank. Long live SBI (BKC)

My name is Basudeb Mazumdar, vill+p.o -Dignagar, dist - Burdwan, Pin -713128, P.S -Ausgram, state - West Bengal.I am a savings bank acc. holder of Dignagar state bank, acc.no.-[protected].I did'nt have checkbook facility so i go to the dignagar branch(SATURDAY, 20.02.2010 AT 10.30A.M) and ask the office personal that how can i got the facility but instead of help he(ASHOKA MAZUMDAR) INSULTED ME AND HIS BEHIVIOUR IS TOO ROUGH. THEN I GO TO THE MANAGAR HE ALSO DO THE SAME AND AFTER A LONG TIME HE HELPED ME.
Such Circumstances really make me suppressed. If a Responsible Officer like a Branch Manager is Reacting with Customers in Such Manner then How any one would reveal his problem to the Bank.

I have applied for house loan and in this regards first disburdement has clearded & paid. After completion of works the needful documernts i.e. completion certificate from architatce, demand letter and original receipt of first disbursement deposited on 12.03.10 for releasing final payment. I was told that within 7-8 days person from SBI will contact for inspection but so far after repetatly calling from your BKC branch either phones are bussy or no responce received. From reception two nos. 26445129 & 26445121 given to contacts but so bar no responce till received.
You are requested to look into matter and kindly suggest to regulerise the matter as earliest.

It is to say that i had deposited a Cheque No.580702 dated 07.08.2012 for Rs.4258 of RBI Chennai, in B.K.C. Branch and the cheque was not so far cleared after a long time i.e. 20 days.

please look into the matter and necessary action may please be taken to an early clearance of the cheque.
