Dear Sir,
on[protected], arond 5.00pm., i have withdrawn Rs.600 from SBI ATM petrol pump near ganeshguri fly over, Assam.
I have my saving account no.[protected] in Pharenda SBI Branch, Mahrajganj, Uttar Pradesh.
Whem I checked mu account balence after some days, I have found that Rs.600 has been debited more on the same date against my account.
Sir kindly iook into this matter and update my account coorectly

from the ATM Center No.5117N40003501. Can i know the place of this ATM center. since they have withdrawn the money is less today but in future it shoukld not occour.

sir, SBI must look into ATM card replacmnent at any o[censored]r branches at india...Since Iam a transferable employee, to get the ATM card replaced if i have to go to the branch at which i have the account, it is higly im pratical.This kind of facility is available at ICICI, I had got my replacment of ATM card at Kochin where as my account is at NEWDELHI..Ihope sbi will look into the problems faced by the customer simpathatically...Davis antonyA/c no at iit powai [protected]

State Bank of India — Amount withdrawn once from ATM, but debited twice in saving account.
Dear Sir,On[protected], in the evening I had withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from SBI ATM in Ghatkopar(E) between 8.30 pm to 9.30 PM. I have a savings account (A/c no : [protected]) in SBI, IIT-Powai branch.
When I checked my account balance online on Monday[protected] in the evening, I found that 5000/- has been debited TWICE (i.e. in all Rs. 10000/- ) against my account with same ATM transaction no. (3936)
I had already given a complain letter regarding this, to the Customer Relation Officer in SBI, IIT-Powai on Tuesday, [protected]. Also, I had gone to the bank on Friday[protected] to enquire. But the Customer Relation officer told me to wait for 2 days.
The fact is that, till today[protected] I haven't got my money back.
Sir, Please look into this matter or please guide me what should i do?
