Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i hv recived a sbi monthly statement for month of August, in this statement Royal sundaram all ins co ltd.chennai -Rs-5642.00, & sbi card medisafe adm (excl gst 130.15) Rs-1053.00, this two entries on my recent monthly statement received witch i have alredy paid in june monthly statement.wide cheque no-611341 dt-07/07/2008 for canara bank Dombivli, So i request you to do the needful for better relationship.
