(Subject: Release of our mortgage paper against our OD limit in my CC Account Roongta Ispat Udyog)

Dear Sir,

I have a CC account with your bank in your G.T road branch in the name of Roongta Ispat Udyog with account no [protected] and I would like to stop my CC limit with you and want you to release my mortgage property papers with you.

I would also like to state the reasons which you would like to know why I want to discontinue my CC limit with your bank, the reasons are as under:

1. Misbehaviors and non cooperative attitude of your staff at SMECCC, Mr. D.K Agarwal in particular.

2. Although the renewal process was done by your SMECCC branch in DEC 07 or JAN 08 they stopped my DP during that period for 2 to 3 months.

3. They again stopped my account DP in April 08 asking for the final balance sheet for the year ending 31 March 08, which is not feasible.

4. Mr D.K Agarwal sent communications over phone and mail asking repetitively for estimated and projected balance sheet. His intentions were always to harass us by one way or the other. Mr. D.K Agarwal’s behavior is very unprofessional. This is not a personal opinion but the opinion of all fellow customers whom I interact with.

5. Even after continuously informing the senior officials of the branch about this misbehavior, no action was taken.

I would also like to bring to your notice that our account with G.T Road branch is since 1995 and with SBI since 1969. And it is noteworthy that I got the CC limit of Rs. 2500000 (Twenty Five Lac) with HDFC bank within 15 days without the need of visiting their bank even once.

Despite all this I will continue my account with you as the facilities and services which I get at the G.T Road branch and the behavior of the employees there is commendable.

Dear sir,

main Morena Mandi branch ka cheque commercial branch main payment ke liye gaya to mujhe Mr. Karmachandani dwara yah kah kar mana kar diya ki third party payment core banking main nahin hota hai.Or mujhase bola ki yadi tum mujhe payment main se 100 rs do to main aap ko payment karba doonga. sir please inform my mail ki aisa aap ke circular main kahin likha hai kya? main unase yah bhi kaha ki cheque par aap likh do to unhone likhane se bhi mana kar diya .sir please mujhe bataye ki core banking main third party payment hota hai ki nahin.

My name is Sandeep Bhargava and I am son of Mr. Swadesh Kumar Bhargava who is looking forward to have loan to facilitate his business. He is at the age of 69 trying to get loan which he applied in the month of Feb. 2009...Now people in Main Branch like Mr. Agarwal & Mr. Arvind Diwedi not co-operating rather on daily basis my father is visiting the main branch but not able to get the loan...These people are not co-operative and trying to convey their officer attitude...On 20th of August they asked my father to have an current account in Canal Road, Kanpur branch where also he faced lot of problem like non co-opeartive staff and no one was guiding to fill the account opening form...after a week they opened the account on 28th of August and after that Mr. Agarwal told that he has forwarded the file to Mr. Arvind who has always been on some survey and no one is giving his phone number even ...which disabled us to contact him as he is never found on his desk...

One more major problem is that as my father's firm M/s-Kumar Brothers, A/c No. [protected] at Canal Road, Kanpur Branch...which is a partnership firm and other part is my grandmother who has already crossed 87 years of age...now Mr. Agarwal and other staff person asking her to bring to the branch office...

Kindly take some action to grant the loan otherwise these people should refuse to provide the loan...so that we could take some other path to run our business...
