[Resolved] State Bank of India — 1. Complaint against wrong amount deduction | |||
Respected Sir / Madam , Currently I have saving account in State Bank of India, Sri Nagar Colony Ashok Vihar-II, Delhi-110052 and my AC/ Number : [protected]-5. I used my SBI ATM for money withdrawal in Punjab National Bank ATM (ATM ID Number is :[protected] in Nimri Colony, Ashok Vihar, Delhi on 16/6/2011, I applied for Rs 10000/- withdrawal Four times & I have received Rs 10000/- only three times. In First attempt I have received amount of Rs 10000/ its taxation no. is 1941, In Second attempt there was no transaction but amount deducted from A/C, its taxation number is : 1942 and after this, I received one more taxation no. 1943 “This transaction declined” was written on this, In Third attempt I have received amount of Rs 10000/ its taxation no. is 1950, In Fourth attempt I have received amount of Rs 10000/ its taxation no. is 1953 But the only issue is that amount of Rs 10000/- has been deducted from my account without any transaction (In second attempt). I made several complaints with the Branch manager. Till date no action taken...They blame the ATM department, saying only if they give the fund can they transfer it to my account....Its over 4 months..and now they are showing there was no error in transaction. I am still waiting... I request you to look into the matter & please arrange justice to me , I have registered complaint in SBI compliant number is :AT - [protected] (On dt : 18/6/2011) I have contacted SBI & Branch Manager several times but no response .
