[Resolved]  State Bank of India — discrepancy in cash withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam,

The problem begins 23/01/12, when i tried to withdraw Rs 500 from SBI ATM in front of Nizzamuddin Railway Station using my ICICI debit card No. [protected] around 8"o clock with TXN no. 7169 but the ATM produced only Rs. 50, while Rs 500 were deducted from my A/c. I lodged a complaint with ICICI customer Care and on dated 25/01/12 I was refunded my remaining disputed Rs. 450. But on Dated 06/02/12 my A/c was again debited Rs. 450 an explanation for that was as given be ICICI customer care Executive was that they have followed instructions and no Discrepancy was observed, they advised to discuss the matter with concerned ATM branch Manager. As I am currently posted in Bhopal so it would not be easy for me to pay a visit to bank manager. So please help me to sort the issue out.
