[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Reactivation of my csp[protected]

There is no system for follow up abut this mail trail. such long time suspended my csp if i surrender all the require document. so what is the reason csp is still suspended. why don't all of You taken any action against the responsible person.

I am a CSP[protected]outreach source).Prop:- Sanjiv Kumar which is in Gurgaon. when i taken this licence from sbi there no issue with using any multi-task fund transfer service but after some time . Mr. Shakti singh (Sr. Channel Management Facilitator, Outreach
department Gurgaon Zone was came in my office/shop/csp counter and told me As per RBI rules You can not use other bank fund transfer service with the sbi kiosk service . Actually i m not awair this kind of rules. after 2 days i Surrender my multi task fund transfer service the copy of original(Surrender letter, Court Affidavit) send it Micro Sahyog finance (oxigen services India pvt ltd) 05/Aug/2011. and personly give all the copy of docs. Mr Shakti Singh Before 10 days but there is no response. that time found any fault in my csp was suspend within 48 hours. but now i have submitted all docs. before 28 days . csp still suspended . please do need ful
