[Resolved] State Bank of India — Internet banking mobile number change request not processed | |||
My name is Mithun Soni, I am being with State Bank of India from more than three years. My saving bank account number is [protected] in SBI branch with branch code 010853. I am also availing Internet Banking Services of SBI. Due to some reason my mobile number that was registerd in Internet Banking was deactivated and thereafter I submitted online application for change of mobile number to the branch. But concerned officer was unable to do so (because the Internet Banking services provided to me earlier was given by another officer) due to unavailability of INB password. Problem has become adverse now because my registered mobile number has been allotted to some other person by the company and all my secret information regarding my account will be going to that person through SMSs which is very much dangerous for me and it will be annoying for him also. SBI — change mobile number in internet banking
I want to change my mobile number that is registered in my internet banking. so please tell me the procedure to change my mobile number in order to access my online transactions.
