Sir, I am sorry to inform you that I having SB Bank A/C with your branch which A/C No. is [protected] and cheque issued by you in the series From 156886 to 156895 which had registered your system spite the matter I have applied one IPO with my cheque No-156886 @ 6500/- unfortunately that IPO have not allotted us and amount has debited by you which had not issue cheque by us ( Cheque -156866 shown entry in My passbook dated -02/07/2010 )after that you debated amount in my SB Bank A/C .why ? Plz look in to matter seriously as soon as possible either you clarify my debited amount or credit in may bank account other wise I am going to take legal action against you with lokpal also.
