[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Harassment

I am working with Siemens Ltd & last year I had applied for SBI credit card. The request got rejected & I got few calls & SMS from SBI.
Suddenly few days back, I got call from SBI saying that my application is accepted & they are reworking towards giving me a card. I told them no. On 14.08.2010, Saturday, I got a call from SBI call centre, the no.is[protected], caller was a lady named Ranjita, was talking in a hopeless manner & in abusing way. When I said no to card, she again said bad words & disconnected the line.
SBI being a reputed bank in this country, can they control these calls & the 'faltu' people they have appointed in their call centres?

i have opened current account in sbi chandpole bazar jaipur, rajasthan but after 10 days i not received cheq book and sbi kit.

SBI Credit Card — Harassment by SBI

Sir,
I was a SBI credit card holder from Sep'2006 to Aug'2008. I returned the card in Aug'2008 because of the harassments. In Jun'2008 they sent me a draft of Rs.10000/- as a loan which I refused to take and hence sent the draft back and they waived the amount from my account but charged EMI's for it and since I have not paid these amounts they started charging me interest on it and in this one and a half year period they raised the amount to apprx. Rs.10000/- and constantly harassing me over phone by making threatening calls and asking me to pay while I don't owe them a single paisa.
This is a complaint againt SBI Credit cards harassment calls to my aunty who is disabled and is over 70 years and stays alone.

I had cleared all the bill 4 years back but still agents call my aunt and torture her. they have visited her twice in the past month and threatened her.

Please help and stop visiting her, I have paid all my bills

This is to inform you about that I was having a locker (Pomila Chauhan Locker # 135) in your vasant vihar branch which was surrendered by me last year. After few days i received a call from bank to deposit Rs.3000/=(three thousand) equal to three month locker rent that was paid by me from my OD A/c [protected] on dated 01/06/2011 and matter was closed from my side. Please note that several times i been to branch to clear this matter because the rent was charged two time from me. After that continuously receiving reminders from your bank and yesterday i received a warning letter to recover that money by force. Now been this out of limit so you are requested to give an instruction to your branch official or concern person to clear this matter within one week (return my money with interest ) otherwise this matter will handle by my advocate and all the expenses will be borne by your bank.
In this regard your swift and quick action will be highly appreciated.

MY FAMILY IS TREMENDOUSLY HARASSED FOR LAST 6 YEARS . One lady by name CHAITALI ROY has taken loan from SBI and has not returned money to SBI, BUT She has given my landline phone no [protected] as if her phone no for recovery of money. This landline no belongs to BSNL in my name Bani kumar roy.
Every time some one from the no, [protected] is calling my family and asking for Chaitali roy. Though we are replying no one by name chaitali roy lives in this number and we do not know her, but still we continue to get this call and harass our family.
You can check above landline no from BSNL, that it does not belong to chaltali roy but belongs to bani kumar roy. several complaints have lodged against this in several forum but to no effect.
with lot of hope in this forum, i am lodging this complaint so that i do not receive this unsolicited phone call.
I am giving you my mobile no [protected] to inform me the result of this complaint.

I had faced the same situation in SBI BANK in khadak pada Kalyan West Dist Thane.. PLease take strict action againt staff id[protected] mr VINOD BHEDALKAR... saying me ..jo UKHAD SAKTA HAI UKHAD LE.. TERA A/C DEKHUNGA HI NAHI...
is THAT BULL RESPONSE FROM A NATIONALISED BANK STAFF..
i SUCKS SUCH BANK & EVEN THEIR AUTHORITES..
