My name is Manjunath and i had taken a Credit card from SBI and the same was settled by EMI on 31/10/2006 (Have settlement Letter) 6800 * 5 Months Starting from Oct 2006 to Feb 2007

The EMIs never came to my bank on time but however came and got cleared till 3 EMI
1st Installment in Nov, 2nd and 3rd in Jan and later 4th and 5th in April and got bounced the same day as there was a balance for clearing only one cheque. (Insufficient Balance for two cheques)

Later rep from the recovery team came and asked for the two cheque bounced payment saying only if these two payments are made the settlement will hold good if not void

So i made payment by cash

My total outstanding was Rs 38 out of it they gave waiver of 4 thousand i.e 34000/5 = 6800

now the total settlement amount i may had to pay is cleared from my side

However today they have sent a letter for amicable settlement of Rs 64,528.21 in front of Registrar where i went and there they asked me to pay a sum of Rs 10 to 14 for re-settlement

Please advise what i need to do in this case!

My name is Sivarajesh.G, I m taking care of the payments of my Dad’s Credit card numbered. I ve also try to deposit 3 cheques earlier where 2 have been missed from ur drop box and 1 have been successfully cleared. Now again for the last three months the agents are calling me and promising me that they will send some agents on the same day or next day. But none of them have met me yet in last three months. So I ve decided to settle my SBI credit card bills by dropping cheques in drop box. Therefore, I ve finally took a risk again and dropped a cheque numbered 13602, payable at ICICI in the drop box of SBI on last week of August with sufficient bank balance. But the cheque was not cleared from my account for more than 10 days, where I m not aware regarding this. But the cheque was produced on 6th September and cheque was bounced due to insufficient balance because o[censored] people produced the cheque late. I came to know about this issue only on the end 2nd week of September when one of the SBI cards Customer Care agent called me and asked about the issues I ve been facing out with the Credit cards. He promised me to waive off the interest charges and late payment fee charges for couple of months. But I got the statements without any waiver and attached to it there were late payment charges added to the next month. This is really disgusting.
Later, 3 days before one of the collection agent called me and told me to pay Rs.5452 and she would send me a settlement letter through a agent. Still waiting for settlement letter. Even this amount is not in favour becoz the principle amt would be less than 3000. But the interest amt is higher than this.
Please help me to get the settlement letter in time so that i can finish this scrap pending amt.

Need settlement letter soon... Becoz i dont want the confusion between collection dept and customer care... Help me out in this issue..

SBI Credit Card — Payment made on waiting for Settlement letter

I made payment once in the month of Sep(Full payment) after confirming it with the collection guys and in the recent past i started getting calls from collection departement saying that there is due payment to be made on my card after which one Mr Syryaparkash from M.G.Road Branch called me and said all these money is accumulated because of late payment and intrest.Last month i met him and setteled the account by paying 2100 onetime settelment as against 4000 aproximately.Intially he told me that he will give me settelment letter on the spot if i make this payment of 2100 and i paid the same, then System was slow and he told me that he will be sending the same by evening with one of his team member, I called him in the evening he told me that his boy has already left the office with the settelment letter and till date i dint receive the same. in between i might have called him not less than 150 times every time some other fellow takes the call and tells me that he is not in office once his manager took the phone i remember his name as Antharushi and told me that he will send it next day, but till now there is no response.the phone no is [protected]. To my surprice even though i have closed my account for the 2nd time i received an sms saying 2996.10 is my outstanding on the card.

credit card settlement issue — need a letter

I m HDFC customer for the past 7yrs, my credit card no was [protected]. In 14.5.08 HDFC BANK have deducted amount Rs 39434.43 from my SB A/C which was due for credit card usage. But it was done bfore prior to any notice or communication or a call. i was stopped using credit card bfore itself.
After it happened i approached my salem credit card division incharge Mr.Nandhakumar, he says me to contact mr.Nallusamy in coimbatore credit card division. I met him also.
i have asked only letter for the amonunt deducted for the amount from the bank, intially he tolds me that he can get it for me.I agreed and i came back.
i approched them N number of times.yet to get letter from the bank, now they r not giving proper response.
sir i would like u to get a letter for this from the HDFC bank, as soon as possible.

My Credit card has been expired but i have to pay the remaining amount to the bank. Please give me details for the payment The civil report of RBI bank indicates that i have to pay but i do not know number of credit card as well as i also do not know the bank name. Please verify and give me details so that i can pay the remaining amount.

    I am working with Siemens Ltd & last year I had applied for SBI credit card. The request got rejected & I got few calls & SMS from SBI.
    Suddenly few days back, I got call from SBI saying that my application is accepted & they are reworking towards giving me a card. I told them no. On 14.08.2010, Saturday, I got a call from SBI call centre, the no.is[protected], caller was a lady named Ranjita, was talking in a hopeless manner & in abusing way. When I said no to card, she again said bad words & disconnected the line.
    SBI being a reputed bank in this country, can they control these calls & the 'faltu' people they have appointed in their call centres?

    I was offered a State Bank of India Gold Card. After a week of receipt of Card I received a call from Customer Service for a free Demand Draft worth Rs. 59000/- I was also informed that I would be charged only if I use the draft. The draft was not used by me and I see the same charged on my first credit card statement. My whole life has been revolving around that draft after that. The draft was returned as advised by SBI customer services on 17th November 2007 but the recovery agents have not stopped calling me. 7 employees from CS have confirmed to me on different dates that the Demand has been cancelled and I would stop getting calls from recovery agents. Its been over a month now but still the first call starts at 8 in teh morning and I get at least 7 calls in a day for the payment due.
    Last when I called a CS rep and informed him that I want to close my account and no longer want to deal with SBI the gentleman very promptly asks a recovery agent to call me just to tell me that if I want to close the account I need to make the payment first.
    SBI website doesnt even have a complaints link.
    I got my cell phone 2 years back having no. [protected], from the day 1, I am getting call for Mr. Rajesh kamble for the overdue payments of SBI credit Card no. XXXX XXXX XXXX 8134.
    Everytime I informed the persons that this is a wrong no., kindly update your database that this mobile no. is not with Rajesh Kamble, I bought this from Reliance Mobile, I am having bill in my name and also in reliance database it is registered in my name.
    But these pople harrasing me to call everyday, now it is unbearable to getting calls.
    Again I am saying to SBI credit card dept. pls. update your database for credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX 8134 issued to some Mr.Rajesh Kamble regarding his mobile phone no. and don't make any call to my mobile no. [protected].
    If it will not stop then I file a sue against SBI Credit card for harrasing people.

    Sir i am Davinder singh having account with your bank account no. is [protected] in SBI (IDC-5410) Jalandhar from last 3 years.on[protected] i visited there for withdrawl of my credit amount.when i went to cash official he declined to pay money even on being of sufficient balance there in my account. because my countinuation passbook was made by another branch (SBI Tanda Road Jalandhar) where i visited few months ago for withdrawl cash.due to which the bank official denied to pay cash.and he said to me to make new countinuation passbook for which he demanded 120/- Rs.
    Sir may i ask to you that how much money have been to pay for making new continuation passbook.At that day i needed money so much and i had to suffered many problems. even on being of sufficient balance there in my account i had to come bare hands. morever withdrawl & deposit form are barely provided in the branch. On demand the conduct of bank official is too harsh. Due to which i have to come without any transaction sometimes.
    i urge to you that it to be paid attention thereon.

    I was having SBI credit card from 2002.Recently I have opted for one time settlement on 14th March 2008 Tracer No Bangalore[protected].Provided Two post dated cheques and cash for the first installments.The two cheques are cleared(I have their monthly statement as well as bank statement.Till today morning I am receiving calls from Chennai for payments.I have complained to all the people and have the complaint number[protected].Strangely everytime a different person will call and I have to explain to him from the begining and have to give tracer number cheque no(Which are already cleared and the receipt no of the cash payment), then he will assure that I will not receive any calls from them.Within next few hours another fellow calls and I have to repeat all the above thing.My question is why they can not update their records after they issue the settlement letter which is dated 14th March.This is a mental harassment and every time I ask them to whom I have to speak to stop this.

    This is a shobby treatment.

    It is reiterated that I am generally on tour.My problem is existing since over a year and my requests are falling on deaf ears. Also some VP- customer care writes to me with out any name.
    Despite my repeated requests to you regarding funds transfer through ATM, you have failed to taake any action. Last time when I saw the statement it said Rs. 5000/- as out standing and yesterday when I received it again it states Rs. 7000/-. Without having purchased any thing on your card which I have discareded due to your cheating it is not understood how it inflated to that extent. I have also noticed that you always put blame on the customer with your sweet words but to highlight your call center executives still state that the amount can be paid through ATM which is not possible.
    Recently I called up your executive from SATARA and the same thing was told. When I went to transfer it showed the same old problem.
    Please note that for your delinquency and negligence I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY AND IF REQUIRED I WILL CALL FOR LAW AND ORDER INTERVENTION.
    ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING OUT OF IT WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OF WHICH PLEASE NOTE.
    Kindly arrange to waive of all stupid charges or recover it from your erring agents.
    Further would advise you to retain customers by not harassing thm for your internal problems.

    I was holding an SBI credit card from 2004 upto 2006. I have paid up all dues close to Rs. 55, 000/- way back in September 2006 and have also got a settlement letter from SBI.

    Inspite of this, SBI claims that I still owe them an amount of Rs. 30, 000/- and they call my residence everyday and harass my parents for clearing the dues, even though it has been more than two years since I have cut off my relationship with SBI.

    In the interim, I have also written two letters to SBI, Chennai enclosing copy of the settlement letter sent by them, which was in full & final settlement.

    My parents are suffering from this mental agony for the past two years since I am out at work during the day. I have been told by my parents that the callers are very arrogant and they do not disclose their names/provide phone numbers so that I could return their call and sort out the issue once and for all.

    My humble request to SBI Management is to advise their call centre people to refrain from calling my residence and harassing my parents. Further, they should check their records to ensure that I have cleared all my dues.

    SBI Credit Card — SBI Credit card harassment

    Hi,
    I was holding a SBI Credit card in the last year and due to the illogical charges made to me by the bank, I had called the customer care of the same and asked them to cancel my card. This was done more than 8 months ago. I had cleared away the pending dues at that moment, which was Rs 2000/-.Since then I destroyed the card and obvioulsy no swipe has ever been made on the same. The bank can check for that.
    But i have been recieving calls from the bank now and then asking me to pay outstanding amount, which should at no point be there.
    I had repeatedly mentioned the customer care people about the cancellation of the card and every time they said that they will be looking into the matter.But i never got a SETTLEMENT letter from the bank. And the customer care people told me that they would take Rs 200/- to come and deliver the same to my address, which is no way going to be paid by me.

    Now they have come up with a legal letter asking me to give me a settlment amount of Rs 8000/-. I am thinking of moving to the OMBADSMENT against this bank.

    Sir,
    I was a SBI credit card holder from Sep'2006 to Aug'2008. I returned the card in Aug'2008 because of the harassments. In Jun'2008 they sent me a draft of Rs.10000/- as a loan which I refused to take and hence sent the draft back and they waived the amount from my account but charged EMI's for it and since I have not paid these amounts they started charging me interest on it and in this one and a half year period they raised the amount to apprx. Rs.10000/- and constantly harassing me over phone by making threatening calls and asking me to pay while I don't owe them a single paisa.
    This is a complaint againt SBI Credit cards harassment calls to my aunty who is disabled and is over 70 years and stays alone.

    I had cleared all the bill 4 years back but still agents call my aunt and torture her. they have visited her twice in the past month and threatened her.

    Please help and stop visiting her, I have paid all my bills

    MY FAMILY IS TREMENDOUSLY HARASSED FOR LAST 6 YEARS . One lady by name CHAITALI ROY has taken loan from SBI and has not returned money to SBI, BUT She has given my landline phone no [protected] as if her phone no for recovery of money. This landline no belongs to BSNL in my name Bani kumar roy.
    Every time some one from the no, [protected] is calling my family and asking for Chaitali roy. Though we are replying no one by name chaitali roy lives in this number and we do not know her, but still we continue to get this call and harass our family.
    You can check above landline no from BSNL, that it does not belong to chaltali roy but belongs to bani kumar roy. several complaints have lodged against this in several forum but to no effect.
    with lot of hope in this forum, i am lodging this complaint so that i do not receive this unsolicited phone call.

        I have barrowed 4 lacks for purhcasing offset printing machine, bank loan not exceed 4 lacks, but due to non payment of interest exceed my loan, hence bankers inciatted to sale my house, my house as per market value above 10lacks, now they are called tenders for sale of house and fixed minimum bidding action from from 6 lacks hence. I
        am a ex-employee and senior citizen, therefore I requested to my loan transfer to under revert mortgage and remaining balance pay in instalment or lumsum as per my convinent. But bankers refused to transfer my loan you are defaulf hence we are not agree with revert martgage and asking to pay total amount at a time. it is not possible to us.
        if any action taken on bankers I am not interested to
        sell my house. I am earning monthly 3000 rupees
        and bankers vacated tenents and locked house,
        so my earning amount lossed. Hence I want to handover my house already my house documents with bankers.
        I am not agree sale my house, I request to bankers my house margage as
        revert mortgage, bankers pay only 32% on total value as per engineer house valuation, for example my valuation 1000000lacks so as senior citizen for I will get only 3, 00, 000 only so my loan amount is 4, 00, 000 + 50, 000interest hence my total loan is[protected]=balance1, 50, 000/-

            I am Bipin. SBI credit card executive collected my documents like copy of PAN card, statement of my other credit card & credit card no etc.to submit them for issuing me SBI Credit Card.Before handing over these documents to him I talked to their Marketing Executive Miss. [censored]al Rokade (The name was told by her on cell only). She assured me either to issue me SBI Credit Card or to return my all documents on her responsibility. Even then I complained her that I have already gone through this procedure two times before but I have neither got SBI Credit Card nor my documents.But she promise me either to issue SBI Credit Card or return my documents.Also she told me to save her cell no. [protected] & call her when I have any problem.I also complained her that phone no can change any time, but she ask me to believe her. At last I got ready to handover the documents to the Executive send by her named Mr. Toufik Ansari on 30 June 2010.Next day she called me on cell again & ask me for my other bank credit card no.After some discussion I gave her that no.On same day I got SMS of Miss. [censored]al Rokade about submission of the documents & to attend verification call. She also told me to wait for 20 days. After 20 days I tried to call her but cell is switched off till date. Her executive's cell [protected] is also switched off till 11/08/2010.On 11/08/2010 my spouse tried his no from her cell,he responded that he do not no anything about it. Then on 10/08/2010 I got a SMS on my cell showing App No. & request for again 21 days to process.But on 12/08/2010 I tracked my application on line , it shows the massage that "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy." Please help me What should I do if my documents are misused.

                SBI — Delay in ATM card

                My account was opened in January but i haven't received the ATM card yet due to which i have to face a lot of problem when i need money & i find the bank closed.So, please enquire about the delay as soon as possible.

                  Sir Every Month we are making payment to our sbi credit card No.[protected] 29th of every month we drop the payment cheques to their branch regularly

                  last 2 months they are told that your payment is not received in time so they charged last month it was Rs. 600/- for late payment fee & finantial charges for Rs.910.40
                  After we made a complaint through their toll free No. they reversed the late payment charges but not the finantial charges

                  This month also the told the same complaint and charged Rs. 600/- is late payment charge and Rs.452/- is finantial charges

                  In this Months statement we asked TATA AIG general insurance to reverse one part of our payment made to them for health insurance that amount of nearly RS. 8500/- was made on 26th july

                  Eventhough we made a part amount by way of reversal they again charging this huge amount in my last 2 statements which is not happened earliar payments

                    My SBI is Bodakdev Cross Roads, The Chambers, Nr Hoatel Grand Bhagwati, SG Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

                    I have activated Savings Plus facility since its facility started. It was getting operated smoothly till Feb 2010. After that the MOD balance is getting updated as per condition specified of Rs. 5000/- capping balance. Inspite of repeated request for the problem solving, no action is being taken yet.

                    I logged compliant online and I was given a ticket No. CC[protected]. No any reply and even not mentioned the URL where I can check my complaint status for which the ticket is generated.

                    I hereby request you kindly solve my problem asap and also request is to credit the lost MOD interest asap.

To my great surprise the Bill for payment with penal interest and surcharges was lying in my post box and the last date for payment was 9.8.2010 (Actually the bill was due for payment in July, 2010)

                          2. I tried my level best to talk to your customer care executives, and the system is so tedious, that you would be able to know if you try to talk to them once. To day i.e. 10.08.2010, I started trying to talk to them and at first instance with great difficulty I could reach them after 16 minutes and the the line went off before the talk could conclude. Next time I dialed again, and second time it took 18.45 minutes to get in touch with them, and as the person looking after royal sundaram insurance was not available (5.11 p.m.), I was asked to contact them tomorrow.

                          3. As the amount in question has been charged to my credit card without my consent, under the pretext that the same condition is included in the policy taken last year, I strongly protest such acts of SBICard organisation. It is a minimum requirement that they should contact me before charging any expense to my credit card.

                          4. The bill was not received by me in July, 2010. The bill sent to me in August, 2010 was inclusive of penal charges for late payment and govt. taxes there on. Which is not logical. As I am not aware that my Credit card has been charged for expenses (without my consent), and the bill was also not sent to me the same is not correct.

                          5. I requested them to cancel the insurance policy as I do not need the same may result into similar disputes as above. The attending staff suggested me that at the best we can waive penal charges of Rs.350 included in the bill and govt. taxes (Rs.36.05) and I may continue the policy for the current session and next year onwards the policy will not be renewed unless consented by me. ... But the talk could not conclude as the phone line went off. and second time the executive was not available.

                          I therefore request you to look into the matter and please send me the revised bill. You may send me the bill to my email address : "[protected]@yahoo.co.in ". I also wish to surrender my credit card henceforth, so please let me know the procedure for the same. (As I do not want to be caused any inconvenience for money matters. You may peruse the record of my Credit Card - you will find that since 2003 there are no delays in payment of credit card bills. ) I wish to add that I represent State Bank Of India and request you to please keeping in view the image of the prestigeous bank of the nation, the SBI Card organisation should conduct business. It followed the instruction of Royal Sunderam against its own customer is unimaginable.

                          SBI Card — Statements not received & Insurance Charges without my consent

                          Sir,

                          I have been using SBI Credit Card for almost One year. For the past 7 months I have not received any Statements. I have made several complaints on this. Mt date of birth is 29.01.1977

                          In addition to the above they started charging Insurance on my card without proper consent.

                          I have stopped making payments .

                          Requesting you to kindly look into this and sort out immdly.

                          its a trick of their trade and have been playing with many costumers.They dont give the statement in time and when the term is going to end, and in some cases after its ended sent the statements by post. I had a heated conversation with the manager and said i wont pay a penny extra as it was your fault .I paid the bills without interest threw the card on the manger and left

                          I am shanmugam form Trichy. My Sbi Card No. is [protected]. The statement dated.2.4.2011, my complaint is with out my knowledge, how will you claim for Rs. 950. for Royal sundaram alliance chennai?
                          Are u fool or may i fool why do you foolish the valuable costomer? Whom the may prepare the statment? Punish him and impose penalty and reocover the amount of Rs.950.00 from his/her salary. I certify that i am not going to pay the said amount .If any fraud like this will come in the next statment/in future will be face court of law with claiming personal infra and fraudulaiton activities by the SBI.
                          So very carefully do the preparing statement.

                            I had given an application for RTGS on 4th August 2010, the RTGS was Transmitted . but to our surprises the RTGS was returned unpaid and the amount was credited to our account. On enquiry the bank said that due to some technical reason the RTGS failed. We had written a leteer for reason of failure for submission to company in whose account it was to be credited. But the Bank refused to accept the letter and even did not bother to speak on the matter and discussion with the Chief Manager did not get any response saying he was helpless. So I want to know how to slove the problem.

                                Having PPO. No. P.P.O no. C/CORR/ENG/PRE85/7680/99 and A/c no. [protected] and requsted you (C.P.P.C.kolkata) to stop the monthly pension from the date of death. But we observed that the monthly pension up to May “2010 credited to the A/C of the deceased pensioner .
                                On the other hand vide letter no. BM/PEN?dt/.12.05.2010 we (S.B.I Sodepur branch.)inform you that payment of monthly pension was stopped from the month Of March ‘2010 fvg Sri. Sukha Ranjan Das (same name) P.P.O no. [protected] and A/c no. [protected] .
                                We (H.B town Branch) would you into the on matter on urgent basis and immediately stop the payment pension to the deceased pensioner and disburse the monthly pension fvg.Sri. Sukha Ranjan Das.are forwarded to the FAX hereby with enclosed, please treat the matter on an urgent basis.


                                The whole letter Show the work done by the CPPC kolkata. and delegation toward their work and make the Senior citizen feel troubles as it show the negligence to keep the record with blind due to their negligence I am suffer a lot . I just move from H.B. town Sodepur branch to the centralized pension Processing centre Kolkata. which is far from my residence . Every time I go and approach both the No positive response still I am not getting . So please reply the Mail as early as possible .or I have to think something better ……..

                                To the Head of.. centralized pension Processing centre Kolkata kindly look it very Serious, How many days/months/years I have to wait for the pension to arrive?

                                      i had registered for education loan and the registration no. is:-SBI-EL-[protected].AND the loan ammount is RS.60000 but the bbank manager said to me that you have no guarantee for my loan and i will not give you loan but according to my knowledge there is no need of guarantee required for loan upto 400000 .AND HE IS ALSO TALKING TO ME WITH VERY UNMANNERED AND ROUGH LANGUAGE.
