I am sun dricet costomar.my smart card nomber {[protected] R} my tv chennals total closed . max 10 time complant in my delar, so not resbansable. anyway .neaerest answer give me
Since 15 days I have been facing problems with the Sundirect signal, I have made many a complains to the customer care, But there has been no response for the same. My smart card no-[protected], therefore do the needful on an urgent basis. or else i will be forced to disconnect.

the main problems are

1) whenever rain comes, we can not watch any channels.
2) some times some channels will not work and we have to call sun customer care and after a long wait, since they can not solve the problem, they disconnect the line. we have to call them again and again 3 to 4 times.
3) for add on channel if the amount is paid for one month say for example 9th october to 8th november - we can not see that channel after 5 pm on 8th november.

4) only when some technical persons are there then only they can tackle the problem otherwise it is very difficult.
5) event hough sun direct boosts of so many million of happy customers, only god knows how many sorrowful customers are watching since the money is collected in advance.

I am a Sun direct DTH customer from the past 1 years, Sun direct has changed their Satellite, so the DTH dish need to align to the new satellite direction.

I have raised several complaints to Customer Care, but they are not carrying anything.

Sun Direct — harrassment by not providing the service

I unfortunately installed Sun Direct for my home.
The main problems are :

1) whenever raining, no channels will be available to watch.
2) some times very few channels we can watch and most of the channels go blank.
3) if we call customer care, they take inordinate delay in attending the complaints and if the complaint is not solvable, they disconnect the call.
4) they say so many millions of happy customers, but really so many sorrowful customers, since the money is paid in advance.
5) though they say 130 channels plus music channels, now a days no music channels at all and we can view only free aired channels.
6) in the add on pack channels, if we take that particular channel for one month say 10th October to 9th November - we can not view that particular channel after 9th november afternoon.
7) Only if any technical persons are available, then it is easy to recharge or speak to the customer care. otherwise it is very difficult for ordinary people to follow up with customer care and get it done.; whereas if we have cable connection, just by a phone call, they will come and attend.
8) cable wallahs are giving one latest movie every day; whereas we donot get such facility with sun direct.
Please help me in returning the set of box and getting back my money.

Sun Direct — no channel is coming to see

there was no response from last one month as many channel were not coming in my tv

who will take care . if this is u'r response y.. u 'r giving who many adv. over in tv. just close u'r sun direct and be in home

these is no audit it seems on the calls that we made to customer care.
there must be some regional manager to take of such things.
i keep on calling c'care from oct30th 2010. Still now no one came to re-align my dish as per the new satellite settings.
the speed they show at the time of new connection, they have to show the same during compliants.

Sun Direct — bad or poor service

dear Sir,
I have purchased a sun direct dth from a dealer from Palode, Trivandrum District during the onam festival season 2010. After one months1 or 2 chanels in the dth became unavailable. Presently I get only 3 malayalam channel. I informed no response either from the dealer or from the sun direct. So I request to get either punctuality in service from sun direct or reimbrse my advance given to them.

I GOT SUNDIRECT LAST YEAR...FROM THE LAST THREE MONTH THE SERVICE PROVIDER SAYING THAT THERE IS A SATELITE PROBLEM IN THE NETWORK AND WITH IN SHORTLY IT WILL BE RECTIFIED ,BUT AS THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT DOOOOO.....WE ARE AGAIN AND AGAIN FOLLOWING TO GET SERVICE BUT THEY WERE IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT TAKING CARE OF SUN DIRECT VALUEBLE CUSTOMER . Sun Direct — Poor Service by Sun Direct

One of the worst products ever.
Customer care doesn't seem to exist. Despite calling them 10 times to do the Antenna Alignment, no technician has turned up. Its been more than a month now and we are not getting any service.
I agree with all above complaints because I am also facing the same problem. I want to know what is the action being taken on these complaints. Can I have reply on my email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

Sun Direct - The Worst Customer Service Provider. — Non Availability of Customer Service

Hi,
I Bought a SUN Direct connection some months back. my smar card no. [protected]R.
After their satelite problem, most of the channels were not available to me. So They were anouncing in their channel about the dish movement service with free of charges.

So I made a complient to the customer care by Nov 7th 2010. Today Decemeber 1st 2010. Till date I have reminded them almost every week. But their answer is standard that, their engineer will visit, the call log is still there. ( not sure SUN direct not provided vehicle fecility so that they come by walk, that takes this much time).

If you raise your voice their customer care executives know how to tackle us, they simply cut the phone, and they are ensuring that we cant call them for another hour time.
How ever , SUN direct is ensuring that I am not getting service from them.
I could not see the channels whcih I want, for last 3 months altest. But I am paying for it.,

I finally I went for another cable vendor for the missing channels.

I recommend not to buy SUN direct.
