I have Sun DTH in my house and the smart card Number is [protected] December first week we renewed for the subscription. Since Dec 21st 2010 on wards we are not receiving any channels because of satelite change. we already made several complaints to the toll free numbers they given only the registration number but the dish alingment not done by any of the Sun DTH personal. They may thought that this is the best customare service.I already send e mail to Sun DTH. Un necessarily my amount is draining. if anybody helping in this matter. i am living in west K K Nagar, Chennai-600078.

Sun Direct — worst service from sun dth
I have SUN DIRECT DTH connection last 2 years my smart card no. [protected], recently sun d.dth changed its satelite and its also stopped all channels on 22nd decembar 2010 , Sun Direct agreed to do free of charge service for dish aligment . I have given compl. 4th novm. 2010 against through callcentre com.no. [protected] rekha reply to resolved the compl. in 48 hours. I tried to resolution them many times comp. in call centre against compl. no. [protected] Ritesh,[protected]Dinesh, [protected] Deepa,[protected] Neha,BL-3832 Savita,BL-3328 Sarad, Sun-65038 Sudhir Etc. I dispache a writen letter ragisterd post 10jan 2011 but there is no responce. Sun Direct DTH is very very chiter company. I do agree with the above comments posted. I am another victim of Sun Direct. i have logged complaint to change disk direction. So for no one has called me from Sun Direct. I have not seen such irresponsible DTH service. they didn't bother about customer service & satisfaction.

in 5 days back, i recharge my connection. but, sun tv, k tv, sun music, vijay, raj tv channels are now come. when i change channels, E-16 4 this service is currently scrambled word is coming.sim no.[protected] R. Name: Nishar Ahamed.

From past two months I dont have service and anyhow my sbscription for one year will lapse.
I have been calling repeatedly for the customer care till now there is no response. And finally they answer within two days your issue will be resolved and we will be sending the technician but till now no one has turnup.

My Second Complaint No (Sun) :- 92014 Dated :- 16-Dec-2010
Is this the way to respond to the customer, what is the need of providing Customer Care, when there is no proper response to the calls and the complaints registered.
Will you kindly respond to the query immediately or will you take your own sweet time to readdress the query.
