WHEN I TAKE THIS FRANCISEE THE MARKETING PERSON OF SUVIDHAA SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 10000 FOR SUVIDHAA UTILITY SERVICES IN THAT YOU COULD BOOK RAIL TICKET, AIR TICKET,PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE,ELECTRICITY BILL,GIFT ITEM SERVICE, LIC PREMIMUM AND MANY OTHER NEEDABLE SERVICES.
WHEN I ASK HIM THAT ANY OTHER SCHEME FOR LIC AGENT OR OTHER HE SAID IF YOU ARE LIC AGENT THAN OUR COMPANY IS GIVING YOU THIS FACILITY IN 5000 SO I READY FOR THAT AND TAKE A SUVIDHAA FACILITY IMMEDIATLY.
I MY BUSINESS WAS STARTED. BUT AFTER 10 DAYS MY RAIL TICKET BOOKING ICON IS NOT DISPLAYED SO I ASK TO SUVIDHAA PEOPLE WHAT IS THIS THAN HE TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE NOT BOOK RAIL TICKET BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT PAID 10000. THIS IS CHEATING WITH ME AND AFTER THAT HIS AGENT SAID THAT YOU PAY MORE 1500 I WILL START YOUR RAIL SERVICE SO I DEPOSITE RS 1500 ON 17.01.2010
BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT RECEIVED THE RAIL BOOKING FACILITY.
I MANY TIMES MAIL TO CONCERN PERSON BUT NO BODY IS CO-OPRATE WITH ME

NO one of executive comes & explain to solve problems. we are suffer many problems in transactions, we are call to them they are not gives response & no body cannot lift their mobiles hence we are to taken decision to stop suvidhaa business from april 15th 2010.we are hearby to inform to suvidhaa management respectively

I am a suvidhaa retail outlet owner at pazhayannur, Trichur, kerala since 31/8/08.starting time suvidhaa service is good.Now they added new sevices.so they cant give proper guidence to the retailers.Last few days i experianced many problems in the suvidhaa software.that i informed suvidhaa office till yesterday.but no responcibility from the suvidhaa office.there is no a proper company person in kerala for clear the technical &other problems.i loosed my cash through suvidhaa business.i would like to stop this business.kindly return my cash which i deposited in suvidhaa account.

No[protected], misguide & chitting with me. At Nov’09.He visit my office and told me deposited 5000/- at all facilities done in suvidha i.e. Rail &.Air. ticket, mobile recharge and others. But still todays I have not IRCTC facilities. I am very suffer for this problem. In February your company give a code MOBILE SHOP no.13394 For instantly solve IRCTC problem & told me after two month must be solve ur problem. & IRCTC added in your code. In 1st April 2010. But still todays don’t added IRCTC icon in my code. Now your ASM ph no.[protected] & your representative not receive my phone last 15 days why ?

I request you, urgently solve my problem because I am reputed travel agent in Kolkata good connection in any govt. sector. & Bank & TV channel.. They are told why we purchase ticket in another name i.e. Mobile shop?

Another Problem two rail ticket cancel at 20/4/10 PNR No. [protected] ticket No.[protected] Howrah to Jammu journey date 27/04/10 the refund amount not added still today.

Ltd for distributorship of NORTH 24 PARGANAS WEST BENGAL on 20/08/2009, in the regional office in kolkata, after taking the distributorship they unable to give any technical support or in there office no body is responding to solve any problem that's why on 7th april 2010 i have mailed to suvidhaa i m not interested to work with your company please refund my money back till now i have not get my money back no body is recieving phone in the office the numbers has been changed the old numbers was[protected], 30249774, 30249775 single number of these numbers is not working the new number is [protected] in this number also no body responding ring is going on. the head of this office Mrs Tomogno ghosh whose number is [protected] not recieving the call even by mistake call recieve they he will said that i m in meeting i will talk to u later and the later never comes

As suvidhaa software is not working it is showing "The application failed to intialize properly(0xc00007b). click on OK to terminate the application " I TRY SO many time s to install suvidhaa software but there are some application eror so i am unable to install suvidhaa software, pls let me know how can i get new Cd of Suvidhaa.

This company is cheater from executive to management.I am about to lodge forgery complaint against the suvidhaa infoserve.I am also one the suvidha agent located in vasai, mumbai.like you and me many agent has been cheated by this company.i am faing lot of problems here like after successful recharge customer did not receive request. rail booking option having lot of problem (link down, ticket booking error, no name display on ticket).payment gateway errors and many more. They also havent provided display banner.
The arround within our rangefacing lot of troubles with this company but suvidhaa doenst pay attention to the customer. we agent need to make group to fight with this kind of company and management.if you want to take any further step against ths company so keep in touch with me.

myself piyush pravinkumar soni, i was distributor of suvidhaa infosyes pvt ltd.mr.alpesh khatri and mr.chandrakant patil made me distributor in the year of 2007/2008.
at that time i gave them deposit of rs.50000 on the refundable base.but they both do something wrong in loby and yet i can not recived my refundble money due to this two gays.
is it possible that any compny of india when appoint a new distributor in any district without deposit.i never seen any company in india who had appointed with out deposit to become a distributour.

WORST WORST WORST .I had given order for swap machine of RS 8000 which I received after 2 months from that day no executive is receiving call . No has come to install it . I had written mail 10 times but the reply is sane our executive will contact you soon but till today no one has come to see and activate the machine.it looks like just we had put our money to wrong agencies . If this mail is received by any higher authority and after reading no action is taken it will be consider as all are there for some wrong intensions.Solve my problem if possible from any person in suvidha who is ready to take responsibility for doing some work.
