[Resolved]  Syndicate Bank — In ATM Machine Money not received But cash debited in my account

Actually due to non working of my syndicate bank ATM on the particular time I used the alternate ATM. The problem was the cash debited in my account but money was not received.

Dated: 05/Nov/2011 I used Corporation Bank ATM for that time it show the error on finally “your card has been refused” Again I simply moved to Canara bank and I tried, on that time also it shows the error “Transaction Decline” with the receipt.

At Finally I used the CITY Union Bank ATM in this bank only I am getting the answer of Insufficient balance. After that I check the balance then only I know there was Rs 5000 was debited my account. But money was not received me. Then I debit only 1500 with successful transaction. In my account it shows the reference No: 8229 for that particular transaction. The third day I launched the complaint to bank with a letter and also bank prescribed format also. Till now the amount was not refund to my account. Kindly do the needful to reverse the payment and also compensation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:- In ATM Machine Money not received But cash debited in my account.
I want to raise complaint to Allahabad bank regarding Money not received but cash debited in my account. I had used my Allabhad bank ATM card on dt.11/07/12 for withdraw money Rs.1500/- in Federal Bank Atm machine at Bhiwadi, but i didn’t get my money and money is debited at the same time from my account forwarded the complaint against it in bank toll free no but needed action was not taken by bank.
Customer care was not raise my complete & told me that we contact to my account opening branch which is Kishangarh, Ajmer, at present I am living at bhiwadi (Rajasthan), distance approx. 400 K.M than how it can be possible I go to Ajmer for this work.
Till now the amount was not refund to my account.

SO you are requested to kindly do the needful to reverse the payment and also compensation.
