Dear Sirs, 29.07.2011 POLICY NO.: [protected](TATA AIG INSURANCE) CAR NO. :WB02W1867(HYUNDAI SANTRO XING) I WAS GIVEN A TRANSACTION ID (NO.009808 LOGGED BY MS.MITHILDA) ON 22.07.2011 BY THE TATA AIG HELPLINE[protected] AFTER TAKING MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR RENEWING THE CAR INSURANCE POLICY( NO. [protected]) BY STATING RS.3187/- AS THE PREMIUM AMOUNT WHICH HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR ONE YEAR EFFECTIVE 28/07/2011(EARLIER POLICY HAD EXPIRED ON 27/07/2011) AND WAS ASSURED THAT THE SOFT COPY OF THE POLICY WILL BE SENT TO MY EMAIL ID WITHIN 48HOURS AND THE HARD COPY WILL REACH MY ADDRESS BIT LATER. HOWEVER TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY POLICY DOCUMENT FROM TATA AIG AND AM UNABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR IN ABSENCE OF A POLICY DOCUMENT EVEN THOUGH AS STATED ABOVE PREMIUM HAS BEEN DEBITED AND RENEWAL DONE. I STATED MY PREDICAMENT TO TATA AIG YESTERDAY (CALL TAKEN BY MS.S SHARMA) AND REQUESTED FOR THE POLICY DOCUMENT BUT WAS INSTEAD GIVEN A COMPLAINT NO.5026436. REQUEST FOR SENDING THE POLICY DOCUMENT TO ENABLE ME TO DRIVE MY CAR AND ALSO TO SEND ONE COPY TO MY COMPANY HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM WITH WHOM THE VEHICLE IS HYPOTHECATED.
