[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — online recharge complaint

sir,i am SHAHID from AP.I made an online recharge of Rs.501 four times through my debit card on 15th nov 2010. The amount is taken from my bank account. My Account got recharge only two times in four recharge.and totally Rs.2004 it deducted from my bank account.but only Rs.1002(i.e two times of Rs.501 recharge)recharge i got recharge.

hello sir this is Vasanth Kumar from Mohan Enterprises. I have been doing my Real estate business in R.T nagar Bangalore-32 and also Recharge for all the company like Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone, Tata Docomo, Ieda. Mts all the recharges was going well specially tata docomo customers are more now a days in this development of your company some cheap executors are spoiling your company name one of the executors who is coming to our office named by Rakesh his mobile no is [protected] he is so cheap, our sim has been activation for the past 2 years suddenly some scrach in the sim so it was not activate so we give our sim to Rakesh to renew our sim ( duplicate sim ) he has done the duplicate sim and he has sold that sim to some other person, in our sim it was Rs 1300/- if we do call to him he is not responding us and he is saying to compalin in the docomo branch office we dont know the perfect place were is the brance office in R.T nagar Bangalore -32 so kindly tell us how to find the solution for it. The customers has the very good opinion about you so kindly remove the unwanted weeds which is spoiling your growth. my e mail id is mohanent.[protected]@gmail.com please give some solution to it and take action
