[Resolved] Tata Docomo — outgoing has been banned | |
Respested Sir/ Madam, I am Diwakar kumar from trivandrum. I had taken a TATA Docomo GSM sim few days before and i had submitted my driving licence as a address & ID proof and for local address i had written my college's address in the back side of the xerox copy. One of my friend has also taken the same SIM from the same retailer and he has sumitted his driving licence as a proof. And his connection is ok. i have complained you, on the outgoing calls barred by your network, because of this i couldnt able call any persons, my work is held up due to this.and i also sent the correct address proof of mine. so pls enable the outgoing calls of my sim. as early as possible.reference number is pavo9004196 my [protected]

I HAVE VODAFONE CONNECTION THEY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION THEY CHARGED CALLER TUNES.. MY MOBILE NO. [protected]

i have bought TATA DOCOMO on 22nd Aug, 09, it was activated successfully after half an hour. But here in my house located in SEWREE, its showing NO Network Coverage...

out of my two Tata docomo sims .One is working perfectly.Thank you.But i bought a sim and activated it on 27/08/09 and it's number is ''[protected]''.
Outgoing calls and sms are perfect.But it never attends incoming calls and sms from other networks like Vodafone and BSNL Landline.
It says ''it seems that you've dialled a wrong number and please check the number you've dialled''.
But the other sim with can attempt any outgoing and incoming calls.
pls i dont want to take this as a complaint But please give me a solution for this as quickly as possible and please tell me how to activate GPRS.
pls give me a solution.

Tata Docomo — Outgoing has been barred
Hi ,This is Ajay Kumar Mulwani, I bought Tata docomo sim few days ago, submitted passport as the ID and Address proof. I just used it for 3 days after that they Barred my outgoing, when contacted they asked me to submit the documents again. I did the same, it has been 3 days now still there has not been any response from their side.
This is very frustating and irritating such a big company taking care of their customer's like this.

BUT when i call to customer care i get to know that the documents has not been produced yet.BUT to gather information i have called to customer care more than 30 times and there us no one to receive the call.
