Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it !
