[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

I am snehal without my request tatadocomo subscribe game club service pack & MTV najarana pack
maney times i contact c c & requsted to stop my above services, but yet no confermation sms o[censored]nscribing pack has come to me, but every day docomo reduces my rs 10/ day.& more.
Please stop all my packs as soon as possible so that i will tell my frinds TATADOCOMO GIVES ME BEST INTERNET SERVICE.
unnecessary harresment caused due to ur customer care not receiving calls.i need to deactivate a service i never asked for.daily 5 rupees deducted for I-Player subscription.why do u activate such unnessary services.cant u stop this .how can i get back what is deducted from my account.if this is not stopped i shall stop using this service henceforth.

in my sim, buddy chat is renewed with out any permission or informing me . i lost 21 rupees .

I am a prepaid user in Kerala, Trivandrum. i am suffering too from TATA DOCOMO.. there is full network coverage on my area. but after covering 3 kilometers from my area there is no network coverage for about 10 kilometers. docomo now blocks the missed call alert service. this suffered me too due to unavailable network.
Now we are enjoying keralas largest festival Onam. on this occasion tata docomo block out the free sms service for TWO days. no other network in Kerala had this problem. at the same time on the occasion of Ramzan they never block the free message service at least for a single day. this is a partiality to all other than muslim customers. we can talk only once a day to the customer service representative. when we trying the second time, they requested us to send email to their complaint registering website. this is not practical for a normal user who doesn't know about internet. totally a very pooooooooooor service support is available to us from tata docomo. most of my friends portabled their connection to other networks. i am also thinking to portable my connection to another network because of your irresponsibility.

Tata Docomo — sucking balance from account

dear sir,
my mobile number is [protected].i downoaded 1 small java game of about 98kb.for this i got charged 99rs/-.when i called to cust care,they are saying that a games pack has been downloaded.my balance has been reduced by these fellows.DONT GO FOR THIS TATA DOCOMO SERVICES.better to try some other service providers.this is horrible reduction man.
i am fully irritated by this do co mo.if possible to refund this i will be delightfull

and network i had activated gprs on my phone but i was not able to connect to the internet no one at the call center was ready to help me

what do your company think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..

TATA TELESERVICES(TATA DOCOMO) — SMS DEBITS

From last 1 month Tata Docomo team has started debitting unnecessary charges stating SMS, hEALTH SERVICE, KARNATAKA LOVE TIPS, etc for which I have never applied.

I have made several complaints for not found any solution / refund. Complaints has been made through Chatting & at Customer service centre. Total debits made until date is INR 125/-

I had informed them to give me details if had applied by a call or sms, but nothing they are replyed.

Hope this complain cause you to settle my trouble finally.

you are telling about credits about deductions made betwen 05/09/11 and 13/09/11. What about deduction done on 10/09/2011, 14/11/2011 and 15/11/2011. by gods grace my balance came to below Rs.30/ on 15/09/2011 and you cheaters not able to deduct any more. Still I fear of recharging of my mobile due to your daily Rs.30/- deduction program and you make me go for other servises like BSNL, AIR CEL etc, .to talk to my family members. I agree you have credited Rs.90/- which are of earlier period. if you are time enough check how many deductions and how many credits are there in my a/c that to credits received after a harsh quarrel with your 121 (customer uncare staff) . Any how you made me run away from your service. thanks a lot.

Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO e-stick service failure

i have been using TATA DOCOMO estick about 6 months. but this month they have stopped all file hosting websites like www.mediafire.com etc. and i have faced my problem due to that. i had contact customer care of TATA DOCOMO but they clearly said that you won't be able to access these sites from now onwards.
so please can anyone help me.
my call was not reach to customer care. i don't talk with customer. so please start my call to customer care.. so i solve my problem to talk with.

I have many complains regarding Tata Docomo, Firstly i'll start with the way they cheated to the Customers.There was an sms offer which says that RC with 88 and send sms for 1ps/-, which is valid for 1year but it vain, when i made a complain regarding about this sms pack on customer service i.e call to 121 toll free no. they said the offer has reduces to 6 months.Further they reduces it to 5 months.This is the way they cheat to others.I have activated this sms offer because there is no particular sms recharge available, sometimes they say re-charge with 11 and send sms for 1ps/- valid for 1 month. sometimes RC with 27 etc. There is no particular sms recharge for this.

Coming to Out going calls, they increases the out-going charges, previously it used to be 1ps/sec, now it is 1.2ps/sec.There is no talk-time offer even for Tata to Tata, every Network gives some or the other offer for the same network. There is also no particular RC for Tata to Tata, only available with daily plan or there will be a msg sometimes displaying on the screen RC 21/- and enjoy tata to tata calls for 1ps/- for 6 sec., this is also not particular.when i made a call again to the customer to no whether this pack still available, the response was sorry sir this offer has ended, you call to 52222 for any offer.

And the Mostly Disturbing SMS from the customer service, Buddy chat, caller tunes etc., They deducting 5rs/- without any activation. I've complained to the customer about the balance getting deducted and they responded sorry sir it has charged for the services.we refund your money.I've told the service officer to kindly de-activate this kind of sms, i am receiving but they have de-activated all my sms which i have receiving from the Web which i have activated for Job Allerts, News etc.

Sir Kindly tell me the procedure to Port my no. i am fed up of the DOCOMO network, I was very happy at the beginning when it was Launched, giving an wonderful offers i.e 1ps/-for out-going calls and sms offers of 11Rs/- which was valid for 1month. In fact I was the first to take the DOCOMO sim.
