[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — I have a problem in sim of TATA DOCOMO which is hanging in my nokia handset

Respected sir,

My i bought tata docomo sim on 29/09/09.My number is [protected].It worked very good forthe first three days.But from the next day when i try to connect any number it is saying NETWORK BUSY.It is very disguising.The signals are very strong though also im not able to connect it.I removed the sim and kept it again.But also the same problem.Im not able to tae even urgent calls.The network is bad.

I purchased Tata docomo sim . IN my mobile Nokia 2310 the outgoing calls are not going. other handset it is going. TATA DOCOMO please change the sim.

My Docomo number is [protected]. I had purchased a New Nokia Hand set. In that i am using the Docomo Sim. I have been facing so many problems. When i am dialing a number it is hanging, when i am opening inbox in that time also hanging. Continuously my hand set is restarting. Automatically my battery charge is discharging and it some time it will switch off. No tower inside my house!!!

I bought this Tata Docomo connection yesterday bcoz I thought it would be as good as Tata Indicom which I already have but to my nightmare it is not working in my HTC Touch... No one informed me when I was purchasing this connection... I donno why... Can any one help me???

I have the same [censored]in problem.. i have nokia 3500, whenever a new message arrives and when i try to open the inbox it freezes.. i tried puttin an airtel sim and it works fine.. i also tried puttin the docomo sim in nokia 1600 and it freezes again.. can anybody help??

I also have the same problem. I have DOCOMO sim and my no. is [protected]. When I use it with Nokia 2600, it hangs and when I use it with Sony Ericson, it hangs. I am not happy with this SIM. Can anyone tell me where to complain for this problem? Help me.

Mate. many are facing same problem including me too. i changes my sim but again facing same problem. When we tell this to docomo people, they say that we use japanese technology and your phones are not compatible with it.
My reply on this is.. then go to japan, not in india.

I bought Tata Docomo Sim when it was lauched, recently 2 to 3 days i'm facing problem with TATA DOCOMO sim. Suddenly it's hanging, i can't able to read the messages in the inbox. When i accessing phone book to make calls the mobile get's hanging, but the other sim cards working good in my mobile. I'm using Nokia 6030. when i contacted the customer care they sating that i need to change the sim for that i need to pay Rs 75 and again i need to submit the proof & photo. I purchased a DOCOMO sim ( [protected] ), about 3-4 months ago, don't remember the date. The sim was working fine ( i gotta nokia 5610 Xpress music ), i used to make calls n smses. but since a month im facing the all above probs in the prevs posts, such as freezing, hanging, n what not. N the battery got (F)SUCKED UP within few hours due to the range problem, first i thought tat it waz due to some software problem, got the mobile formatted from nokia care, but still the problem persists, but airtel sim's working fine in it, battery backup in normal.
i tried the sim in a fly dual sim handset but same problem .
I reside in PUNE. went to the tata indicom outlet, BAJIRAO ROAD, n came to know tat i will have to pay for getting a new sim .Why the PHUCK should i pay for when itz not my fault ?????????????????
earlier i used to make calls, but now i end giving missed calls, to ma friendz !!! ( cant afford to pay 1re for 1 min, airtel -- thanx to docomo ). hahaha,

hey i m abhinav Sachdeva.my mobile no-[protected]...i bought my docomo sim 2 mnths back...Since last few days my mobile is getting hanged and i need to switch off and start again for doing anything...my mobile is Nokia-6131...pls help me out...i need serious solution out fast...pls rply

I too have a docomo sim which has a problem in it. When i insert the sim, my mobile restarts automatically & this goes on frequently. When i try to make a call or message, the phone restarts. Many of my friends have the same problem. They have changed to another network. As i hav given this number to many of my contacts, i could'nt change it.


Hope the TATA people service or replace the sim free of cost as it is their mistke to manufacture faulty sim cards.

For me, docomo sim works fine only with black & white nokia handset. it failed working in pda-htc, nokia series603rd - n73 & 3250, nokia series40 also.

ppl docomo is hopeless and the worst service ever .
finally i got the sim replaced for 50 bucks, i demanded for the receipt of blank sim ( phukat thodi khareeda hai yaar !! ) but these pll dont give a receipt also. but now itz working fine . actually the sim cards are faulty,

THE FUNGSUCK WANGDUS are dumping their scrap over here, as they always do !!! jai ho !!!
