[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — NO Proper Service

I have purchased TATA Photon Data card in Madurai on 23.04.2013 and it was activated on 24.04.2013, for Activation I have given two government proof (Passport & Voter ID) for address verification and photos.

The charges of Rs.1300 have been taken from me for the device around Rs.700 and first month subscription Rs.600.

The service got disconnected while inquiring customer care they were saying address is not correct and they were saying door is locked. They have been keep saying last seven days the problem will be solved on daily basis and made me to reach the saturation point of frustration.

I really do not understand, I have been in the house more than 15 years, it is in main city, since my childhood all my school. college, employment correspondences have come to that house.

Actually I stay in delhi, I bought this card for my wife in Tamilnadu to have a video chat. In my address my mother is staying alone. even if we assume my mother is not avilable when the person reaching my house, he could have verified with my neibhours or he could have called my no - [protected] is already registered with them.

After one week harrasment, now they were again saying, the address is wrong, you submit the documents once again, there is no meaning to submit the same documents which are already available with them. and how the government proof address could be wrong.

I really frustrated with them, i told them please take the card from me and return the money to me which they are denying now. the payment will not be paid.

It is requested to the concern to take the appropriate action against TATA photon for the non service to the customers.

Tata Photon — Not Proper Service

Hello All,

I am using Tata Photon + from last 3 to 4 months. It was the best device at the time of purchase, I found it best while surfing. I had tried almost all the devices in the market and found it better with others.

But from the starting of new 3G services of Photon Tata Photon + Broadband service is not as good as it was, even at the 3.1 Mbps speed I found it struggling loading a simple Google page. I think they are now focusing on there 3G services and forgot about Broadband.

From the beginning I am recharging with 700 Rs(Unlimited Plan) which was giving 3.1 Mbps speed for starting 1gb usage after that 155 Kbps but now they have decreased it to 64 Kbps after 1gb usage. Even at 155 Kbps I was getting better speed at that time then which I am getting now at 3.1 Mbps and that is what I found very bad with this device.

This is my personal experience which I thought I should share with all.

Recently I have done (mobile number Portability) MNP From Vodafone to Tata Docomo. As per my request i got massage from Vodafone saying ( Hello! We have received your Porting Request VX371637 dated 17Dec11. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH )As per there massage they have de activated my Number. From Vodafone.

When i insert Docomo sim into my Mobile, Yes its got activated, But I tried to call Incoming to my number and it was coming NUMBER IN VALID. So the number is already deactivated from vodafone, But when i call to docomo customer care , yes they have said something something and all i have done everything in my phone, But its not got activated, Now im not getting in coming calls. whoever calls to my number, all are getting number in valid.

And im missing my all phone calls which is very important. Docmo is telling wait for 24 hours but i cant keep my business phone off for 24 hours, before doing MNP they said me you will not disturb for your calls, But now its happen. and now docomo people are not responding for me.
