[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection — SIM not activated

Hi,

This is Ravi Kiran. Iam taken new post paid connection on saturday(8th june) in FC road tata docomo office. That number is [protected].That guy said to me, within one hour sim should be activated. but rightnow(10th june) also sim not activated. After inserting SIM card it's showing some error like" SIM card registration failed". what i will do.Please take a serious issue.This is not a good.

New mobile Postpaid connection — not activate

Dear Sir
I had Purchase a Tata Postpaid New Mobile Connection With handset on dated 25/04/08 From Technix Electronics pvt. ltd. In 6 Community centre, new Friends colony New delhi-110065 ( bill no. 7398 & Application No. Dl[protected]& not activate this connection upto dated 02/05/08.

please action immgetly

Postpaid Connection — new connection not activated

i have taken a new reliance postpaid connection 3 days back-- ([protected])

but even after the address varification proccing it is not activated.
Also the Customer care executives not helping.
How came a customer can get to know where the things are pending at their end???

Tata Postpaid connection — still not activated

i took tata indicom postpaid connection 4 days ago from Koramangala showroom, Bangalore and it is still not activated.

Post paid Sim connection — Sim not activated

Myself Dr Abhishek dubey want to state that i have been provided a post paid
sim after paying Rs 500 & have been told that the sim will be activated
in 48 hrs but it has been 6 days & no one came for verification on my
address. Kindly seek the matter urgently. Details of receipt i have attached.

Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection — Out Going Barred even after paid dues

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have 3 post paid connections under CUG. My Mobile Number is[protected],[protected] &[protected] took the connections in the mid of september 09.

In this regard I would like to bring to your attention that during the Novermber 09 bill was generated and the entire amount was paid by me on 13th Dec 09 through the collection agency M/s. Asiatic Logistics, Purasawakkam, chennai. for an amount of Rs.633/- for all the three connections vide receipt no. 009270.

I regret to inform that my Mobile no[protected] service was barred on 18th December for non making of payment for November 09, due to which my official work was disturbed. The next day personally I went to local chennai TATA Docomo office to make a complaint, unfortunately the office was closed on saturday. But one of the executive was helped me and temporarily unbarred the service also he informed that the paid amount was wrongly debited to some other mobile no which was identified and rectified.
On the next day i.e. Monday morning again the service was barred without any intimation. Immediate I was approached to the call centre and provide all the details regarding the payment. The service was unbarred on wednesday based on my request. Very sorry to say this, again my mobile service was unbarred on Thursday due to the same payment reason. Again I was approached to TATA Docomo official thru my BSNL Landline and informed all the particulars.(The conversation had with them around 1630 hrs on 24.12.09). They assured me to rectify the service maximum of 4 hrs. time frame. I am very shame to says that till now i.e. 5.50 am of 25.12.09 my Mobile service not thru.

I never felt these type of service from any of the verdor. I never expected these kind of shameless service from the Well known company like TATA. Now I decided to discontinue the service offered by the Docomo and return back my SIM Card to their office by this month end.

I request to TATA Teleservice, henceforth atleast please have a such system and make sure the customer should feel comfort.

Tata Docomo — Post paid Connection

I applied for the post paid connections in Pune, Maharashtra on 22nd Dec 09 by paying Rs.500 cash . The Sales person gave me the SIM and promised to provide the number next day after verification. He took my passport and pan card xerox along. Till date there has been no verification nor i got the number. Every time i tried reaching the sales guy he says will give the number today or tomorrow. There is no sense to customer service at all. Theyare not ashamed that our valuable time is getting wasted calling them. Horrible telecom service provider.....

Postpaid Connection — sim is not on

i buy 2 vodafone postpaid conection before 14 days the verification is clear tell me vodafone store employee but my no. is not on they give me conection and told me that is is a prepaid and after 48hrs convert in postpaid tell me when my conection is on

Tata Docomo Postpaid connection — Asking more bills than it should have been

Dear Sir,

I have taken a tata docomo postpaid connection. The plan which I opted was Rs 299 startup plan. But the Mobile service provider have given me wrong plan because of which my bill is showing more than the amount I have used. Pls help me in this regard.
