[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — sim not activated

Dear Sir,
The complaint regarding the sim card activation from Tata docomo :-

The complaint is i brought one sim card last three days before but till date its not activated and i spoke to tata docomo customer care ([protected]) now.They are saying like docoment was not received from the distributor so we cant activate it.But after three days also if the docoment was not submitted to the service provider means when my number will get activate & when i can use my sim.Because i dont have any personal contact number.
kindly do the needful ...

Computer India — Activation of my Postpaid Connection

Dear Sir,

My name is Kamal Kumar. I purchased a postpaid connection from your representative Mr. Sunil Soni from Jaipur numbered [protected] SIM no.[protected] on form no. 1069829 on dated[protected] after paying Rs. 500/-. About correspondence, I told to Mr. Sunil Soni that I am living on rent so that address can be changed. But I give him a permanent address of my relative for any correspondence with photocopy of Electric Bill. I have told that I am not living on the same address, but he will take responsibility for the same. Mr. Sunil Soni was agreed with this address with saying that your mobile will be continue and my no. have been activated on the same day. but on dated[protected] my no has been discontinued. I am continue followed for the same. but there is no satisfy response from call-center / Mr. Sunil Soni / Mr. Tripathi. They told me that your no will continue by today-tomorrow evereday. I am asking mobile no. of higher authority but they are not giving the same also. I am feeling so much disturbance due to discontinue of my mobile from[protected].

Please continue my Postpaid connection or return my 500/-rupees otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Tata Docomo — sim not activate

i have purchase a new gsm prepaid connection of tata docomo and submit all documents but still company can not activate my sim .now what can i do.?
my mobile number is : [protected] but it displays invalid sim in my mobile
I took a new postpaid connection on 28th January with the number [protected] and SIM Card number[protected]. Till now its not activated. I am not getting any reply from the Agent from whom i took the connection.
Please do the needful ASAP. Its very bad even after calling customer care so many times also my connection is not activated.

Anamul Haque, R/o Mohalla- Hathi Khana, (Behind Ismailya Urdu Girls High School), P.O.-Doranda, Distt.- Ranchi-834002, Jharkhand, DoB- 23rd June 1977, had applied for Tata Docomo Rs.149/- Post paid connection plan in November, 2009 and a SIM has given by your agent after two months ago today 13.02.2009 at 3:00 P.M a call has been received by your TaTa Docomo customer care Officer in my BSNL Mobile No. [protected] and confirmed to me the the connection is activated and registered on 11.02.2009 but the mobile number has not given by him and to enter this said SIM the connection is not work and the Towr Shows NIL on the mobile.

It is requested to please confirm my Mobile No. of TATA DOCOMO Rs.149/- Post Paid Connection Plan and activate my SIM thrhough your service.

Dear Sir,

I have got TATA DOCOMO mobile no. [protected], 11 days prior, for which I had produced all mandatory documents. But till today my sim is not acticated. I contacted the distributor in Udupi but he seems to works in " Chalega" concept.

I too contacted docomo call center but told me that they cannot do anything for that.

I mailed this matter to [protected]@tatadocomo.com stating my DOCOMO cell no., SR no & sim no. but there also seems not interested.

Being TATA group can we expect such??

Now I have only option of throwing my that sim to dustbin!!! what else can be done, since whole system itself is CORRUPT?

Morale of the story: single worker/distributor can change the opinion of the Branded Co.; which happened in my case!!
in my nokia 3500C it was showing that sim has registered what to do plz halp me fast and no. is [protected]

I reside in Pune. I had submitted all documents for activating a new Tata Docomo SIM on 12-Nov-2012 @ "Buy n Talk", Wanowrie, Pune. Its already 24-Nov-2012 and the SIM is still not activated. Everyday iam visiting the retailer and he mentions it will be activated today. He mentions that there is a new process and hence this is taking this long. I can understand 3-4 days but its almost 2 weeks. Iam not sure whom to approach. When i call Tata Docomo customer care, they mention that i need to contact the retailer. The retailer says its with Distributor. Iam really frustrated. pls Help. My details

I am Prabhat and I purchased a docomo prepaid sim on 5th Dec 2012 .
It has not been activated till now.

Purchased new Docomo SIM on 24rth-march-2013 and today is 07/04/2013, and still it is not activated. I called docomo customer care several times. They told “tele verification’ is not done and so to call 59059. I tried several time to call but Computer voice responded as "this number is not correct. please check and redial."
I also raised online complain on 31st March.
