Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that, authorized representative of TATA INDICOM; Mr. Kamlesh Bhavsar had visited our factory along with Mr. Rohit of M/s Drive India Enterprises-Thane (Direct Associate of TATA INDICOM), for confirmation of commitments against our purchase of 15 new Tata Indicom Mobile connections and 2 new WLL connections.

They offered us a group scheme and committed that the Tata to Tata Pack + National Roaming (with incoming free calls) Pack, would be activated on each of the 17 connections in the scheme. They studied our MTNL-Dolphin Bills of past one year and assured us that use of TATA INDICOM will save at least 50% to 60% of our costs.

On their confirmation and assurance I had purchased 15 Tata Indicom Mobile connections and 3 Wireless Land Line connections (with the National facility of Tata to Tata free calling and In-coming Free National Roaming as per the optional packs suggested by the representatives) on Payment of Rs 19,485/- by cheque.

We were shocked to know that all the commitments and assurances given by the representative and the Thane associates have failed. The bills received are exorbitant and are even more than the MTNL connections we had earlier. In-spite of repeated requests over phone, the representative as well as the associate, M/s Drive India Enterprises-Thane, is not bothered to pay any heed to our complaint. More than a month has passed but we have not yet received the land line connections as yet, but to our surprise, we have been billed for the same as well.
Worst to expect, they have discontinued services of all our 18 connections today leaving us in a state of agony and humiliation.


I am sending this letter to you as a hope of getting the quickest attention and action.

DEar Sir,
i had a tata walky landline phone with me due to high amount of bills I decide to cancel the landline i sent the mail to tataindicom ppl saying dat i wanna cancel the landline that cca advised that it will be cancelled within 15 days and for that month i made my last payment of Rs.363/- as per the bill .As the cca ( customer care associate ) told the line was cancelled. After a while i got court order saying that i have to pay 363/- to tata indicom which i have already paid when i called up to tata indicom customer care they are tellling stories which has nothing to do with my bill .i SINCERELY ASK YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE THIS AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT .

tataindicom/mobile services — scheme of per second plan not given

i rec. sms from tata indicom recharge rs 25/- & get t.t rs 20 and get your all calls 1 paisa sec. THIS sms rec. on 31 jan. & i recharged rs 25 on 1 feb. 2010 but benefit not rec. yet date. i have continuosly call to customer care but they not give me satisfied answer about my schame.they given tat 48 hours repidly for my schame benefit .
after 2 calls per day my customer care services also barred .so resolve my complaint as soon as possible .

I have given letter for the closure of Tata Walky post paid telephone No.[protected] on 8.10.2009, but it is not closed as yet. I have talked several time at Sakchi Tata Indicom Constomer Service, but it is not closed and getting bill every month without any call.

but till date my connection not disconnect. please disconnet my connection.

so i future, i will not pay june, 2010 bill amount. because i have already pay my all dues.

I aready mail to Tata Telecom Service on dt. 22.06.2010 & 28.06.2010 for disconnet of my no.till date my no. is not disconnet.

TATA Indicom — Miss commitment

After making three complaints against TATA they asking me the same,to show it in the written.I already mention in the earlier mail to TATA that i got an sms which clearly mention that u have won new postpaid sim with unlimited talktime with ur existing connection and after calling on the numbers mention on that SMs they too confirm the same.Alreday visited to tataindicom hub at the Rajnagar and show them the SMS.But till date no resolution was given.

The tata people dont make the proper responce on the mail and the complaints are been closed without the resolution.

Mine exact complaint is the mis-comitment done by the TATA people. I m not using the new Postpaid connection but they are charging me the same on mine mobile bill.

TATA Indicom — closing complaints without resolution

I have made complaint in customer care of tata indicom that I am facing network problem in my office and while travelling. They assured me to resolve the same within two days. But i was stunned getting the complaint closing mail from the company without resolving the complaint and without my consent.
Talking to customer care is always waste of time. Tata customer care is only a talking parrot and make you understand that you must forget you issue and continue paying bill to them.

Unfortunately I am having Tata Indicom mobile and facing the same cheap mis-guiding customer care of TATA Indicom. They always have a way, where you don't want/like to go. They are always ready to do what you don't want and always unable to do what you want them to do.

TataIndicom — cheating to prove rental free plans after taking new tataindicom postpaid connection

i have tataindicom postpaid connection with tataindicom fm walky telephone number [protected].when i was purchase tataindicom fm walky by the end of july,then company promises me to provide rental free services after 3 months but till now in bill they included rents also & when i speak to cc then they ask me to pay amount of 1100 rs for then only my walky will be rental free.so i kindly request cc to provide rental free service as they promise.

I have purchased photon+ from your representative Gangadhar Bentur Bearing Sim No [protected] dated 09/11/10 against serial no MHROM-1871962 For Rs 2299/- , as per the company scheme on purchase of photon+ there was scheme of one Tata Walky Free for which we have ask for demonstration. After 9 days on 18/11/10 he has given a Tata Walky Connection Bearing Telephone No [protected] against S.no :1878137, but to our surprises he has charge Rs 2050/- for the same. After discussion with Mr. Gangadhar he refuses to refund the above amount . Also the Free laptop Bag is not deliver to us till today.

I feel like being cheated by the company representative & request the kind managemment to refund above amount with free laptop Bag & take necessary action for the same .

TATA Indicom — regarding handset

my number[protected] and my hand set is not working from dec 27th and I made a complain no:[protected] they told with in 3 working day my problem will be solved but nothing happened. 4th jan your service man checked and told me to visit the gallery and on the same day I visited near by gallery at sakinaka and asked for a new hand as it is come under warranty,they told we don’t have the stock of that model we can replace it with other one if you pay Rs-500/- extra I said okay he checked and told me that it is also out of stock with in a week you get your handset but nothing happened on jan 13th I called your public grievance office and spoke to swathi and the complain no:25011733 and she promised me that on jan 17th by 3.00 pm I will get my hand set.on jan 17th by 4.00 clock I again spoke to athish floor manager and complain no:[protected] and he promised me that on jan 19th by 3.30 pm I will get my set nothing happened and again I called nadal office and spoke to nilesh he told me that with in 24 hrs and 20th jan I again called the nadal office and asked for T.N srinivasan they told me that he is busy in meeting our senior manager Mr.sathish will be calling you with in an hour but nothing happened and I mailed complain also and the refrence no:237453 and in that with in 6 hrs my problem will be solved but nothing and again I mailed my complain and ref.no:237846 and through I searched for higher officel of tata teleservice I got your email id so I am mailing the problem I am facing from your people,will you see to that I can get my hand set replaced.
Dear sir,

I am the customer of Tata indicom from last four years.Initially the services of your company were good. But from the last six months i am facing lot of problems with your services.

Today your company has activated the service of MRADIO and Rs. 30 have been charged for this unwanted service. I talked to your customer care executives Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Manoj.They were just putting the things off.

And your customer care executives have disabled my mobile no. due to which i can not make call to customer care executive. Kindly look in to the matter and refund my money at any cost .Please treat it MOST URGENT.

Otherwise i will go up to any extent.
