Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that, authorized representative of TATA INDICOM; Mr. Kamlesh Bhavsar had visited our factory along with Mr. Rohit of M/s Drive India Enterprises-Thane (Direct Associate of TATA INDICOM), for confirmation of commitments against our purchase of 15 new Tata Indicom Mobile connections and 2 new WLL connections.

They offered us a group scheme and committed that the Tata to Tata Pack + National Roaming (with incoming free calls) Pack, would be activated on each of the 17 connections in the scheme. They studied our MTNL-Dolphin Bills of past one year and assured us that use of TATA INDICOM will save at least 50% to 60% of our costs.

On their confirmation and assurance I had purchased 15 Tata Indicom Mobile connections and 3 Wireless Land Line connections (with the National facility of Tata to Tata free calling and In-coming Free National Roaming as per the optional packs suggested by the representatives) on Payment of Rs 19,485/- by cheque.

We were shocked to know that all the commitments and assurances given by the representative and the Thane associates have failed. The bills received are exorbitant and are even more than the MTNL connections we had earlier. In-spite of repeated requests over phone, the representative as well as the associate, M/s Drive India Enterprises-Thane, is not bothered to pay any heed to our complaint. More than a month has passed but we have not yet received the land line connections as yet, but to our surprise, we have been billed for the same as well.
Worst to expect, they have discontinued services of all our 18 connections today leaving us in a state of agony and humiliation.


I am sending this letter to you as a hope of getting the quickest attention and action.

TATA Indicom — Billing of USB internet connection

I am Sandeep Edarapally i was using Unlimited USB internet service of Tata indicom.. i called customer service to change my tariff from Unlimited to the least tariff. After 2 months there sent me a bill codading one month o[censored]nlimited tariff and one month of least tariff. i asked for the explanation so there ware saying that i called after billing date so that i have to pay full amount so i requested to divide the bill for 30 day so that i can pay the bill from the billing date to my request date of tariff change but there are calling me n number of times... so please give a solution for this ...
sir i wanted caller tune of gajani film kaise tu mujhe mil gyi kismat pe na aye yakin but got callertune of an add which seen in television of hello hello add..i was charged 30 rupees n three sms per sms 3 rs..plz sir quickly listen my complaints do sth as soon as possible..

Tata Indicom Plug N Play USB Internet — Billing

I have got bill for Rs. 7500 for 2 months where in i was having plan of Rs. 1000/- Unlimited Usage...

How can they do such?

TATA Indicom — VOID TARIFF PLAN CONDITION

I am TATA INDICOM user since october 2008.i have post paid conection.The condition of "cmo honest 450 plan" are :-1)tata to tata unlimited free for all over India.2).50p sms all over India.3)Re.1 for any other Std calls.4).50p local calls.
Now, i get call from tataindicom that they change the tariff plan from next bill cycle.They will restricted my unlimited Free std tata indicom call to a limted time usage of 2000mints.
My quation is that if i am old user and i have contract with company since when they give free tata to tata all over India, then how can company breach this contract?If company stop these offer then why older consumer get effceted, because when we registered at that time tataindicom offer us unlimted to all over India.My tata indicaom No.is [protected].please step forward about this concern.

TATA Indicom — NO ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY EVEN AFTER SO MANY E-MAILS

DEAR SIR,
Myself SUMIT SINGLA, POST PAID TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER, [protected]...
I would like to inform that, i havent recieved any call from the customer care people of tata indicom even 2 days after submitting my complaint. Again i would like to tell you that presently i am having 450 HONEST PLAN in which i get tata to tata free std calls under a monthly bill. and company suddenly thinks that ve, customers, are misusing this plan and decides to change it.
But obviosly its going to affect us.. i am a post paid customer and until and unless i decides, company cant change the plan..atleast it should tell some days earlier... tomorrow is my next billing and i have been told 2 days earlier than my plan is going to change...
dont u think its totaly unfair on the part of the company... i am very much affected by such a negligient action of the company and moreover they are not at all interested in contacting me after so much of inconvinience they have caused... now i request u to show some strictness in this matter...

m naveen garg, i want to tell u that i purchase a tata indicom usb modem from the nearest tata indicom shop, they told me that the surfing speed of this modom is abouit 100-130kb/sec. but here the speed is about 0.8-10kb/sec. n we can't make call from this usb modem n thay didn't give me the earphone, due to this i complained at the shop n costumer care so many times but they didn't respond my complaind. now i don't like to pay ur bill u can disconnect my connection.ur service is too bad.

tata indicom usb postpaid bill — bills are not as per internet logging

I have Tata Indicom Internet USB postpaid connection no. [protected] since last one year. From three months (june, july, august 2009), Bills are not coming as per internet logging. Several requests has been done through customer care and by registering complains through internet regarding the aforesaid subject, though not a single positive response has been given by the Company.
Kindly do the needful and oblige.

maine sunday ko apne mobile par Rs.50 se recharge kiya tha. Lakin shaam tak Rs.24 reduce ho chuke the. Meine koi bhi service activate nahi karvayi hai. Lakin mere account se Rs dialy reduce ho rahe hai.Maine customer care number par try kiya lakin koi response nahi mil raha hai. Mein aapse yeh jaanana chahta hu ki mere account se Rs. kis liye reduce ho rahe hai. Yadi koi service activate ho to use band kiya jaye.

Tata 2Tata (unlimited )dated 08/09/2009 at 1.30 p.m &Rs-30 for local Sms.
My brother recharge my mobile with Rs-96 (new scheme) today (09/09/2009).Now my mobile show my Tata 2Tata balance=0. Plz. Sir/Madam adjust my Tata 2Tata as soon as possible.

my phone no. is [protected]. i want to complaint for taking extra charges of bill. today payment reciver who send by tata indicom collection agency take 700 hundred rupee from me but my current amount is only 636rupee.he apply 75 more extra chare from me but why this is ur folt that u send him late .if next he will come late than we are not responsible for that and i willnot give any extra chage to him.

i had purchased a huawei istrument with tata sim card (rs. 2500/-) and during the warranty period, the instrument failed to work.

i had severally visited its service center for this problem.

but no satisfactory answer or service been provided to me.

morever, i had three time made written complaints about this issue to tata indicom office at gujarat bhavan, a'bad.

but there is still not even any reply by your officials.

therefore, i have purchased a new instrument (i.e. samsung hero) paying rs. 1500/- to continue the same mobile no.

plz. be kind enough to refund my money as early as possible

otherwise i have to go through legal procedure under the consumer protection act against tata indicom and its responsible officials.

waiting for a favourable reply.

as i am useing the number [protected] from the date 18/09/2009 till today there is lots of wrong balance deduction from the account during this period i was unable to get connected with tata zone service then also c.s.e. are informing to me that balance deducted from my account is due to the useage of captain dhoni and other were as i am unable to use any of the service as when ever i try to do so it shows the error message digital signature failure. Do the needful in this and refund me my amount which is been wrongly charged .Waiting for the reply soon . Do try to avoid the thing that most of the time when trys to connecte to cust care on 12524 person from that end picks the call and disconnects the call with out any reply it is really redicules.
My Top up Value not recharge for three days,
Pl to do its urgent.
