Tata Indicome service is really bad. I am photon + customer (phone no [protected], account no.[protected]. I have paid my bills (receipt no. 16412509, dated[protected], for Rs. 1900). But still the service is deactivated. I applied for change of plan, but still not taken care of. All over India especially in my place Manipur, the service is barbaric and greedy.
i want only SMS details of my no. incoming & outgoing SMS and my no is [protected], if you want any details please contact on my e-mail ID but please provide me details on pirority.i am using TATA no since 6 years so i trust on tata, please send me details

TATA Indicom — Debit money without activate the service

I am 30 years old person, want to lodge complaints against TATA Indicom for activate "Love alerts" facility on my mobile and debit Rs/-30.00 from my mobile talk value. It’s dramatically that why a married and father of two boys want to subscribe this type of facility. I don’t know what and where our TRAI and Govt. authority for is control these type of activity and who cares of the customers. Shame full for the service provider for cheat the customers.
I again request to our authority and TRAI for control these types cheating......

TATA Indicom — Wrong information by customer care & extra for transfering to old plan

I am TATA INDICOM User of West Bengal (How) Circle.
I have recharge voucher of Rs. 52 for making all calls at 50 paise per min. after inquiring customer care twice that Whether I can use freedom voucher along with new plan or not. They replied positively twice to me on first week of December. But when on 19.12.2009 I troed to recharge Freedom Voucher they told me that I can not use freedom voucher or sms voucher along with my new plan and I have provided with wrong information that time. When I mail to TATA INDICOM they replied that for Shift top your old Plan You have to pay Rs.79.

Therefore kindly transfer me to my old plan and return my money or make it certain that I can use use freedom voucher along with my new plan.

TATA Indicom — Improper Billing

Dear Sir/Madam
My photon number is [protected]
I have opted for 950 plan which has 2 GB in Night and 10 GB in Day time has free usage.
As per the billing period in between 28 th of November to 27 th of december my total usage is 8 GB which is well within the total free usage of the opted plan. There is some problem in your billing system the reason being unless it considers all the 8 GB of my usage as day time there is no possibility of these excessive charging of 4400 Rs after my free usage .To have charged 4400 Rs I should have used 20 GB of data (12 GB Free + 8 GB of Normal usage) than only it is possible to have charge these amount. And since i am well aware of the night usage of the plan, to the maximum extent i have used the internet only in the night time
And from 12 th of december my connection has been deactivated for which i have registered a complaint but till now i have neither got any communication nor that connection got activated. I have explained the same to the customer care but it is of no use there are unable to rectify these
I had a good opinion on tata services which has made me to purchase the datacard though i got warnings from my friends that tata billing system is erratic (like unable to differentiate between day and night usage) ,now i am convinced to the core that it was a huge mistake to have taken these datacard. usually the customers of datacard will be the people who are having a greater need for the mobile connectivity, now the usage has been deactivated since dec12 than what purpose will it serve us,ur irresponsible erratic billing system should be rectified at the earliest

yes you are 1000% right. i am also facing the same problem, today i directly went to the tata indiicom nodel officer she said that i don't know any thing go and contact the executive. the executives also saying sorry company changed the plan. i asked him at the time of the pay what you guys are promised me now what you r doing? he said sir on that time that offer is there now the offer was changed. they accepted that is wrong and fake commitment of company only, i asked him please write that and give me. they refused and given answer very very reckless.

please any one tell me the way to solve our problem.
