TATA Indicom — BAD SERVICE PROVIDER

HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE VIDE INVOICE NO-1370, DATED 04/03/2009, FROM MITTAL CELL CARE CENTRE IT ESN NO-807AEB6B. THE PHONE DISPLAYED THE MESSAGE "NO SERVICE" AND SIGNAL ALWAYS DISAPPEAR WHEN IT IS IN USE.
MY HANDSET IS UNDER WARRENTY AND I HAD SUBMITTED THIS HANDSET TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER "TRIANGLE SYSTEMS, K-101A FIRST FLOOR LAJAPT NAGAR-II, NEW DELHI-24 VIDE RECEIPT NO-HA[protected], DATED 02/11/2009. THE SERVICE CENTER HEAD SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 01 WEEK TIME TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMS.BUT IT HAS ALMOST 03 WEEKS I AM NOT GETTING MY HANDSET. THE CENTER HEAD NOT GIVEN PROPER REPLY WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE HANDSET.

CENTRE GIVE THIS SET ON 19/11/2009, BUT WHENE I USE IT AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM IS SEEM SAME TIME.
WITH BEST REQUEST FROM YOUR SIDE I VISIT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ONCE AGAIN BUT BROBLEM IS AS IT IS. I RAGISTERED OUR COMPLAIN VIA YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO.121 SO MANY TIME BUT THERE IS NO ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE METTER SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE I WILL FILE THE SUIT AGAINST THE NEGELAINCE OF SERVICES OR OTHEWISE I GO WITH CONSUMER COURT AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

I am S.M.Ingulkar working in private company having Samsung SGH-M200 with Airtel

Sim Card Number : [protected] (IMEI No : [protected] ). I Lost my mobile on 9/11/09

while travelling in the ST from Jejuri to Swargate, Pune. Immediately I complained at

near police station, Swargate.

I did not get a proper response from Service Provider, Please kindly help in this matter

because i have an important phone numbers and company data.

TATA Indicom — About Call Charges

Sir,
I am using Tata Indicom last 4 years. Company send me a message on 28 Nov. recharge of Rs 151 for pay per call plan for 1 month but they could not provide this service till 5 December.From 6 December I checked my balance then they cut Rs 1 from balance onward. Company said they activated pay per call plan on my number but when I call any number(local) then they cut Rs1.50 per minute. When I called customer care then they said complain is under process.

Tata Indicom Prepaid — providing wrong informaton by customer care

Sir,
I am TATA indicom user.I have recharge voucher of Rs. 52 for making all calls at 50 paise per min. after inquiring customer care twice that Whether I can use freedom voucher along with new plan or not. They replied positively twice to me on first week of December. But last Saturday they told me that I can not use freedom voucher or sms voucher along with my new plan and I have provided with wrong information that time.
Therefore I ask them to transfer me to my old plan and return my money or make it certain that I can use use freedom voucher along with my new plan.But they do not agree or take my for any consideration.And they ask me if I wish to use old plan I have to Pay 79 Extra for that.
Kindly look into the matter ,Your quick response awaited.

tata indicom conectivity is poor their service is not good . one of the worst sevice in INDIAis tata USB modem .they cheated me , i hate tata indicom USB internet service . poor customer service. useless fellows are in the customer care
