TATA Indicom — waste policies
it have very waste policies,they blame the customers with their policies.they can change their policies as their interest.
finally tata indicom is very waste and worst network in mobile phones.

Dear sir,Iam manoj kumar sunku, I use indicom from 4+ years,
On the year 2007,I recharge with 2007 Rs. Then you people says to us,2007 days incoming and unlimited offer to indicom.
But last year might be Dec 2008,your customer care executives says that(onmy call) your offer is finished.from today onwards you have a limited(600 mins) talktime for indicom.after 6 months that also cut off and when I ask to customer care they said to us now itself you don’t have that offer if you want sent sms as STVSNM for 51Rs. Then I will get unlimited talktime,then also we compromised,exactly after one month this offer also removed. When i talk to customer care,they said same thing sir your offer is deactivated,from today onwards you should pay to any net work.
After this,I shifted to your another waste offer,i.e, first min 0.25pcs,up to 5 mins 1Re.
In this offer daily 1 rupee is rental,this also OK,everytime I recharge 222 for full talk time,but in this offer that was not activated.
So again I loss 50 rupees per month.
This is the tata indicom things abou customers.
Our believing on tata indicom is collapsed,but only for number still we are using this.
So how we assure TATA INDICOM.
By name it’s a very big network,but as policies worst,no ethics for your people.

There is network problem in my area. Tata Indicom service is very poor. When I buy this connection, company promise to make their service better in future but there is no improvement in their service although it is in negative. I can not even call to anyone or recieve any call or send any sms.

TATA Indicom — slow speed
customers of photon whiz. I request to increase the speed of connection. while buying photon whiz the shopkeepers use to tell us that its speed is 153kbps. while am getting only 3-4 kbps. so what shall be do. so give some hope that you will be going to increase the speed of this slow connection mobile internet service. or just closed this services in our city. so that no one could buy this type of slow connection internet.so i want to get some suggestions from yours within 24 hrs.

I have buy a tata indicom mobile before 9days ago but the outgoing call is not heldingfor last 5 days,I have contact customercare they told me submit the document,but I have submited all the document.The charges are cutting Rs.1 day by day but out going call is not helding.My mobile no. is [protected].

I would like to inform you that my mobile( [protected]) balance(30 Rs, on Dated 25 Nov 2009) has been deducted by you without my permission against caller tune as your customer care representative told me. .Whereas i never request you for this service.You had imposed it on my mobile without my permission to earn eaxtra money forcefully.I did complain it so many times to your CC no 12525 but your no body talk with me properly for it & nobody helped sofar & you are doing nothing.
Then i talk to consumer court he suggest me to first write to you, then consumer court will listen me with you.
So now ultimately, i complain you in written to refund my deducted money with a good compensation for wrong balance deducted without customer permission, poor/bad service, for wrong information provide, time wastages & mental- physical harraseent/tension etc.Not only your service is too bad/poor but also you are a major problem creator for the customer.
This is my first & last letter for you, In case my problem is not resolving by you in only 72 hrs i shall go to consumer court.
