I am from Cochin, Kerala.I too have a plug 2 surf connection.I had already made an interim payment of 1900Rs even if the monthly taroff is 900rs and now the problem is i cant connect to internet it gives me 721 error.I had this problem a week ago and it was fixed automatically somehow and now again the problem started ,I dont know what to do ,i called up customer service and they seem to know nothing about plug 2 surf ,they are talking so rudely.I wish tatas customer care have same recording system as Airtel customer care.they were asking me what is plug 2 surf.Dont know what should i do next

I want to use plug 2 surf facility in mandawa dist. Jhunjhunu rajasthan, is your plug 2 surf will work in my area, second thing i want to know the total charges for connection & use of data charges etc, what will be the internet speed will be through plug 2 surf, service please give me full detail thanks.
The total cost for a tataindicom pluggy is 2850 + 99 (for TSIM) so total is Rs 2949.

I have just subscribed yet to get activated.. but I hold two tata connection(landline and mobile) for last two years I am receiving service quiet good. Yes, I agree their customer care is very rude and mainly they donot have enough knowledge of their products.

TATA Indicom — Non activation of postpaid connection since two months

Tata Indicom / Walky Models In Website — tata walky model as per website- nothing like that when u ask to supply

my self tataindicom customer frustated from tataindicom itself reasons as below:
1 checked yr website for new connection n new instruments
2. glad to see plenty of instruments
3. Sad to know nothing like that whatever shown in website only in website not in real
4. on enquiry came to know only 2- 3 instrument availble- nothing like that which shows in website.
5 Afraid Tataindicom site been operated by some other group and supply done by some other group
6. mismatch the advertisments n availble products
7. what ever instruments showns in sites same must be introduce in real no matter in current stock no ready.
8. local dealers refuse from instruments showns in sites- said nothing like that.
9.request you what is correct picture pls provide.

TATA Indicom — resuming of the service

Hello,
My name is Amit Aggarwal with connection number [protected] on the name of Kaushalya. this connection is from delhi and i am using it in mumbai as plug to surf data usage.due to payment the connection was suspended. now the payment has been received by you on behalf of this connection on 18/08/07. after this i have made two customer requet with delhi customer care with customer request number 82718751 and 82779025 to resume the services. i have also visited to mumbai customer care centre in kandivali, but of no use.
I have mailed twice to customer care delhi but still my connection is showing error no 721.
so activate my account as early as possible and intimate me the same on [protected].

tataindicom plug to serve — no proper response and not activated till date as the ESN was entered wrong by them

this are the ist of complains made to tataindicom who are fooling people by saying plug to serve and they dnt even have simple courtesy to admit there mistakes it requested to all the people not to trust such a firm who canot provide service and trying to hide there mistakes they have activated my internet but enterd my ESN wrongly due to which iwas not possible to connect to my net and they would like to charge fm the date of activation

frist complain to them after week of buying there product on 20/oct

i would like to say that i had been to your show room on 12OCT AT SPENCERS CHENNAI at abt 745 pm and mr hamid had attended us i had taken my labtop as i had latest version vista program and i asked mr hamid will your product support vista he assured me yes and i selected the 325 schem inspite of your product beeing costly that the other product abt 10 times as other companys are giving it for rs 500

during my stay in your shop mr hamid and praveen where quareling abt who is going close the shop(at least not in front of the customer)he had told me that it will take abt 24 hrs to activate on sunday i tried connecting the net i was not sucessful and the hole week went on like that on 18 oct i called the spencers shop and asked for assistance he told me he shall send me some one and on 19 no one had turned up and in the evening i called your toll free no with lot of difficult i got the internet section and i explained them the story and they told me that for vista you need to download the tataindicom site i askedthem i had taken your product only to have internet connection how do i download with out internet AND ASKED HIM IF YOU ARE SELLING AN PRODUCT YOU SHOULD GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE FULL PACKAGE MR RAJU PATIL ONE OF THE SUPERVISOR SAID WE ARE MAKEING THING READY FOR THE FUTURE ( is this the way and supervisor respond and he tells me that if you want your system to activate you have to download) i was not happy with his answers i asked him to fwd the call you his superious he said SORRY I ASKED HIM WHAT UMEAN BY SORRY and after long break he told me as special case he is sending me tech staff( ARE YOUR MANAGERS NOT INTRESTED TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS ARE THEY SO SPECIAL THAT IF THEY TALK TO CUSTOMER THE ARE GOING TO LOSE THE VALUABLE TIME) AND I SAID mr patil to send the tech guy to my NAVAL address AS I HAD GIVEN MY PMT ADDRESS IN SHENOY NAGAR FOR billing reason he had aggred and noted my add

On 19 oct they said that they will send me thetech staff inthe evening AND no one had come and on 20 they said they would send the rep by morning in mean while i called mr hamid and asked him what has he explained us and why its not sucessful he said he shall come personally and attend to it on 20/oct by 11 hrs which he failed to

on 20/OCT one MR SASI had called me and said he shall be in my shenoy nagar add at 11 hrs i had told him to come home after 4pmas i was wating for people to come on 19 to my NAVAL add as promised by toll free no

at 17.05 pm i got call fm toll free no asking me has the person visited IN my NAVAL addres i told him what the hell are they trying when i am in NAVAL add you ask me to come to shenoy nagar and when i am there u are asking me to goto NAVAL add are you trying make fool of me and he say he is recording my conversation i asked go hope and do what he can

and finally mr SASI visited my house in shenoy nagar at 1830 pm and when was checking my system he found out that ESN no was entered wrong by YOU PEOPLE and the hole story end there

last but not the least i tried calling the manager in chennai on 20 at abt 2100 hrs the mobile was switched off
on 21i called her again to tell her this proble as her sister had picked the call and i had given her my mob no to callme but there was no call till this minute are you all super duper that u cant spk

i not happy with your service
i would not like to continue with your product untill you respond back
and you cant ask customer to wait for 10 days after taking product with out internet
you had caused me lot of inconvienance
you managers are not worth as they cnt satify the customer and your staff are not worth talking

he then told me that there was no mistake in ESN NO then i asked him why was i not able to connected till date
and he finally agreed that it was mistake that he made while he was talking to me saying there was no mistake in ESN NO I TOLD HIM TO SAY THAT I WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THE NECESSARY CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE
WHY ARE U TRYING TO HIDE YOUR MISTAKES AND FOOLING PEOPLE

Tata Indicom Vdata — wrong product delivered from Tata indicom

Dear Sir,

I have purchased LG XNOTE model no.RD4005D4A2 serial no. 706KSQE008164 from LG dealer M/s Integrated Computer Solutions, Ludhiana (Punjab).

An offer with buying of this product one Tata Indicom Vdata card Huawei EC321 is free after registration

I have received Tata Indicom Vdata card Huawei EC321 against registration ID- RD40011162 of LG XNOTE.

I unable to find slot (port) of Vdata card in my LG XNOTE (LAPTOP)for install Vdata card.

Regarding this problem I mail & call on phone several times to dealer of LG and Tata Indicom. But there is not sufficiant reply I get. This matter is runnig aproximate one and half month.

suggest me what to do?

I feel very uncomfortable for this kind of problem.

Tata Indicom Plug To Serve — no response til date

after serveral complains to tataindicom customer service in chennai there seems to be no response till date its fm 18 oct as there is mistake of not activating the internet till 23 oct you guys are not responding to mails sent bu me

Tata Indicom - Broadband Services — 3796584

I have logged SR No : 3796584 in order to get the Dial up set exe But the Technical executives took almost a month to resolve this issue.

I have to suffer without connection for a month.

When enquired about the delay the customer services after couple of days time reverts stating your mentioned request is resolved and revert in case of any problem.
Don't these guys read what customer has requested.I asked them the reason of delay for a month and they came with this stupid answer

TATA Indicom — calling card does not working customer care all time engaged...

Customer care calling card does not work in the day time and in the night executives are busy talking to other customers.
The tata customer service is always getting busy cannot contact to any customer executive.
Calling Card access code dailed then it will say
sorry u do not have access to this number.
Initially when they launch the product to market
everything is fine.
After a while when they captured bakra customers they startd
treating them badly.

TATA Indicom — They not return my money

i am apply for new connection of Tata Indicom walky phone and one tata sim card.i paid for that 1222 Rs to Tata indicom executive after one week he says ur id proof is not clear so we not give u new connection .i said so plz return my mony.they not return my mony.i have receipt for that.

TATA Indicom — New connection Activation

I had Applied for new TATA indicom Connecion. I have ssubmited all the require document demanded by the tata indicom , (Driving licences,pan card,Address proof on company letter pad, compmay ID card, and salary slip) and the Rs.499 as deposite. But my CV comes nagative in varification,...... now i want Rs. 500 deposite money back from TATA indicom. nobody in tata indicom customer care ready to entertainme on this matter........ every body put em on hlod and then disconnect the line.........

Can anybody help me either refund my money or activate me no atleast for the amount i have deposited...

This is the MY wrost Exprience with any and service provider company....

TATA Indicom — Wrong commitment give for the walky connections!

I have applied to the connection for tata indicom walky where my application no (S. No.[protected] the telephone was booked by the channel partner’s (M V Ramana / Swarna) have took a Amount of 1122/- on 14/11/2007 and committed to provide new walky instrument (box packed) in 2 days. I was given the number[protected]. then on 19/11/2007 a technical person from Tata Indicom came from with old instrument then when I told him the commitment of (M V Ramana/Swarna) then he spoke to them and they (Swarna)told me that I take the old instrument and with in two days they will provide me new instrument for that I refuse to accept and asked them to refund my amount or provide me new walky instrument. For that there channel manager told me that they will install new instrument on 20/11/2007. when I contacted them on 20/11/2007. they say swarna is (team Leader) is in leave and Channel Head is not there they don’t know his name or number and disconnected. On 20/11/2007 evening a phone call came from no[protected] introduce his name as nagraj the channel manager and told me that due to some confection the give the wrong commitment if I pay 500/- more Rs. Then only will provide me new instrument. For which I refused. Then he told me that he will let me know either he will provide me new instrument of he will refund my amount sure short call on 21/11/2007 at 9:00 am IST. Now when I tried to contact them I am unable to find the executive as well as the channel manager. But till now there is no news about them!
Tata Indicom is fully frugal company when i disconnected the connection they took all the deposit, never refunded my 1000/-!

TATA Indicom — Poor Broadband Internet Speed

I have taken the Broadband Internet Connection from Tata Indicom on 24/11/2007. Plan is 256 kbps Unlimited. But sorry to say that it is giving only 32 kbps speed only and some time it goes to very slow level i.e. only 10 kbps. Pl note I am specifying the speed in "kbps" and not in "KB". Whereas they advertised their speed as 256 kbps, how they are giving only 32 kbps to 10 kbps only ? Very Bad and Low Quality service, I observed in my life. I am From Nagpur.
