Sir,
I am not able to receive any phone calls from last 15 days . I called to customer care in this regard but no one are responding to me. I am suffering vey much with this problem .My phone number is [protected].kindly do some thing about this problem.
i am completely not satisfied with this service from the date i have opted this service .

TATA Indicom — Power shutdown for mobile tower work.
Sir,Tata indicom has been working on their mobile tower in New Kodalia for the past one month. they are shutting down the power supply for 3 to 5 hrs. This is hampering our daily activities. The is supposed to go on for few more weeks. We cannot continue to suffer anymore.
Please look into the matter as soon as posible.

I bought TATA Indicom connection No. [protected] on 31 0ct 2009.
0n 2nd oct i call customer care executive to activate welcome tone in te morning.
i wanded to activate Hey shona from Tata Rum Pum as my welcome tone. so he told me that we are activating TATA indicom jingal on your no and 30 Rps will be deducted from your account and give me the code WT12672 and told me to Sms it to 12800 and song will be activated with in 5 hours plus 10 rps will get deducted for downloading the song. so i did the same and 3 rps was diducted from account for the SMS. but the soon after it i got reply from 12800 that " Sorry !!! you can not access this service" so i again called customer service and told them about the SMS from 12800. the customer care care executive said " dont wory for the SMS, with in 5 hour song wil be activeted on your no" so, i did the same i wated for 5 hour but nothing happen. after 5 hour i again called customer care executive this time executive said you have to send the SMS again, i said Why should i send SMS again, i have already send SMS to 12800 and why should i waste 3 Rps of mine. he said you have no other solution in very absurd way. the way he was talking was rude and anoing. so i said let me talk to your senior, he said call after 15 min currently no senior is available again in a rude way so i said it ok i will call after 15 min.
then i again call customer care executive at 4.50 pm on 2 nov 2009, this time some other guy attended the call, i told him the story he agreed that my problem was genuin so he forwaded my complain and give the Complaint No.PTC[protected] and assured me that the problem will be solver with in 12 hours.more over i received SMS at 05.10 PM from there side with the complaint No. PTC[protected] and it is written in the SMS that your problem will be solved with in 12 Hrs. So, i waited for 16 hour and ther was no solution to my problem. so i again called customer care executive at 09.00 AM on 03 Nov. 2009, this time Naming Poonam attended me i told her the story she was not ready to listen me and talked with me rudely, shi said now you have to wait for 12 Hrs more, i got anoid and told her thet i want to talk to your senior so she transferd the call to Mr. Amit(Senior) he also talked in very rude and absurd way and told me that your complaint is under prosess and said if you are in Hurry go to TATA indicom center and ask what you want to ask.
sir/ madam its not the matter of 3 Rps, i have been cheeted and insulted. for me time is money and the have wasted my time, more over i have bought these services and i am not geting the benifit.
so, i want to complaint against all these people wo have wasted my time, insulted me, missguided me, liyed me and also for all these inconveniense i wahe faces from last 24 hours.
