i was recharge Rs 96 rechare voucher in my mobile no [protected], for 10 min Rs. 1 call charge for life time, in this 4th march 2010, and Rs25 topup voucher, tata indicom give me Rs 1call charge for 10 min any local network phone, but after that i was recharge topup voucher Rs 100 recharge on 12th march, but after recharge tata indicome change my tarried Rs1paisa / sec,
I realy hopeless this type of service providing by TATA Indicome, why change my call charge tarrief for rechage top up Rs100.
please kindly take any action, other wise i give a complaint mail or letter in consumer foram.

TATA Indicom — Incorrect billing and no response

I am using Tata Indicom ([protected]) for almost 10 months now. In Jan, they charged extra Rs.462 against the Voice Portal. I spoke to the customer care and sent numerous email explaining them that I have never used Voice Portal service. I requested them to verify that I have never activated Voice Portal on my number and hence the billing is incorrect and the charges of Rs.462 should be waived off.

But they have not paid attention to my request. They suspended my service since Jan but they are still charging me every month and my phone bill amount is increasing every month. I also requested them to disconnect the service but they insist on paying the full amount.

Now I am in losing position since my bill is kept on increasing while my service is suspended.

Please register a complaint and take action against Tata Indicom. They are charging customer for the service that the customer has never used.

TATA Indicom — WRONG SCHEME ALLOTED TO US

i am an active user of TATA indicom net service. i had aggred on having a plan of 128kbs unlimited scheme.but the scheme alotted to me is 256kbs unlimited.which is not what i had asked for
.now i have to 600 rupees more
please due take it into consideration and slove my problem.and what am i suppose to do with the bills
please repaly as fast as possible

Tata Indicom Prepaid Phone — sudden reducation of balance from prepaid mobile phone

Twice i have experienced a sudden reduction of balance from my tata indicom mobile phone. I had topped up from TATA centre in dadar mumbai. I lost all the balance of almost Rs.500/- wihout i making a single call. They are not offering any help and try to ignore me all the time

The Company has deducted my amount for VAS automatically, and now they are saying that we have activated the same. Tata is looting its customers, what ever we recharge, they are immediatly stealing with one or the other reasons.
