TATA Indicom — No Network
My No. [protected] i am staying at ghatkopar (E) area mumbai .I am using this phone since 2005 previsouly my office was at masjidbunder. now since shifted my office to ghatkopar. Since then I have given so many complaint to tata indicom for no network in our area from may 2009 in reply they are saying that as we are not having the tower in ghatkopar (E). So there is low network. Now from past 1 year they are not able to put a tower in ghatkopar (e) area. I think so there add is of 100 % network or network problem switch to tata indicom. is all false it should be network problem switch to reliance / vodafone / bsnl /mtnl. As we are not digital equippded. we are financial not strong we are not capable of putting a much tower. I am using the sir i am a tata indicom user my mobile no. is [protected]i want a call list, time of call and call duration of my no. between 12 05 2010 to 26 05 2010.

TATA Indicom — Non delivery of goods
I had done the online purchase of Tata Photon + 2.5 plan, about 20 days back (09-May) and should have got the phone in 3-4 days time (as mentioned in the confirmation message), but havn't heard anything after making the payment on 9th May. Have tried contacting the customer care via phone and have sent mails but to no avail.Details of my purchase are as follows -

As i am using services of tata indicom since 2006 with the mobile no. [protected] . on 24th may 2006 i lost my mobile and i am apply for the new sim card from company on 31st may 2010. and they provide me a new sim card but since 31st may they not activeted my mobile and not respondig well and not answering phone.Name : Ankur Rajdev

TATA Indicom — Whimsical in closing SR
SR 776356 closed, good but problem reverted in frew days of closing this.The issue is with intercom connections.
Rep says it takes max 7 days to give connection. SLA not acceptable.
How can Tata com be so irresponsible to de-activate the intercom after few days of activation of the same, more over not communicating to us any reasons?
What prevents me to claim compensation for this irresponsible attitude towards me from Tataindicom. Show cause notice please.

TATA Indicom — Broadband does not work after 5PM
I am your broadband customer for past 1.5 years, and I had not faced this type of issue at all in my entire past experience with the service of the TATA INDICOM broadband. Adding to the point, I am a regular payer of the broadband fee every month, without even a delay of a day.Coming to the point, here is my issue:
1. My broadband is in the 384Kbps, for past 1.2 years, I got the call from one of your call centers that my broadband would be upgraded to the 512Kbps, with a mere addition of Rs.50 to my previous bill going forward.
2. From that point the problem has triggered, maybe I am being more skeptical, you may discard this point also.
3. Again, I have registered this complaint to the TATA INDICOM call center, that my internet stops working after 5PM everyday.
4. Now the problem starts, I go on make a call to the call center repeatedly for 3 days, just to open a new complaint daily.
5. The serviceman come to my house at 12PM and says everything is fine and closes the complaint.
6. The advisors at call center, would not hear the complaint properly and just raise the complaint as another technical issue, in this case they will not hear “5PM” at all, which they miss to register, hence it becomes a normal broadband complaint.
7. This process is going for past 7-8 days and really I am frustrated of being your customer.
8. As I am writing this mail to you, I got the call from one of your advisors at call center, when I was explaining him to raise a complaint by registering “5PM”, he disconnects the call abruptly, and I am not exaggerating the point, this happened literally.
9. Take my point in written, that I will surely cancel the service by next month, if this persists for few more days.
TATA Indicom — Blocking / Not accepting payment by Visa/Master Credit Card

I am trying to pay my Tata phone bills through my credit card for months, but they not accepted or blocked, without any reason or explanation. Though Tata Teleservice clearly states in bold on their web site that all credit cards are accepted, which is far from true. I have sent several complaints to Tata Indicom attached with the screen shots of the refused payments & URL details and everytime they confirm that they are working on it and will get back to me but nothing has changed. I am away from my city Hyderabad and unable to pay the bills by any other means.
I can provide scores of email complaints to Tata Customer Care and can send those as prove to your offices.
And, all the while Tata Telesevice keeps adding extra charges with each months unpaid bill, I request you to kindly investigate this matter.

TATA Indicom — Unauthorized subscription to SMS packs
Hello,I am a TATA INDICOM Mobile subscriber ([protected]). On 22nd of June 2010, I suddenly started getting some SMS jokes to my mobile. On the next day I received a sms stating that my subscription to the HAHAJOKEPACK will be renewed on 06/26/2010 and the charges will be Rs.30/month. I immedietly contacted the customer care and reported that I have not requested for that subscription , then how can it get activated? The person said their system is down and asked me to call again next day. I asked to get my complain number and said to get it done when their system will be up. But, he didnot take my complain and asked me to call again after 24 hours.
On 24th June2010, I called again and some executive named Kaushik Ghosh talked to me very rudely that I have subscribed to that pack and insisted me to continue with that. I said that I haven't and donot want to continue also and if any charges are taken for this 2 days to return that. I also said that I will be going to higher authorities, then only he took my complain but, when I wanted the complain number or reference number, he didnot give that to me.
I donot know whether the plan got unsubscribed or not.
Please help.

TATA Indicom — FAULTY HANDSET
i have been a loyal customer with TATA indicom .and never faced any problems with the service or with the handset, but eventually as time passed and the handset became old there were problems,and i was contacted by the TATA INDICOM service representative for the replacement of the handset.and i was very happy with the prompt service for the replacement, but immediately after the rep left my house i started facing issue with the handset ..and ever since i have faced problems ..i have contacted the borivali(e) TATA indicom centre
and was old that i have to buy a new phone and that appears irrelevant
please help
