TATA Indicom — Regarding Special Day Tariffs

Hi,
This is Satyendra A customer to tata indicom since two years i faced many problems regarding my proof that issue has been solved the problem is they are not even giving alert before special days that they are going to charge special charges i am having message balance and i sent many messages on 25 december i dont no that it is christmas and nearly 50/- has been deducted even no alert message and i called customer care regarding this issue at 9.54pm they are not even taking complaint is this the way they treat and if this problem is not solved and if they dont back half of my money i am going to port my number and i will make my friends to change this network i can take nearly 50 connections back to other network

TATA Indicom — Bill amount is huge...

Hello,

I took tata indicom broadband connection with 800 combo pack where 5 GB usage is free. first month we received the bill for about 900/- however next month bill we received is around 10000/- where we know for sure that we didn't do any downloads during billing perios and only internet surfing can't even utilize 5 GB of initial free usage. We asked Tata Indicom to provide us with details o[censored]sage iteamized bill however we didn't received any also now they handed over our case to there recovery department.

I completely failed to understand how internet surfing or text cnatting can lead upto monthly internet bill to 10000/-, i am using broadband from last 6 years in Bangalore where even including downloads never had bill over 1200/-.

Need suggestions and help how to proceed with this kind of situations created by telecom industry.

Thanks for replying, our account no is[protected], the bill period in question is 05/04/11 to 04/05/11. The initial bill amount is 10185/-, i believe you can pull out rest of the details with account no.

We had bad experience with customer care when we requested for itemized bill, customer care representative replied that they can't do anything as connection is suspended, first pay the bill and get it activated then they can help.

My main concern is about the bill amount and the number of GB this bill amount translate into, when i know that we have not used our connections more than checking emails and text chat.

TATA Indicom — Requested for Disconnection of number

Hello Sir,
This is a complaint regarding tata indicom services. I have disconnected my tata indicom data card [protected] & my cancellation request id is[protected]. However, I am still receiving bills & notifications about new billing structure according to a new plan which is highly absurd. Please look into this issue. I have disconnected the number & NOT selected any new plan. This is horrible, something not expected from TATA Services.

TATA Indicom — about sun sour refundable amount

I am Rajender Singh, we purchenge a tataindicom pco(No.[protected] he says that compnay will refund full cost of equpment if we want closed compnay services any reason. but in futer whane we submit his equpment and want to close his services compnay not refund my refundable amount.we drop his services last 3 year but we submit his equpment on Dated 12-03-11. please suggest what can we do.
