[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Call details

I strongly disagree with your reply. First of all you have activated sms services without my permission. Can you give me any proof (like request in Cus. Care) that i have activated it?? You can't becoz i did not activate it. After that you are deducting charges. When i called your customer care, everytime they are telling that, due to some technical reason they are unable to see the account details, so plz call after 4 hrs or 6 hrs ect. After trying several time at last they cleared why TATA is deducting money. But the reason is a fake reason becoz i have not activated it. If you dont give me my money back, then be prepared for legal action from the Consumer forum and TRAI.

TATA Indicom — After Commitment not maintain

I have Recharge my Mobile No. [protected] on June- 2008. When Company has offered me that if I Recharge Rs. 2008 I am getting free talk time to all tata Mobile in Gujarat Circle for 2008 days i.e. upto June-2013. I have getting free talk time till May-2011. Suddenly TATA Mobile has Stop the give me free talktime in TATA to TATA. When I have talk with Customer Care Centre Company has change your plan. I have ask Why he has ask me ' MAFI CHAHU CHHU HU KAI J NAHI KARI SAKU" If one Time Company has commit that they will be TATA to TATA Free upto 2008 days they can not be change Plant till 2013. It is very big fraud/Cheating.

i purchased a tataindicom conection([protected]) after the use of 2yr my rentl plan changed but in starting they give me same plan for 5yr. after that i conver my no. postpaid to prepaid but till 17th july 2011 it is not converted to prepaid. i m submit doc on 6th july 2011. i m registring complain many time but no response.

TATA Indicom — OMH CARD

i brough samsung galaxy mobile 2month back. i have frequently visited the local and some of the tata centre for OMH cards……..i dont know what is the company policy towards this market . I am fustrated since i am not able to open my mail through my handset..
can those relationship managers hear my voice………

TATA Indicom — Rs 27=00 deducted from my prepaid balance

Rs. 27=00 were deducted from the balance of my prepaid mobile no.[protected] on 14/7/2011.Company deducted this amount for providing me "Malika Sherawat,s Bedroom Tips" for which I never gave my consent to company.On contacting customer care they stopped the services on 17/7/2011but deducted amount was not refunded for which they say that I am registered with company for Do Not Disturb Services and for that they are not refunding the money.So please do some thing to refund my money and take some action against company so they may not loot other innocent consumers.

TATA Indicom — Unwanted calls 5 times a day

Tata Indicom and Tata DOCOMO calls me at least 5 times a day. I have requested them not to call and given my assistants number for follow up. Still they call me 5 times a day and everytime I have to explain them. They confirm that they have my assistants number also but they dont call her and call me only.

I have requested them, explained them, shouted on them, abused them but they are not stopping.

They call from +[protected] and +[protected].

my tataindicom mobile no[protected],. i have been issued duplicate sim on25th july
and true value dealer told me phone will come in service after 2 hrs.i am regular consulting with local dealer and customer care,. I logged comlain two times without solving my complain they closed complain.till now my phone is not working.My alternate no is[protected]

TATA Indicom — Payment under compulsion

I had Tata Indicom landline and internet connection and stopped using the same due to deficiency in their services from 20 January 2011. I went to their nearby service centre to lodge my application in writing to them to take back their hand sets,modem etc. but they refused to accept the same and they are asking me to go on paying all the bills in future, to my utter surprise. They intend to treat me as if I am bound to pay their bills as I have refused to avail their services. They have not taken back their tools despite my request for the same and I am now compelled to pay for their inaction. Pleas advise them to pay me back Rs.450/- which I paid under harassment by their Call Centre People. Please also advise them to stop harassing customers as inabilty of Tata indicom to take back their tools when the customers no longer require their services cannot be paid for.
