TATA Indicom — Refund of Money
Dear SirWith due respect I would like to state that my SBI Account (A/c No. [protected]) has been debited for the following transactions despite the recharge amount could not be credited to Tata Indicom no. ([protected]).

TATA Indicom — Recharge not done
Dear sir,i have made a recharge of rupees 103 on a tata indicom number:-[protected] by the inline sbi account but the recharge is not yet done and money is detected from my sbi account. Please do the recharge otherwise refund money in mu account.i've attached the photo of my sbi account details.

Sir, I did recieve a mail regarding the acceptence of my complain and subsequent mail informing my complain has been resolved ( docket no.372694)
But I was again contacted by one M Rahaman, calling himself to be a representative of Tata indicom calling from Durgapur where again I presented the facts to why I m not liable no pay up but I was not impressed by his solution and so this mail to you again.
Again i am presenting you the facts :
1. Submitted a surrender application for my account ( account no.[protected] after depositing all the dues till date upto 8/6/2011 to your local Malda representative.
2. My surrender application accepted and processed through SR[protected].
3. Recieved next month billing( Bill no. [protected]) which i m not liable to pay as I my account was closed already.
To note your local malda representative was helpful but couldnot resolve the problem of why I was billed again after i already surrendered my account.
The Durgapur officials were and still even now never helpful, could give me no reasonable and logical answer rather still insisting I have to pay up. I am at a loss to understand why I should be made to pay when I am no longer an esteemed customer of tata indicom.
As a customer where do I stand, I guess I got full rights to stand up against something which I am not responsible.
Someone in tataindicom must take responsibility to why I am being haressed for no fault of mine. Some heads need to roll.
I am a responsible law abiding citizen and a respected figure out here in Malda which you can enquire with your local malda representative.
I never wish to take the legal path out but.
Please resolve.

[protected]., which was irrelevant as my account was already closed.
I did contact the local representative and although they could understand my case but was not helpful. Infact the regional representatives in Durgapur were not helpul too,. I did lodge a couple of complaints through your customer website complaint page but till now the problem isnt being yet resolved. I was not even given a NOC either.
Pray now to the higher ups level people in TataIndicom to resolve the problem or I may be forced to ask for legal help.

TATA Indicom — cheating in talk time
I get a connection tata indicom prepaid non stop in 2006 date not remember meance non stop tata to tata unlimited free.in 2008 tata indicom launch a recharge scheme of Rs 2008/- recharcge non stop subscriber and get Rs 2008 talk time,2008days tata indicom to tata indicom unlimited free talk time with 2008 days validity. in 2010 tata indicome withdraw its without information. i contect so many time customer care they not response properly then i complain to nodel officer of tata indicom andhra pardesh he rectify it with talk every month six hundred minute free any tata network but not give talktime witout remind every month our duty call customercare and gate six hundred minute 10/11/2011. tata indicom withdraw it i call costumer care he told there is technicale problem this is activated in 24 hours to day i mean 15/11/2011at 1130am call again he said activate in 48 hours tata indicom chited with his scheme to subscriber actually tata company is chited so many its customer of non stop &2008 recharge voucher. Tata Indicom Service No [protected]I purchased this tata photon on 05/09/2011. And this is not working from day one. I made many complaints to there customer care.But they are making false promises that it will be work properly in 2-3 days.It bacame 4-5 times.After all i told them please sand a technician for checking this problem. The technician came after one month of my complaint.and he also told that your area is negative for tata photon.
After all this i made second compaint , but this complaint also closed by the tata Indicom without solving my problem.and company is sending me bills even there photon is not working.

TATA Indicom — Charging balance unnecessarily
I want to complaint against tata indicom.They themselves activate caller tune on my number ([protected]) and charged Rs 40.They have refunded me Rs 15 on 15th of December.But after so many comlaints (complaint no. – [protected] and [protected]) at their customer care they haven’t refunded me the balance money (Rs. 25).They always said that they will not be able to do anything.Such a big company doing this type of behaviour is redicilous.Gaurav Mittal
